Abstract

SDIT Kuntum Insan Cemerlang Bondowoso and SMPIT Bina Insan Cemerlang Bondowoso have successfully implemented the learning design for the implementation of the Integrated curriculum compiled by JSIT Indonesia, in this regard, it is certainly necessary to conduct research so that the results are expected to be a model for other institutions. This study aims to analyze the learning design based on Active Deep Learner Experience (ADLX) Integrated curriculum for PAI subjects at SDIT Kuntum Insan Cemerlang Bondowoso and SMPIT Bina Insan Cemerlang Bondowoso. The research method used is qualitative, with data collection techniques of observation, interviews and documentation studies. Data analysis by reducing, displaying, verifying and drawing conclusions and data validity using triangulation and member-check. The results of the study explained that the learning design based on ADLX integrated curriculum in PAI subjects was oriented towards the formation of seven characters, namely: straight aqidah, correct worship, mature personality and noble character, being a serious person, discipline, ability to read, memorize, and understand the Qur'an well, having broad insight into religious and academic fields, having life skills.

Abstract

This study analyzes the effect of the application of the make a match learning model on the learning outcomes of Islamic religious education subjects of seventh grade students of SMP Negeri 4 Tanjung Beringin. The approach used in this research is class action. By using a cycle of planning, action, observation, and follow-up. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of observation, documentation, and tests. The population of this study amounted to 200 people, namely all students of SMP Negeri 4 Tanjung Beringin. The sample in this study used purposive sampling technique, the number was 28 students. Data analysis consists of prerequisite tests, namely normality test, and homogeneity, then hypothesis testing using t-test. The results showed that the application of the Make a match strategy to improve student learning outcomes at SMP Negeri 4 Tanjung Beringin showed that in cycle I who obtained a complete score of the minimum completeness criteria was 78.6% with an average student learning outcome score of 75. In Cycle II students who obtained a complete score of the minimum completeness criteria were 100% and student learning outcomes increased to an average of 82.5. Thus there is an influence of the application of the make a match learning strategy in improving student learning outcomes.

Abstract

The ability to read the Qur'an according to the rules of tajweed science is a requirement that helps a memorizer of the Qur'an easily and quickly. However, this ability is sometimes still low, thus requiring the process of optimizing the ability of tahsin tilawah Al-Qur'an before tahfiz Qur'an. This study aims to analyze the correlation between the ability to read the Qur'an and the quality of memorization of the Qur'an. The method used in this research is quantitative. The population in this study were students of Ma'had Abu Ubaidah bin Al-Jarrah tahfiz house. Data collection using questionnaire techniques, tests, interviews, and document analysis. Questionnaires to measure the level of ease and difficulty that students go through in the memorization process. The results of this study indicate that the significance value is 0.959> 0.05, which means that there is a true influence between the recitation of the students' Al-Qur'an on the results of memorizing students at the Ma'had Abu Ubaidah bin Al-Jarrah Tahfiz House. The results of this study recommend that future researchers can research in terms of management, methods, learning strategies, and so on related to Tahfiz Ma'had Abu Ubaidah bin Al-Jarrah House.

Abstract

One of the learning achievements is influenced by the use of media, errors in media selection actually have an impact on non-achievement. With regard to that, the purpose of this study is to determine the effect of letter card media on the ability to read hijaiyah letters of Early Childhood RA Dinul Hasanah Stabat. This research uses a quantitative approach, with an experimental method. Data collection methods using observation and performance tests. To test the research hypothesis using the T-test formula. The results of this study indicate that the analysis of the two classes of pretests and posttests for the control class with a mean of 84.28 and the experimental class of 66.25, with a median of the control class of 4.5 and the experimental class of 8. The media is very influential on the ability to read hijaiyah letters indicated by the homogeneity test obtained a tcount value of 3.84 while after the T-test is carried out, a ttable of 2.6 is obtained, this shows at the 5% significance level and the results show that the tcount value is 3.84> ttable value of 2.6 . So, there is an influence of letter card media on the ability to read hijaiyah letters in early childhood Raudhtul Athfal (RA) Dinul Hasanah Stabat. This research has implications for improving learning, especially the introduction of hijaiyah letters.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the implementation of human resource management at Darul Muhmin School Satun Thailand, focusing on its implementation, supporting and inhibiting factors. This school was chosen as the research location because it has implemented Islamic principles in the implementation of human resource management. The approach used in this research uses a qualitative analysis method based on phenomenological studies. The research informants were the principal and teachers. Data collection used observation, interview and documentation study techniques. The results showed that the implementation of human resource management at Darul Muhmin Satun Thailand school is based on Islamic principles, such as all teachers and employees are required to take part in Al-Quran learning every Thursday to improve their teaching skills, teaching training before the school year opens, and evaluations attended by all educators to reassess whether the program and all efforts have run properly or as expected. Supporting factors are that this institution has recruitment standards as well as training for the development of educators and regular evaluations so that the desired goals or results can be achieved. While the obstacles are facilities that do not meet international standards

