Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi jenis dan implementasi pola asuh orang tua dalam membentuk karakter religius anak, serta menggambarkan karakter religius anak yang mengalami pola asuh tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Subjek penelitian adalah seorang ibu berinisial SA yang tinggal di Dusun 3 Desa Dogang. Data dikumpulkan melalui teknik wawancara. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pola asuh yang diterapkan oleh orang tua adalah Pola Asuh Demokratis, di mana anak diberikan kebebasan dalam pengambilan keputusan terkait ibadah dan aktivitas religius. Orang tua juga memberikan pengajaran agama dan contoh positif. Hasil dari pola asuh tersebut adalah anak menunjukkan karakter religius yang ditandai dengan ketaatan dalam beribadah, perilaku jujur, dan kecenderungan untuk berbagi. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan tentang bagaimana pola asuh orang tua dapat membentuk karakter religius anak dan mengilustrasikan pentingnya peran orang tua dalam membentuk nilai-nilai agama dan moral pada generasi muda. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi jenis dan implementasi pola asuh orang tua dalam membentuk karakter religius anak, serta menggambarkan karakter religius anak yang mengalami pola asuh tersebut. Abstract

Every child needs to have and develop creativity. In this study, researchers (the group of KKN 70 UIN SU Rantau Panjang Village) created a creativity program called Fun Day Friday. This program was initiated due to the need for more creativity and interest in learning among children in Rantau Panjang Village. Thus, this Fun Day Friday program aims to improve the value of creativity and interest in learning for children in Rantau Panjang Village. This study used a qualitative method with a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach, in which students of SDN 101928 Rantau Panjang became participants in this study. After the program has been carried out, there are positive results for the children in Rantau Panjang Village. This can be seen from their improved interest in learning in the classroom, such as being constantly present throughout the lesson, responding actively to questions, and the classroom atmosphere becoming more conducive.Keywords: Children, Creativity, Fun Day Friday, Learning Interest

Abstract

Building a community mindset is very important, especially to improve the economy. It is known that poverty is the biggest challenge for society, and this problem needs to be resolved. This can happen because the community's mindset is behind technology development, where people only use technology for things that could be more useful. Therefore, it is necessary to change people's views on the use of technology, especially since technological advances are currently inseparable from people's lives. This technological advancement has caused enormous changes in the life of humanity with all its civilizations and cultures. This change also greatly impacts the economy as long as it can utilize it properly. However, many people still need to learn how to utilize technological developments to improve the economy of individuals and even regions. Therefore, it is necessary to guide the community to be wiser in using technology, which will be very beneficial for the community's survival and even the economic progress of the community, especially since the community can introduce local wisdom to the world.  Keywords: Economy, Local Wisdom, Society, Technology

Abstract

Access to clean water, eradicating mosquito larvae, and understanding the impact of smoking at home are crucial factors influencing the health and well-being of communities worldwide. These issues are especially pertinent in areas where knowledge and resources may be limited. The village of Kelambir is one such community where these concerns are paramount. This research aims to shed light on the knowledge and behavior of Kelambir Village residents regarding these key health determinants. Data was collected through questionnaires from 103 respondents interviewed. The results showed that the majority of respondents (89.3%) utilized clean water and had taken proactive steps to eradicate mosquito larvae (69.9%). Despite these positive actions, there were still respondents who depended on unsafe water sources (7.8%) and had not consistently taken measures against mosquito larvae (30.1%). Furthermore, approximately 55.3% of the respondents reported smoking at home, emphasizing a behavior that can significantly increase the risk of respiratory diseases.Keywords: Knowledge, Kelambir Village, PHBS

Abstract

Training is an effort to develop skills through experiential learning activities. Hydroponic-making training is one of the work programs implemented in field course  groups (kuliah kerja nyata) activities. The training is aimed at the people of Bukit Sari Village so that the village community is educated and can use land efficiently by planting vegetables using a hydroponic system and hydroponic training using the demonstration method. The sequence of implementation begins with the preparation stage, the implementation stage, and the closing stage. Based on the training that has been carried out, it can be seen that there is an increase in the results of the pre-test and post-test regarding community knowledge about hydroponics; it is known that the average community pre-test result is 58.1 and the community post-test result is 85.4, with an average increase of 27.4. People who have been very enthusiastic and open to receiving hydroponic training support these findings, demonstrating increased public knowledge and understanding of hydroponics. Based on the implementation of hydroponic training that has been carried out, hydroponic training activities provide many benefits to the community, including being productive, creative, and innovative in utilizing land and time. The community can consume healthier vegetables, and besides that, the community can also increase the economic value of their own family and the village where they live

