Abstract

ABSTRACT Discount voucher / voucher sites are one part of e-commerce. Rampant discount sites in Indonesia, a separate phenomenon, especially in terms of the development of Internet-based commerce (e-commerce). Discount voucher sites are sites or mobile apps that market advertisements about promos and discounts being held by companies into the world of the internet so that the spread becomes more widespread. With a discount voucher site, companies can advertise their promotions and discounts to the internet. The methodology of data collection is done by observation, namely: direct observation on various voucher and discount voucher sites in Indonesia and with Library Studies, reading books, articles and sites that can assist in the analysis. For marketing strategy done with Organic Marketing, that is by using SEO (Search Engine Optimization) Hash Tags, Meta Tags, Achor Links that must be applied into the website, outside of the side of the website, organic marketing can also be done by way of broadcasting and social media press. For offline marketing channels, discount voucher sites can be made by distributing flyers to public places, such as malls, to inform the public that there is a discount voucher Site presence that they can download using a smartphone. Business analysis is carried out by assessing business feasibility studies in terms of financial aspects. Based on the calculation of investment feasibility study, by using the method of payback period, net present value, internal rate of return, and profability  index, it can be concluded that discount voucher sites deserve to be a business opportunity. Keywords : E-commerce, Discount Vouchers, Investment Feasibility Study

Abstract

This community service activity was conducted in order to ensure that younger and future generations finally have several insights regarding the importance of determining and setting the career path that they want to achieve in the future from the present time in order to ensure that they won’t get lost in determining what they really want to do during the course of their life. It is mainly because most people, particularly those who are from the younger generations, tend to not have a specific and clear intention of what they want to do, or what they want to achieve in their life, in which, they tend to just follow through with their life without having any clear intentions of what they really want to achieve in their life. Therefore, it is important for the younger generations to fully understand the importance and the crucial aspect of understanding their passion, their interest, or their affection toward certain field that they wish to do, in which, such passion could eventually and potentially become their career which they could develop for the entirety of their life. This community service was conducted virtually through Google Meet because of the current COVID-19 pandemic which hamper the possibility that this community service activity was conducted physically to the participants. Meanwhile, a total of 27 participants who participated in this community service session are senior high school students from Bunda Mulia Senior High School. Furthermore, regarding the completion of this activity, author was hopeful that all participants could finally understand the importance of setting their own objectives and career path that they want to pursue in their life in order to prevent them from experiencing much confusion regarding what kind of job or what they want to do during the entirety of their life.

Abstract

In 2017 the number of franchise turnover in Indonesia reached 200 trillion rupiah with a composition of 65% contributed by foreign franchises and 35% came from local franchises. The food and beverage industry sector also contributes 80 percent of the total franchise turnover in Indonesia. Based on data from the Ministry of Tourism of Indonesia, restaurant businesses with medium and large scale increased in number even though based on the percentage of growth slowed down. From 2008-2011 the restaurant business experienced an increase of 600 units of restaurants. This explains that restaurant businesses, especially food and beverages, have a high appeal to people's consumption choices. Various factors of attraction and weakness of a franchise restaurant is not uncommon to be a discussion and recommendation of the community either directly or online media. This study aims to measure whether influenza is influenced by the quality of food, the quality of restaurant officers, and the appearance of the restaurant. This study used multiple regression and SPSS 24 to analyze the data. The result of this research explains that partially word of mouth is not influenced by the quality of food, the quality of the restaurant officer, and the appearance of the restaurant. Simultaneously, these factors have an effect on the word of mouth. The use and socialization of the voting system and comments on the factors in this study can help the restaurant franchise business in the formation and dissemination of public spirits. Keywords: Restaurant, franchise, word of mouth

Abstract

According to surveyd had been done from (BPS), the number of unemployed people in Indonesia as of August 2018 reaching 7,000,000 people. This figure is equivalent to 5.34% of the total workforce in Indonesia, which is 131,010,000 people. The number of job vacancies always prioritizes the good educational background, the data had been shown: most absorbed graduates are graduate and postgraduate graduates, and professions while the lowest percentage of employment is secondary school graduates. Therefore at this time community services made a theme to providing communication and self-interpretation as a briefing for the world of work will be held in (SMK Yadika - Jakarta). Total sample of 125 students were collected in this session an being divided into two groups in this activity. The method used is the development of Laswell's theory through 5 main stages. The first session will be given direction by the lecturers on communication management starting from the definition, development, and implementation, which is then followed by a role play session. The second session, continued with interviews between students and lecturers. Through this interview session students are given directions on how to communicate well. At the end of the session the students were given one chance to do a review to meet a good interview standard. Based on the results, the participants could see that the students responded actively and enthusiastically in this activity. Abstract

The Government of Indonesia is committed to respecting and fulfilling the rights of the child. This is reflected in the government's decision to ratify the Convention on the Rights of the Children through Presidential Decree no. 36 of 1990 which was then followed up by the State Ministry of Women's Empowerment through the Regulation of the Minister of State for Women's Empowerment no. 2 of 2009 concerning the Decent Regency / City Children policy (KLA. In 2015, DKI Jakarta Provincial Government targets to build +60 RPTRA in all areas of DKI Jakarta, and +150 other RPTRA in 2016. In the development of RPTRA, the DKI Government uses tripartite development model by involving private parties and universities. Besides the main function as a center for child friendly activities, RPTRA is also expected to be the center of activity and socializing of the surrounding community. As a companion university in the development of RPTRA Dharma Suci, Bunda Mulia University is obliged to assist and coordinate with RPTRA managers so that RPTRA can function as intended. It is lasts from April 2016-December 2016. The methods undertaken in carrying out activities in RPTRA are training, seminars, and counseling. The existence of universities in the utilization of RPTRA turned out to help the utilization of RPTRA maximally, and also increase the benefits of community service activities that are done because the right target and as needed. Therefore, the government of DKI Jakarta is expected to accelerate and increase the existence of RPTRA, and maintain the involvement of universities in filling the community service activities in RPTRA.Keywords: child-friendly integrated public space, RPTRA, Jakarta