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the implementation of strategic management in the management of educational institutions at SD Darul Muhmin School Thailand. This research method uses a qualitative approach with descriptive research methods. The method of collecting information uses interviews, documentation and observation. The respondents in this study were the Principal and Management of the Darul Muhmin School Thailand Foundation. The results showed that the implementation of strategic management in the management of educational institutions at SD Darul Muhmin School Thailand was carried out well, this can be seen from the increasing number of students at SD Darul Muhmin School every year, then the creation of quality, superior, and morally good students in accordance with the vision and mission of SD Darul Muhmin School Thailand. Strategic management implemented at SD Darul Muhmin School Thailand is in the form of learner management, curriculum management, personal management, infrastructure management, and budget management. This research provides recommendations for improving the management of educational institutions, especially Islamic-based.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze women's education in the perspective of Islamic education philosophy with two focuses of study, namely the essence and challenges of emancipation in the era of disruption. This research uses a qualitative method based on library research. The data analysis used is content analysis. The results revealed that by nature women have a position as a housewife, as a wife, both of which make her a good teacher for herself and her children, and an educator partner for her husband. At the age of children, women's education is oriented towards their growth and development for their basic potential. At the age of adolescence leads to the formation of personality, and at adulthood leads to education for her duties as a mother and shaper of generations. The emancipation of women in the era of disruption in the context of Islamic education philosophy reflects the transformation of the role and rights of women in a changing society. In the framework of Islamic thought, education is the main key to understanding the values of gender equality as contained in Islamic teachings. The process of women's emancipation illustrates the effort to free women from limitations and inequality, with Islamic education as a means to empower them intellectually and spiritually.

Abstract

Student organizations provide a space for students to build competencies and characters that are not found in the classroom. However, this organization is often neglected and not managed properly. With regard to that, this study aims to analyze the existence of the vice principal for student affairs in fostering the activities of the Madrasah Intra Student Organization at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri Surakarta 1. The research method used is qualitative based on phenomenological studies. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation studies. The result is the existence of the deputy head of madrasah in the field of student affairs in fostering the madrasah intra student organization is as a manager, leader, innovator, motivator, coordinator. The role has been carried out well and effectively. This can be seen from the ability to empower student organization administrators to carry out work programs well, smoothly, and productively, as well as being able to provide regular guidance and assistance to student organization administrators when they run programs and activities, and can realize the vision and mission of student organizations.

Abstract

This article describes the Tariqa Shattariyya, which has undergone acculturation into a tradition of the Ulakan-Minangkabau people in Medan City. The Tariqa Shattariyya for the Ulakan people is practiced in the homeland and maintained in the overseas realm. This article focuses on the research question of how the Tariqa Shattariyya in the Ulakan people in Medan City. The research findings explain that the Tariqa Shattariyya in Medan City continues to be maintained and maintained through the community’s religious tradition, namely the basapa tradition; every year, the Ulakan people plans to go on a pilgrimage to the tomb of the Tariqa Shattariyya teachings in Ulakan. The tradition of the Prophet’s birthday is by reading the book of sharafal anam; in commemoration of this birthday, the Tuanku, Labai, and the society gather at the surau. This tradition is very different from the tradition of the Prophet’s birthday in general. The tradition of calling urang siak, this urang siak is a person who is an expert in reading prayers, tahlil and fardu kifayya. Finally, this article concludes that the Tariqa Shattariyya is the identity of the Ulakan people in Medan City

Abstract

The quality of higher education is determined one of them through the development of human resource potential. with regard to that this study aims to analyze the strategy of developing the potential of academic and non-academic staff and the obstacles faced. This research was conducted at STEBIS Al-Ulum Terpadu Medan. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation studies. Data analysis uses data collection techniques, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results revealed that the Strategy for Developing the Potential of Academic and Non-Academic Employees through the steps of mapping development needs, planning development programs, program implementation, evaluation and monitoring, support and motivation, career development, equal opportunities. What is faced are obstacles in strategy formulation, budget limitations, resistance or disapproval from employees to development programs, lack of understanding and support from the leadership of educational institutions, lack of infrastructure and technology, gaps in needs, lack of periodic evaluation and monitoring, differences in organizational culture and lack of integration between work units.
