Abstract

Characteristics of breeders determine sheep farming activities. Breeders are expected to always be able to improve their knowledge in carrying out various business activities, especially in utilizing the production of sheep dung to be used as organic fertilizer for plants. The purpose of this study was to determine the characteristics of farmers and the potential for production of sheep dung for food crops, especially corn. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive approach for breeder characteristics and the availability of sheep manure as a potential organic fertilizer measured through adult sheep that excrete manure per day or for 24 hours, then multiplied by the existing livestock population. The results showed that 44% of farmers aged 31-50 years, 56% had elementary school education, 65%, farmers as a main job 65% and farmers only as a sideline 11%, and the priority scale of farmers doing this activity is first to increase income, producing organic fertilizer , as traditional livestock and for savings. The production of sheep manure for one year is 11,711,609 tons/head/year, but the utilization rate for corn food crops is only 372,736 tons/year so that the excess is 11,338.873 tons/year due to its use only on corn and not on corn. other plants

Abstract

This study aims to produce empathic budgeting models that are built through the concept of altruism. With this model, regional budgets are built into a result of social construction that is full of values, empowering, emancipatory, and that regional budgeting is dedicated to the welfare of the community. This study uses a content analysis approach to find out or explain the content of community interests in the regional budgeting of Tana Toraja Regency. The results of this study indicate that; (1) the formulation of the vision and mission shows clear content regarding the orientation of community welfare, but in the regional planning process the orientation towards community interests is decreasing. The musrembang process, which is expected to encourage community participation and needs, has to deal with the inability of regional funding, which is mostly allocated for personnel expenditures, goods and services, and other asset expenditures. (2) the regional budget budgeting model should be oriented along lines that are more emancipatory and empowering by prioritizing several ways in which "community welfare" is its basic objective. Budgetary actors who are involved in the regional budgeting process must have "feeling in" empathy which is done by entering into the emotional state (feelings) of the community through a deeper understanding of the community's condition. Thus the empathic budgeting model is expected to provide broad implications in understanding community orientation in regional budgeting

Abstract

Indonesia has changed the tax collection system several times, starting from the official assessment system, semi-self assessment system, withholding system to the self-assessment system. In the self-assessment, the taxpayer will be given confidence in calculating, calculating the tax payable independently and then depositing and reporting to the registered tax service office. This study aims to determine how the implementation of the self-assessment system to taxpayers. This research method uses normative juridical, namely the study of library materials which include primary legal materials, secondary legal materials and tertiary legal materials, both in the form of documents and statutory regulations. The results of the study show that the self-assessment system applied has not been able to change taxpayers in carrying out tax activities independently and honestly. The law gives trust to taxpayers with a self-assessment system, but is not accompanied by good legal awareness by taxpayers. Supervision and application of sanctions that are not optimal result in high violations committed by taxpayers.
