Abstract

Moral decadence among students in the digital era has become an alarming phenomenon along with the massive penetration of technology in the lives of the younger generation. This research aims to analyze the characteristics and factors causing student moral degradation in the digital era, identify challenges faced in Islamic Religious Education learning, and formulate effective strategies and solutions in shaping students' noble character. The research method uses a qualitative approach with library research that relies on secondary data from various scientific literature. The research results show that student moral decadence is characterized by increasing deviant behaviors such as online game addiction, cyberbullying, and consumption of negative content triggered by internal factors in the form of weak understanding of religious values and external factors in the form of easy access to technology without adequate supervision. The challenges of Islamic Religious Education learning include curricula that are not yet adaptive, low digital competence of educators, and minimal synergy between schools, families, and communities. The recommended solutions include digital transformation of learning based on tafsir tarbawi, strengthening critical digital literacy, and building a collaborative and holistic moral education ecosystem to form a generation that has moral resilience in the digital era.

Abstract

This research aims to analyse human resource development (HRD) in optimising the use of the Goods In and Out Information System (SIKMB) at the Office of the Regional Research and Innovation Agency of Central Sulawesi Province. This study employed a qualitative approach, utilizing interview methods with five informants who are employees at the institution. The results indicate that human resource development at the Regional Research and Innovation Agency of Central Sulawesi continues to face several key challenges, including a lack of in-depth understanding of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and limited technical training on the use of the information system. Although the SIKMB system has been implemented, many employees have not been able to maximise the use of the system's features. Additionally, issues related to outdated technological infrastructure and a lack of coordination between units pose obstacles to efficient goods management. Therefore, this study recommends the need for ongoing training, updating technological infrastructure, improved inter-departmental coordination, and the implementation of motivation and incentive policies to enhance staff performance in using the system. The results of this study are expected to contribute to human resource development and increased operational efficiency at the Office of the Regional Research and Innovation Agency of Central Sulawesi

Abstract

he management of DM is still considered underestimated, so disease control is not optimal. Less than optimal management of DMT2 sufferers can cause DMT2 sufferers to experience complications. Neuropathy as a form of microvascular complication plays a role in the appearance of diabetic ulcers. Diabetic ulcers can be prevented and controlled so that they do not develop into more severe through various ways, one of which is by providing education about foot care, as well as doing regular foot care every day. This study aims to determine the effect of motion picture guidance media education on improving foot care knowledge for patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus at the Kabila Health Center, Bone Bolango Regency. This research method uses a type of experimental quasi-research with a one-group pre-post test design with a sample of 56 patients with Type 2 DM at the Kabila Health Center. The analysis technique used the paired sample t test. The results of the study showed that the average value of knowledge level before and after being given education was 47,976. The results of the paired sample t-test obtained a p value of 0.001 < 0.05, it can be said that there is an effect of motion picture guidance media education on improving the knowledge of foot care for patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with a correlation value of 0.506 (adequate category). The conclusion is that there is an influence of Guidance Motion Picture media education on improving knowledge of foot care for people with type 2 diabetes mellitus at the Kabila Health Center, Bone Bolango Regency.

This study aims to find out how the relationship between self-care and the risk of peripheral neuropathy in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus at the Tilongkabila Health Center. This type of research is quantitative using a correlational design, which aims to find out whether there is a relationship between two or more variables with the approach used, namely cross-sectional. Based on the results of the study, obtained from 74 respondents, it shows that most of the respondents have good self-care, namely 50 respondents (67.6%), followed by respondents with sufficient self-care as many as 11 respondents (14.9%), and less self-care as many as 13 respondents (17.6%). The results of neuropathy screening examination using monofilament found that as many as 41 respondents (55.4%) were not at risk of developing peripheral neuropathy, while 33 respondents (44.6%) were at risk of peripheral neuropathy. There was a statistically significant relationship between self-care based on Orem's theory and the risk of peripheral neuropathy in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus at the Tilongkabila Health Center, with a p-value of 0.043 (p < 0.05).

Abstract

Adolescents are an age group that is vulnerable to sexual violence due to limited knowledge and ability to protect themselves. Self-efficacy plays an important role in shaping adolescents' confidence to carry out prevention. The comprehensive sexual education model is one of the educational approaches that can increase adolescents' self-efficacy through providing information and strengthening prevention skills. This study aims to determine the effect of the comprehensive sexual education model on the self-efficacy of sexual violence prevention in adolescents at SMAN X Suwawa. The study used a quantitative approach with a pre-experimental one-group pretest-posttest design and involved 61 respondents selected through cluster random sampling technique. The research instrument is in the form of a questionnaire in the form of a dichotomy question. The results showed that most adolescents experienced excellent self-efficacy (91.8%), while the rate of self-efficacy was good (8.2%) after being given intervention. The results of the Wilcoxon signed rank test showed a p-value = 0.006 (< 0.05), which indicates that there is a significant influence of the comprehensive sexual education model on the self-efficacy of preventing sexual violence in adolescents at SMAN X Suwawa. Schools are advised to integrate comprehensive sexuality education in learning activities and counseling guidance services.

Abstract

Abstract: Floods are natural disasters that consistently dominate disaster events in Indonesia and have a significant impact on economic, social, environmental, health, and educational aspects. Data from the National Disaster Management Agency (BNPB) shows that floods cause damage to infrastructure, loss of assets, disruption of economic activities, and an increased risk of post-disaster illness and fatalities. Gorontalo Province is an area with a high level of flood vulnerability, especially Gorontalo City. Based on Gorontalo Provincial Statistics data in 2024, there were 9 sub-districts affected by floods, 47 out of 50 villages submerged, and as many as 39,784 people affected. This flood condition not only has an impact on the residential environment, but also threatens public facilities such as schools. Standing water in the school environment has the potential to damage educational infrastructure and increase the risk of diseases such as diarrhea, acute respiratory infections (ARI), leptospirosis, and skin diseases. Therefore, the involvement of schools in flood disaster mitigation efforts is very important. Schools have a strategic role as a center for disaster education and behavior change through increased knowledge, preparedness, and disaster mitigation simulations. Integrated disaster education in the school environment is expected to be able to increase the preparedness of school residents and effectively reduce the impact of floods.

Abstract

ASPAK (Medical Facilities, Infrastructure, and Devices Application) is a web-based application to manage and monitor health facility data. This study aims to analyze the factors that affect the timeliness of data reporting at the South Suwawa Health Center through the ASPAK application in the Health Center Management Information System (SIMPUS). The factors studied include information system quality, user competence, management support, technological infrastructure, and human resources. Data were collected through a survey of 44 Puskesmas employees and analyzed using simple linear regression and cross-tabulation. The results showed that most employees gave positive assessments of the quality of information systems (75%), user competence (79.5%), management support (68.2%), technological infrastructure (70.5%), and human resources (52.3%). The timeliness of data reporting is also relatively high with 61.4% reporting on time. The regression analysis confirmed that these five factors had a significant effect on the timeliness of reporting with a significance value of < 0.05 and a determination coefficient (R²) of 40.3%. Research suggests improved training, management support, and infrastructure development to improve the timeliness of data reporting.
