Sadharananikarana: Jurnal Ilmiah Komunikasi Hindu is an academic journal has been published since 2019 twice annually (May-November) by Program Studi Magister Ilmu Komunikasi Hindu IAHN Gde Pudja Mataram. This journal publishes original researches in multi concepts, theories, perspectives, paradigms and methodologies on communication studies. The Focush and scope of Sadharananikarana: Jurnal Ilmiah Komunikasi Hindu : Mass Media and Journalism (this field examines journalistic activities and media production which includes print, radio, television, and internet); New Media and Communication Technology (a new field of communication study that continues to develop along with technological advances and community needs, this field includes digital media, virtual, interactive, hypertextual and networking); Public Relations (this field of communication examines Public Relations which include internal and external relations within an organization or institution, as well as the creation of public opinion in society); Political Communication (communication involving messages, media, and political actors or those related to power, government, and policy); Marketing Communication (a field that examines ideas, information, opportunities, and challenges through various symbols to achieve company goals); Hindu Communication (communication applied in dharma wacana or Hindu preaching activites using media or occured in society); Sociology of Communication (the process of sociological communication, as a form of social interaction involving individuals or social groups).

<![CDATA[The Numpang Nampang program is a radio program that is presented in a chat format that discusses light information about achievements, the work of individuals, organizations, schools, campuses and communities, according to the themes and invited speakers. Starting from the S-R (Stimulus-Response), the stimulus in this research is the Numpang Nampang RRI Pro 2 Program (88.4 FM), while the response, namely the action or attitude towards the stimulus given is the fulfillment of the event's information needs after listening to the program. This study used a quantitative approach using a sample of 100 respondents. Data testing was carried out using the SPSS application for Windows with multiple linear regression analysis. Through the F test, a significance value of 0.000 is obtained, which is less than α = 0.05 and Fcount = 86.284, which is greater than Ftable = 2.699. It can be concluded that there is an influence between the Numpang Nampang RRI Pro 2 Program (88.4 FM) on Fulfilling Needs Event Information Among Pekanbaru City Students, The determination test shows the influence of the Numpang Nampang RRI Pro 2 Program (88.4 FM) on Fulfilling Event Information Needs among Pekanbaru City students by 72.9% with a strong level of influence.]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract The development towards something more modern will definitely occur in human life which includes various aspects such as technology, knowledge, lifestyle, culture, and others. The problem of smoking is an issue that is still pro and contra in society. Therefore, many people choose to use certain methods during the transition period until they can be free from conventional cigarettes. The main purpose of the creation of electric cigarettes is to help smokers quit the habit of using conventional cigarettes. The formulation of the problem in this study is "How is the cultural shift from conventional cigarettes to electric cigarettes at Counter Vapor Kito customer in Palembang City?". The purpose of this study was to determine the cultural shift from conventional cigarettes to electric cigarettes at Counter Vapor Kito customers in Palembang City. <![CDATA[In the midst of the increasingly complicated competition of mass media companies with the presence of digital native news requires Suara NTB Newspaper to continue to innovate in order to survive in an increasingly complex competitive ecosystem. Information consumption patterns have also changed along with the emergence of alternative sources of information on online media, encouraging Suara NTB to venture into digital media by launching Suarantb.com on July 8, 2016. With Suarantb.com, a new business model was designed by the editorial management to expand the reach of readers and gain revenue and economic benefits. How then the change in the business model change the work routine and workflow of the Suara NTB work team. This research uses qualitative methods through data collection techniques: interviews with the editorial crew of suarantb.com, direct observation of the suarantb.com online portal, and documentation in the form of archives and images related to the business model. The results showed that the business model applied by suarantb.com is in the form of offering e-paper subscription packages, advertising columns on websites and news articles, and news or advertorial advertisements. The suarantb.com advertising packages offered are also designed to be integrated with their social media.]]>

<![CDATA[Artikel ini membahas komunikasi yang dijalankan oleh umat Hindu dalam upaya pemertahanan tradisi Ngretes di Kabupaten Lombok Utara. Ngretes merupakan suatu tradisi keagamaan yang berkaitan dengan ritual mendoakan anak dalam kandungan yang memiliki nilai-nilai kearifan lokal dan mengandung makna spiritual bagi umat Hindu. Komunikasi menjadi kunci utama dalam memastikan kelangsungan dan keberlanjutan tradisi Ngretes. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif untuk memahami konteks komunikasi yang terjadi dalam pemertahanan tradisi Ngretes. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa umat Hindu di Lombok Utara aktif terlibat dalam berbagai bentuk komunikasi untuk menjaga keaslian dan keberlanjutan tradisi Ngretes. Komunikasi interpersonal antara pemuka adat, tokoh agama, dan masyarakat menjadi landasan utama dalam mentransmisikan nilai-nilai kepercayaan dan tata cara ritual Ngretes. Selain itu, komunikasi melalui media sosial dan acara keagamaan juga digunakan untuk menyebarkan informasi dan memperkuat solidaritas dalam menjaga warisan budaya ini. Pengaruh globalisasi dan perubahan pola hidup masyarakat modern menjadi salah satu tantangan pemertahanan tradisi ini. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan strategi komunikasi yang dapat diterapkan oleh umat Hindu, pemerintah, dan pihak terkait untuk menghadapi tantangan tersebut. Komunikasi yang efektif dan terintegrasi memegang peranan krusial dalam upaya pemertahanan tradisi Ngretes di Lombok Utara. Dengan menjalin kolaborasi antara berbagai pihak dan memanfaatkan berbagai bentuk komunikasi, umat Hindu dapat menjaga keberlanjutan warisan budaya mereka serta merawat identitas lokal yang kaya akan nilai-nilai keagamaan dan kearifan tradisional.]]>

