Abstract

Teaching in principle guides students in teaching and learning activities or implies that teaching is an effort to organize the environment in relation to students and teaching materials that lead to the learning process. Pedagogic competence is the ability of teachers to manage learning, at least covering understanding of educational insights or foundations, student understanding, curriculum/syllabus development, learning design, implementation of educative and dialogical learning, use of learning technology, evaluation of learning processes and outcomes, and development of students to actualize various potentials. This study aims to analyze the improvement of teacher professionalism through motivational style training. This study uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques through observation. The results of this study indicate that the planning stage was carried out well although there were still some shortcomings. LPPM's coordination with the implementation team has been maximized. However, the coordination between the implementation time and partners is still lacking in terms of implementation time which then has implications for the number of participants. Both implementations were quite good, the number of participants had reached the target even though it seemed urgent. In terms of time still not good enough. The third stage of the evaluation is carried out well enough so that it can correct the existing deficiencies.

Sources of data obtained through library research techniques (library study) which refers to sources available both online and offline such as: scientific journals, books and news sourced from trusted sources. The results of the study concluded that occupational therapy helps children train the muscles of the body and legs to be strong and balanced right and left. Teach which emphasizes children to be able to work purposefully in their community. Sensory integration therapy teaches children how to train the balance of the right brain and left brain to develop in a balanced way. Sone-rise has the main principle of following "whatever" the child wants to do, there is nothing wrong with the child's behavior and accepting it as it is with passion and love. The therapies above are more focused on physical and minimizing hyper behavior in children, while none has focused on communication skills in children. Therefore we need a comprehensive therapy in helping children's development. A comprehensive therapy in helping children's development is Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy.

This research method uses descriptive observation with a cross-sectional design method. The study was conducted from February-June 2020. The research subjects were elderly patients who experienced bone pain and anemia. Bone pain was measured by the Numeric Rating Scale on a scale of 1-10. Anemia was measured by examining hemoglobin on a hematology analyzer, then scattergram analysis was carried out through WDF using Sysmex XN 1000. The results of this study showed that the scattergram profile of lymphocytes in most elderly subjects with bone pain and anemia was in the SSC (A2, A3), SFL area. (B2, C2, D3, E3), which means that there are many changes in the lymphocyte profile, more atypical lymphocyte cells and suspicion of abnormal plasma cells or lymphocyte cells.