Abstract

Environmental education has a very important role in overcoming current environmental problems. The development of environmental awareness is increasingly important to continue to be socialized to all elements of society who have a responsibility in maintaining and preserving the environment for sustainability that is relevant to nature. Early childhood must begin to have an awareness of the importance of environmental aspects in maintaining life now and in the future because environmental education is the responsibility of the entire community, including government and educational institutions. This community service activity combines the provision of material on the importance of preserving the environment, especially Indonesian rare animals and development of children’s fine motor skill by using paper folding activities or commonly called origami. This study using collaborative and participatory action research methods (PAR). At the community service this time, the target of the participants was children aged 6-8 years in the North Jakarta Dharma Suci RPTRA environment. The results of the training from this activity showed that children tend to be enthusiastic in participating in giving the material given. Children tend to be interested in learning more about rare animals in Indonesia. And it can be seen that the children's fine motor skills, namely in folding paper (origami), seem to be better in several processes in the process of folding paper.

Abstract

The focus of RPTRA's activities reflects services for children and community services to become a community center that functions as a center of interaction and is used by all elements of society from various age groups. This research is an advanced stage of previous research on the relationship of RPTRA managers. The communication network that is built into the use of the RPTRA can be utilized for the development of institutional components that are socio-economic. By using Max Webber's instrumental rationality approach, this study can identify the social changes that have been formed. This study will provide a description relating to changes in knowledge, attitudes and actions of the people who use RPTRA. Changes that arise from individual RPTRA users (mothers) are driven by actions based on value orientation. Their actions involved in activities at RPTRA were not driven by instrumental orientation (to obtain economic benefits) or traditional orientation (because of tradition - driven by the authority structure) In general it can be concluded that RPTRA was able to take a good role. RPTRA is not a material space that distributes materials / materials to make a transformation of the social structure of society (change in social action). The results of the study indicate the formation of rationality in the use of RPTRA if it is associated with user social actions and program activities that put RPTRA as a center in building social relations for their local communities and social change. Keywords: RPTRA, communication network, social change, social actions.

Abstract

ABSTRACT                 Stress Management (How To Turn Stress Into High Productivity). If you are living with high level of stress, you are putting your entire well-being at risk. It narrows your ability to think clearly, function effectively, and enjoy life. It may seem that there is nothing you can do about stress. Effective stress management help you break the hold stress has on your life, so you can be happier, healthier, and more productive. The ultimate goal is a balanced life, with time for work, relationships, rileksation and fun, and the resilience to hold up under pressure and meet challenges head on. Stress management starts with identifying the sources of stress in your life, this isn’t as straightforward as it sounds. While it’s easy to identify major stressors such as changing jobs, moving, or going through a divorce, pinpointing the sources of chronic stress can be more complicated. It’s all too easy to overlook how your own thoughts, feelings, and behaviors contribute to your everyday stress levels.A stress journal can help you identify the regular stressors in your life and the way you deal with them. Abstract

One character of self-reliance in relation to entrepreneurship is the taking of initiatives about the business opportunities that can result. Market opportunities indicate the need for more tax consultants in the effort of one of them achieving tax revenue targets. Efforts to increase these numbers can be supported early on starting from the level of Higher Education, where graduates with related courses can contribute in shaping the profession of tax consultants in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to analyze whether the desire of career dipengaurhi by the basic factors. By using multiple regression analysis and measurement with SPSS, the results of the study explain that career choice is influenced by personal factors, intrinsic value of work, job market opportunity, financial reward, professional recognition, work environment, social value. Socialization of the profession as a consultant is deemed necessary especially to form and increase student motivation, especially from accounting study program. The study aims to know and analyze interest in marching as a tax consultant and the factors that influence it. The results of this study describe career choices as influenced by personalities, intrinsic value of employment, job market opportunities, financial rewards / awards, professional recognition, work environment, and social values. What and how career paths and job characteristics are deemed necessary to be delivered to students especially those from accounting study programs. It aims to motivate and interest in the profession semakian sharpened and directed with important information concerning this profession. Socialization by tax consultants to campuses is considered appropriate for the program to direct the potential of another company's career or independent business as a tax consultant.  Keywords: consultant, tax, profession, accounting

Abstract

Business performance is influenced by several factors, one of which is the innovation of sales ideas. Previous studies also explain the role of innovation in determining the performance of the business being undertaken. Some researches on the role of innovation in determining business performance emphasizes aspects of top management involvement, resources, existing technological capabilities and organizational culture. This research aims to analyse the determinants of business performance factors, especially on the role of innovation as a mediating factor. This research is quantitative using Partial Least Square (PLS)-Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) models. The results of this study explain that Innovation and Management Capability do not have an influence on business performance in the SME accessories gadget at ITC Roxy Mas. However, entrepreneurial orientation has an influence on business performance in the gadget accessories SMEs at ITC Roxy Mas. Furthermore, entrepreneurial orientation and management ability have an influence on innovation in the gadget accessories SMEs at ITC Roxy Mas. The results of the indirect effect explain the entrepreneurial orientation and management capabilities that are mediated by innovation do not have an influence on business performance in the gadget accessories SMEs at ITC Roxy Mas.
