One of the acceleration of a country's economic growth can be supported by the participation of creative and risk-taking labor force groups. However, sometimes the courage does not run in balance with creativity. Therefore, the tendency of younger groups to start independent businesses is often constrained by internal factors such as personal principles and unwillingness to take risks. Personal attitudes will depend on individual perceptions formed through life experience, learning, observation of others and other things. This study aims to see the entrepreneurial intention by the factors of propensity to act (creativity, self-control, norms and attitudes) of young groups to act in realizing independent entrepreneurship. Quantitative research with questionnaire instrument using the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) 22 application, this study used multiple regression analysis on the error rate of 5%. This research explains about partial entrepreneurship intention by individual creativity in young group. On the other hand, the entrepreneurial intention partially is not known by social norms and the courage to take risks in young groups. Subsequent studies may use more sample quantities to explain the likely outcomes. In addition, further research can also use a description of the choices on the item being asked to give more precision to the factor of courage in taking the risk of entrepreneurship.Keywords: entrepreneurship, propensity to act, intention

Business competition in this case shows the public demand and supply in this case applies. The development of the business world is able to provide offers that tend to be more attractive to both experienced and non-experienced Human Resource. This makes employees in a company in a certain period tend to have consideration to move and choose more attractive offers from other companies. This study generally aims to analyze the determinants of employee turnover factors. This research is a quantitative study using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with a total sample of 50 people with analysis tools, namely SMART PLS 3.0. The results of this study explain in a direct effect that employee motivation is not affected by service efforts to the client as part of the work carried out by employees and also not affected by employee teamwork. However, employee motivation is influenced by relationships between employees, employee responsibilities at work, employee work behavior. The desire of employees to change jobs is influenced by employee motivation. Indirectly, the desire of employees to change jobs is not influenced by service to the client and teamwork. Conversely, the desire of employees to change jobs is influenced by factors of work relations between employees, employee responsibilities with employee motivation as mediating factors, and employee work behavior factors. Suggestions for researchers can then use export import companies originating from outside Indonesia where blending the culture of the organization will have an important role.

This research is conceptual thinking according to the approach from a customer-dominant logic (C-D) perspective, this study aims to expand the discussion of value co-creation by providing conceptual insights into value co-creation within the customer's social environment. In the social context in which customers consume together or collectively, research will raise the concept of how to provide recommendations on how services can facilitate value co-creation in a customer-to-customer (C2C) context. Current thinking about value in C-D according to the service management perspective on C2C interactions and social science concepts in consumers, requires a framework that can be proposed for C2C value co-creation as a dynamic, gradual process. Values appear in four different social layers: "classified customers", "social bubbles","temporary communities" and “neo communities”. Later, this research requires further validation using qualitative field-based methods such as participant observation and interviews. Furthermore, this research can contribute by introducing the perspective of value co-creation in C2C, by conceptualizing the social layer in which values will be formed and giving specific propositions to decision makers and managers who are related to the service industry.Keywords: Customer-dominant logic; Customer-to-customer; Shared consumption; Value co-creat

ABSTRACT The state of the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) pandemic forces people to be more adaptive. This includes self-development so that it can reduce the negative impacts that can arise within oneself. Coupled with the development of information technology is increasingly rapid until now and the technologies that support it continue to be developed. People take a lot of time to try to improve their technology-related skills such as photography and videography. In its development, both photography and videography have undergone many changes from manual to digital until a few moments ago a trend emerged where due to the pandemic situation which required us to keep our distance or what is known as social distancing, the trend of virtual photography and videography emerged. So that this community service activity takes place online with participants from students / I SMK Bonavita Tangerang. In this community service consists of two parts, the first is the provision of material and an understanding of non-virtual and virtual shooting procedures, so that participants understand the basics of shooting from pre-production, production to post-production, in which the material is given direct practical examples. conducted by the two speakers. The final result of this community service activity went well and was responded well by the participants. Participants receive material on photography and videography competencies that have been adapted to be used in the current pandemic situation.

ABSTRACTAt this time, often encountered many students who feel wrong in choosing majors and the university even when they are already enrolled, it majors selected not according to their talents and interests. Early education of students and students will minimize the potential that they will feel disappointed with their choice when they are educated in college. Therefore, through community service activities is intended to provide education about how and step in selecting or determining the most appropriate option to continue their studies to pursue higher education. After this workshop, students feel very satisfied because they have an alternative keputuan in the selection of majors to continue to pursue higher education in accordance with their interests and talents. This research is to analyze the effect of emotional intelligence, school environment on learning motivation and its impact on student achievement. The research methodology used is quantitative research using survey methods that are intended to provide an explanation. Survey research is research that takes a sample from a population and uses a questionnaire as a primary collection tool. There are 3 variables used, they are independent variable, mediation variable and dependent variable. Emotional intelligence and school environment as independent variables, learning motivation as mediating variables and learning achievement as dependent variables. The study involved as many as 89 students as respondents, the data were analyzed with SmartPLS 3.0. The results showed that emotional intelligence had a positive and significant effect on learning motivation, emotional intelligence had a positive and significant effect on learning achievement, the school environment had a positive and significant effect on learning motivation, the school environment had a positive and significant effect on learning achievement and learning motivation had a positive and significant effect towards learning achievement.

