Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh variabel independent terhadap variabel dependent. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 96 mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam UIN Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Penilaian Produk (X1) tidak berpengaruh terhadap Minat Beli (Y) dengan nilai Thitung 0,956 > Ttabel 1,661 dan nilai Sig 0,342 > 0,05 yang berarti Ho diterima  dan Ha ditolak. Sistem Pembayaran COD (X2) menunjukan terdapat pengaruh signifikan terhadap Minat Beli (Y) dengan nilai Thitung 4,009 > Ttabel 1,661 dan nilai Sig 0,000 < 0,05 yang berarti Ho ditolak  dan Ha diterima. Kepercayaan Konsumen (X3) menunjukan terdapat pengaruh signifikan terhadap Minat Beli (Y) dengan nilai Thitung 5,529 > Ttabel 1,661 dan nilai Sig 0,000 < 0,05 Jadi dapat disimpulkan Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Secara bersamaan (X1), (X2), dan (X3) secara simultan menpengaruhi (Y) sebesar 0,000 < 0,005 dan nilai Fhitung > Ftabel 123,639  > 2,704. Kata Kunci: Penilaian Produk, Sistem Pembayaran COD , Kepercayaan  Konsumen, Minat Beli   Abstract This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable. The method used in this research is quantitative. The sample consists of 96 students from the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business at UIN Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi. The results show that Product Assessment (X1) has no significant effect on Purchase Intention (Y) with a T-count value of 0.956 < T-table 1.661 and a Sig value of 0.342 > 0.05, meaning Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected. The COD Payment System (X2) has a significant influence on Purchase Intention (Y) with a T-count value of 4.009 > T-table 1.661 and a Sig value of 0.000 < 0.05, meaning Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Consumer Trust (X3) has a significant influence on Purchase Intention (Y) with a T-count value of 5.529 > T-table 1.661 and a Sig value of 0.000 < 0.05, meaning Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Simultaneously, (X1), (X2), and (X3) significantly influence (Y) with a Sig value of 0.000 < 0.005 and an F-count value > F-table 123.639 > 2.704. Abstract

Abstrak Skema Self-Declare dalamkerangka Jaminan Produk Halal (JPH) dirancang sebagai instrumen untuk mempercepat sertifikasi halal bagi Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM). Namun, implementasinya pada era Halal 4.0 menghadirkan tantangan baru dalam menyeimbangkan kemudahan akses dengan tuntutan kepastian hukum dan akuntabilitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kesenjangan dalam pelaksanaan regulasi Self-Declare serta menawarkan model rekonstruksi regulasi yang ideal dalam konteks sistem jaminan halal nasional. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan hukum normatif-empiris dengan pengumpulan data melalui studi regulasi dan wawancara mendalam dengan Pendamping Proses Produk Halal, pelaku UMKM, serta Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Produk Halal (BPJPH) di Kota Palangka Raya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan Self-Declare masih menghadapi risiko hukum yang signifikan akibat adanya kesenjangan literasi digital di kalangan pendamping, lemahnya sistem verifikasi terintegrasi, serta mekanisme pengawasan pascasertifikasi yang belum optimal. Kondisi ini berpotensi mengurangi kekuatan pembuktian dan akuntabilitas hukum terhadap status kehalalan produk. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini merekomendasikan rekonstruksi regulasi Self-Declare yang mengintegrasikan prinsip kepastian hukum, pemanfaatan teknologi digital, serta sistem pengawasan berkelanjutan. Kebaruan penelitian ini terletak pada usulan model rekonstruksi regulasi Self-Declare yang berbasis pada bukti empiris implementasi di tingkat lokal, sehingga menjembatani dilema antara kemudahan akses bagi UMKM dan penguatan pengawasan dalam kerangka Halal 4.0. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi rujukan strategis bagi para pembuat kebijakan dalam memperkuat tata kelola sistem jaminan produk halal di Indonesia. Kata kunci: Self-Declare, Jaminan Produk Halal, Rekonstruksi Regulasi.   Abstract The Self-Declare scheme within the Halal Product Assurance (JPH) framework was designed as an instrument to accelerate halal certification for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). However, its implementation in the Halal 4.0 era presents new challenges in balancing ease of access with demands for legal certainty and accountability. This study aims to analyze gaps in the implementation of Self-Declare regulations and offer an ideal regulatory reconstruction model within the context of the national halal assurance system. The method used is a normative-empirical legal approach with data collection through regulatory studies and in-depth interviews with Halal Product Process Facilitators, MSMEs, and the Halal Product Assurance Organizing Agency (BPJPH) in Palangka Raya City. The results show that the implementation of Self-Declare still faces significant legal risks due to disparities in digital literacy among facilitators, a weak integrated verification system, and a suboptimal post-certification oversight mechanism. These conditions have the potential to reduce the strength of evidence and legal accountability for product halal status. Therefore, this study recommends a reconstruction of Self-Declare regulations that integrates the principles of legal certainty, the use of digital technology, and a continuous monitoring system. The novelty of this research lies in its proposal of a Self-Declare regulatory reconstruction model based on empirical evidence of local implementation, which bridges the dilemma between facilitating access for MSMEs and strengthening oversight within the Halal 4.0 framework. These findings are expected to serve as a strategic reference for policymakers in strengthening the governance of the halal product assurance system in Indonesia. Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan nilai-nilai etika bisnis Islam dalam pelayanan Hotel Latansa Nuansa Syariah Kota Bengkulu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi terhadap manajemen, karyawan, serta tamu hotel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hotel telah menerapkan beberapa nilai etika bisnis Islam, seperti keadilan dalam pelayanan, tanggung jawab dalam menjaga kualitas kebersihan dan kenyamanan tamu, serta penerapan prinsip ihsan melalui keramahan dan sikap profesional karyawan. Namun, terdapat beberapa aspek yang belum sepenuhnya sesuai prinsip syariah, seperti belum terpisahnya area wudhu laki-laki dan perempuan, serta belum tersedianya kantin halal di dalam lingkungan hotel. Faktor kendala lainnya adalah kurangnya pemahaman sebagian karyawan baru mengenai prinsip etika bisnis Islam. Meskipun demikian, pihak hotel melakukan pelatihan rutin untuk meningkatkan pemahaman karyawan terhadap nilai-nilai syariah. Secara keseluruhan, penerapan etika bisnis Islam di hotel ini sudah berjalan cukup baik, namun masih memerlukan peningkatan terutama pada aspek fasilitas dan sertifikasi halal. Kata Kunci: Etika Bisnis Islam, Pelayanan Hotel Syariah, Nilai-Nilai Syariah.   Abstract This study aims to analyze the implementation of Islamic business ethics values in the services of Hotel Latansa Nuansa Syariah in Bengkulu City. This research employs a qualitative descriptive method through observation, interviews, and documentation with hotel management, employees, and guests. The findings indicate that the hotel has implemented several Islamic business ethics values, such as fairness in service, responsibility in maintaining cleanliness and guest comfort, and the principle of ihsan through the hospitality and professionalism of its staff. However, several aspects have not fully met sharia principles, such as the non-separated ablution areas for men and women and the absence of an internal halal-certified canteen. Another challenge is the limited understanding of sharia-based ethics among newly employed staff. Nevertheless, the hotel regularly conducts training sessions to enhance employee competence regarding Islamic ethical values. Overall, the implementation of Islamic business ethics at the hotel is considered good, although improvements are still needed, particularly in the area of facilities and halal certification. Abstract

Abstrak Perkembangan pasar saham syariah di Indonesia menunjukkan tren positif seiring kemajuan digitalisasi yang mempermudah akses investasi. Namun, pemanfaatan teknologi digital di daerah, termasuk Kota Bengkulu, masih menghadapi tantangan literasi dan partisipasi investor. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis perkembangan, peran digitalisasi, serta peluang dan tantangan pasar saham syariah di Kota Bengkulu. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik purposive sampling, di mana peneliti bertindak sebagai instrumen kunci melalui observasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pasar saham syariah berkembang signifikan ditandai peningkatan kapitalisasi, jumlah saham syariah, volume transaksi, dan investor. Teknologi digital berperan sebagai katalis utama melalui aplikasi trading online yang meningkatkan akses dan partisipasi investor, khususnya generasi muda. Namun, masih terdapat kendala berupa rendahnya literasi keuangan syariah, kesulitan investor pemula, serta keterbatasan variasi saham syariah. Disarankan agar pemerintah, BEI, dan perusahaan sekuritas memperluas edukasi ke masyarakat umum, meningkatkan kualitas platform digital, serta menambah variasi saham syariah guna mendorong pertumbuhan pasar yang lebih inklusif dan berkelanjutan. Kata Kunci: Pasar Saham Syariah, Perkembangan, Potensi.   Abstract The development of the Islamic stock market in Indonesia shows a positive trend, as digitalization advances, simplifying investment access. However, the use of digital technology in regional areas, including Bengkulu City, still faces challenges in terms of investor literacy and participation. This study aims to analyze the development, role of digitalization, and the opportunities and challenges of the Islamic stock market in Bengkulu City. The method used was descriptive qualitative with purposive sampling, with the researcher acting as the key instrument through observation and interviews. The results indicate that the Islamic stock market has grown significantly, indicated by increases in capitalization, the number of Islamic stocks, transaction volume, and investors. Digital technology acts as a key catalyst through online trading applications, increasing investor access and participation, particularly among the younger generation. However, obstacles remain, including low Islamic financial literacy, difficulties for novice investors, and a limited variety of Islamic stocks. It is recommended that the government, the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), and securities companies expand public education, improve the quality of digital platforms, and increase the variety of Islamic stocks to encourage more inclusive and sustainable market growth.