<![CDATA[Technological advances have had a positive impact on the implementation of e-government in internet-based service innovation at the central to local government levels. One example is the LAPAKAMi application issued by the Cimahi City Government through the Cimahi City Communication and Information Service. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method. This research will involve collecting data and information collected through reviewing research journals, literature, as well as visual sources through images and videos sourced from the YouTube application (Sugiono 2019). This article will analyze how the LAPAKAMi application has provided convenience in public services. Through this application, the public can easily access information and carry out various transactions with local governments. For example, the public can apply for permits, report complaints, or obtain information related to other public services. With the LAPAKAMi application, the public service process becomes more efficient and transparent. People no longer need to visit government offices in person, but can access services online through this application. This also helps reduce bureaucracy and speed up the resolution of various requests or complaints. Apart from that, the LAPAKAMi application also allows local governments to collect more accurate and up-to-date data and information. This makes it easier to make decisions and plan development at the local government level.]]>

<![CDATA[The lack of special shows for toddlers makes the presence of Kinderflix content on various social media such as Youtube, Instagram, and TikTok a favorite show that is immediately liked by toddlers in Indonesia. Unfortunately, this is not accompanied by public understanding, especially adult men who misinterpret the presence of the show, by issuing lewd comments leading to sexual harassment of the Kinderflix content host. This study will look at how netizen comments on the Kinderflix TikTok account are influenced by positive and negative perception factors using Qualitative research and content analysis methods and using the Miles and Huberman theory which seeks to dissect a case using three data classifications, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. From this research, it is found that most of the comment writers in TikTok Kinderflix content are men, and there are some comments that lead to online sexual harassment. Although of course there are also positive comments for the educational content for toddlers. It is hoped that this research can make learning for all parties to be wiser in commenting on social media so that it can support quality content creators to advance and provide benefits to society.]]>

The research method used is quantitative by using strata sampling techniques to structure the population so as to provide greater sampling efficiency. This research aims to provide a comprehensive understanding as well as the effects of TikTok social media exposure on political participation in the 2024 Presidential election, as well as its consequences in a broader political context. The results of this study are expected to help develop knowledge about public relations strategies in their implementation on social media and serve as a foundation for the development of more effective political communication strategies in the future.]]>

<![CDATA[Humans establish communication relationships between each other, including with the opposite sex. It is not uncommon for this communication to give birth to feelings that continue into a relationship. Relationships between individuals that occur often become unclear or are often called Stateless Relationships (HTS). Stateless relationships are conditions in which a person is in a relationship with or without involving an officially recognized status in their relationship. Relationships without status have an approach to social penetration theory where in establishing the stages of closeness in a relationship without status each individual will approach the opposite sex to reveal information and interests between individuals. The stages in the information gathering phase become a factor in the running of a relationship without status which will end in sustainability or social penetration.]]>

<![CDATA[A communication strategy in having an interfaith relationship is very necessary, considering that the level of tolerance given to partners is much greater than in relationships of the same faith. Public, legal and family responses are factors that can influence the survival and sustainability of interfaith relations. This research aims in general to find out how the Social Penetration Theory is. To find out how the process of social penetration forms family support and to find out how communication patterns exist between lovers so that they are able to find a way to the relationship they are living. In this research, the author used a qualitative descriptive method with a literature review type or analyzed previous research taken through several existing journals, but it needs to be emphasized that the use of previous journals only serves as reinforcement for this research.]]>

<![CDATA[Research on Dramatism Theory from Kenneth Burke in the film How to Make a Million Before Grandma Dies explains that it contains a package of interpretations of the reality of everyday life. The main discussion regarding this research shows the effects felt by the audience after the film has finished playing. By reflecting on this film, it can be concluded that people can use this film as a lesson in living their daily lives. By applying Dramatism Theory in the analysis of this film, it is hoped that people will be aware of what is contained in their own lives. The explanation and application of Dramatism Theory in everyday life is seen from how humans as the main actors can balance drama agreements and scenarios in their own lives.]]>