Abstract

The Jatiarum Daswisma group, Samarinda City, East Kalimantan Province, is one vehicle used as a place to carry out KKN activities for Mulawarman University Pharmacy students since 2021, one of the work programs is the use of TOGA (Family Medicinal Plants). Because of this joint activity program, the community has succeeded in cultivating the TOGA. However, it is necessary to carry out a sustainable program so that it can increase the productivity of partner community groups through training and assistance in the development of health products based on local wisdom towards the down streaming and commercialization of products with economic value. The aim of this service program is to increase the knowledge of partner communities about the use of TOGA into economically valuable health products, improve community skills in production through training in health product development. Because of this service, the community carried out TOGA plant care activities and used the plants as herbal tea, which was carried out by women in the Rawamakmur sub-district. By holding this activity, people, especially stay-at-home parent, will know the benefits of the TOGA plant as herbal tea.

Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan hal terpenting dalam kehidupan setiap orang sehingga dalam pendidikan memerlukan dasar nilai-nilai ideal yang dapat menjadi sumber kebenaran dan kekuatan yang dapat mengantarkan pada apa yang dicita-citakan. Kurangnya motivasi belajar siswa di sekolah tersebut dikarenakan biaya ataupun sarana prasarana yang masih minim untuk menunjang proses pembelajaran. Melihat situasi ini salah satu alternatif yang dapat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan motivasi siswa adalah dengan mengadakan kegiatan lomba cerdas cermat (LCC). Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan ini adalah melibatkan siswa SD kelas atas yaitu kelas 4 SD, 5 SD dan 6 SD untuk melakukan kegiatan lomba cerdas cermat (LCC). Kegiatan LCC ini dilaksanakan bertujuan untuk menarik motivasi belajar siswa pada kemampuan berhitung dan mempelajari tentang alam sekitar beserta isinya. Tiap kelas mengirimkan 9(sembilan) siswa untuk mewakilkan tiap kelas nya.

Abstract

Dental and oral health is a very important part of general health. Damage to teeth can affect human quality of life. Therefore, it is very important to maintain the oral cavity and teeth so that they remain healthy. The most important preventive measure so that teeth don't get damaged quickly is to maintain proper oral and dental hygiene every day, namely by brushing your teeth. . Brushing your teeth regularly and correctly is the main method for removing plaque and controlling diseases caused by plaque, such as caries and periodontitis. Counseling is an effort that can be made to change children's actions in maintaining dental and oral health so that optimal levels of dental and oral health are achieved. Counseling is carried out using the lecture method and using pantomime. This community service activity was carried out in the form of socializing tooth brushing techniques and carrying out dental and oral examinations for 76 students of SDN 106813 in Amplas Village, Percut Sei Tuan District, Deli Serdang Regency. Community service activities have been carried out, with the results obtained that the def-t number is 322 with an average def-t of 4.24. This condition is in the high category and some of the students' permanent teeth already have caries.

Abstract

The biggest problems faced by home industry players are difficulties in marketing products and lack of skills in using technology as well as a lack of product quality assurance which causes difficulties in accessing a wider market. The aim of this service is to improve the performance of creative home industry players through innovation capabilities and product branding through technological literacy and recognition of business opportunities. The method used in this service starts from the planning process, implementing activities and monitoring evaluation. In the process of implementing activities in the form of providing training using lecture and discussion methods as well as mentoring to participants. This program was carried out by a team of ITSK Lecturers and Students Sugeng Hartono with the target being household food industry players who are members of ASEMKESUR in Solo Raya. Abstract

Pendidikan agama Islam mempunyai tujuan  untuk  membentuk serta meningkatkan iman, penghayatan serta mengamalkan seluruh syariat yang diperintahkan dan dilarang dalam agama Islam, sehingga akan menciptakan  seorang  islam yang bertaqwa serta beriman kepada Allah SWT dan berakhlakul mulia dalam kehidupan pribadi masyarakat. Salah satu TPQ yang terdapat di desa Binanga ialah Pondok Tahfiz Qur’an Pinta Saroha. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk menanamkan, meningkatkan serta memperdalam pemahaman  nilai - nilai keagamaan tersebut terdiri dari keimananan, ibadah serta akhlak pada anak Pondok Tahfiz Qur’an Pinta Saroha. Pelaksanaan pengabdian tersebut dilakukan berjumlah 26 mahasiswa peserta KKN Kelompok 157 UINSU Tahun 2023 yang diantaranya terdiri dari  4 orang mahasiswa dari Fakultas Dakwah dan Komunikasi dan 1 mahasiswa Fakultas Ushuluddin dan Studi Agama Islam. Hasil pengabdian ini berupa mengajarkan Tahsin Al-Qur’an,pembinaa,sholat, pelatihan pidato, melatih mengumandangkan adzan, pembinaan fardhu kifayah dan memberikan tips dan trik menghal Al-Qur’an.