Population growth in Indonesia especially in Jakarta can be seen as an opportunity for residential business establishment called boarding houses. The need for boarding house become one of the important things for residents in Indonesia, especially around the office and campus. The distribution of the population in search of employment and lecture forces the situation for the need of boarding house given the relatively short residence time or the relatively close location. This study aims to analyze the dominant factors that become the consideration of residents in choosing the boarding houses in Jakarta. Factors used in this research are facilities, price, location, security, boarding house environment, reputation, and reference. The study involved 34 boarding house residents in Jakarta. The analysis uses KMO-Bartlett test to analyze priority factors. The results of this study explain that the existence of public facilities for example: waiting room guests, TV watching room together, shared pantry, public toilets/bathrooms and places/buildings are well maintained boarding house be a major factor in consideration of residents. The next factors that become the main consideration is to choose a boarding house due to friend factor and reputation/image place/owner boarding house. Suggestion of this research is more emphasize on effort to make boarding house business in Jakarta where can consider to provide public facilities such as a comfortable waiting room that allows for space to communicate between residents and guests and also among co-inhabitants boarding house. Other factors such as making a small garden or providing crops are important to make the atmosphere of boarding house cooler and soothing. Routine maintenance such as wall painting and cleaning floors boarding house corridors need to be done so that residents boarding house feel more comfortable. The culinary industry is an industry that is always developing. One area of business that is currently starting to develop is bakery products The purpose of this research is (1) To know the effect of product quality toward brand image of Bread Talk as bakery shop that use open kitchen concept. The method used in this study is a quantitative research method. Populations and samples (questionnaires) in this study were 85 valid questionnaires. Data analysis was performed by testing the validity, reliability, normality test, correlation coefficient test, determination test, linear regression and T test. The results of this study indicate that the product quality variable and brand image variable have a strong relationship with a correlation value of 0.777 and the product quality variable has a significant effect on the brand image variable with t count of the product quality is 11.237 with a significant value of product quality is 0.000. The calculation results of the product quality variable influece on the brand iamge variable is 60.3% and the remaining 39.7% is influenced by other variables outside of the study. Thus, BreadTalk should be able to continue to maintain and improve the quality of its products in order to maintain the achievements of its brand image Keywords: Product Quality, Brand Image, Branding

The main social problems that occurred in Indonesia, among others: unemployment and poverty. Such conditions can certainly interfere with national development and stability. Therefore, what is needed now is a real solution that can help overcome the problems. One such solution is to increase the entrepreneurial spirit in each individual in society, especially the youth as the backbone of the nation, particularly through the development of social entrepreneurship. Social entrepreneurship is expected to generate new business ideas which in turn has an impact reducing unemployment and poverty. The implementation of the Community Service was conducted using lectures and practical method to create and modify lupine tempe chips product with processed materials by the participants. Lupine tempe chips is a traditional food from Indonesia made from Soybeans, a kind of nuts from Lupinus Angustifolius plant (Lupine leafy-leafed) cultivated in Australia. The results demonstrate community service, lupine tempe chips processing training is an attempt to foster social entrepreneurial ventures and bring new business ideas. New ideas are generated, the participants not only creative with tempeh chips but a wide range of raw material processed tempe. Therefore, social entrepreneurship training activities in making tempe chips LUPIN this goes well. This is shown by the growth of spirit, motivation and creativity in exploring the idea of business potential.Keywords: social entrepreneurship, social issues, new idea

Indonesia is a pluralistic country with a population of 269 million. Nowadays,it coincide with exploded population faced with unemployment problem. Based on BPS data, in 2018 the unemployment problem came from high school graduate. This research aim to determine career choices for career planning. The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) is a psychometric personality test that has been widely used to help people choose the career field that best targets the participants are 8th grade students from SMK Santo Lukas North Jakarta, the method psychology through the MBTI test. Measurements were made through questionnaires that contained questions in previous studies with inventory self-report techniques from Cohen for reporting self-condition regarding the lives of one's testicles. The MBTI test was conducted by asking students to obtain a questionnaire, which would then be processed and it is known the personality is then announced with the appropriate type of work. Each result of the questionnaire was submitted and approved, so that all students were satisfied with the learning they had obtained at that time.
