Abstract

This article investigates the cultural pursuits of the local populace within the traditional Geurugok livestock market located in the Bireuen District of Aceh. The customary markets, at the very least, depict the communal engagements within the adjacent social sphere. Diverse social exchanges can foster relationships among community members during their time at the market. Through the utilization of the Ethnophotography approach, visual imagery is employed as a data source, categorized, and scrutinized to extract culturally significant meanings aligned with the contextual aspects of space and time. The findings of this study have yielded favorable outcomes, as the depiction of the cultural significance of the community's activities within the traditional livestock markets has highlighted the systematic arrangement of these activities. This interconnection is intertwined with the market's physical layout, which offers spatial and temporal patterns for the activities undertaken, ultimately forging a cultural environment that profoundly influences their lived experiences

Abstract

The responsibilities of husband and wife are very important in creating an Islamic family (sakinah, mawaddah warrahmah). This research aims to analyze the responsibilities of husband and wife in creating a family in accordance with Islamic teachings, the pattern of responsibilities of husband and wife in forming an Islamic family and the factors of forming an Islamic family in Nisam District. The research method used in this research is a qualitative research method with the main data obtained using interview techniques. The respondents in this study were 11 husbands/wives who had direct experience in carrying out their responsibilities in the family, and 3 informants consisting of 2 Commanders and 1 Head of Religious Affairs (KUA). The results of the research show that the people of Nisam District generally know the family's responsibilities in forming a family in accordance with Islamic teachings. However, in reality there are still some families who have not fully carried out the responsibilities of a married couple, such as neglecting family responsibilities, and rarely taking part in studies that discuss the Islamic family.Tanggung jawab suami dan istri sangat penting dalam mewujudkan keluarga islami (sakinah, mawaddah warrahmah). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tanggung jawab suami istri dalam mewujudkan keluarga yang sesuai dengan ajaran Islam, pola tanggung jawab suami istri dalam pembentukan keluarga islami dan faktor-faktor pembentukan keluarga islami di Kecamatan Nisam. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan data utama yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 11 orang suami/istri yang memiliki pengalaman langsung dalam menjalankan tanggung jawabnya dalam keluarga, dan 3 orang informan yang terdiri dari 2 orang Panglima dan 1 orang Kepala Urusan Agama (KUA). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat Kecamatan Nisam pada umumnya telah mengetahui tanggung jawab keluarga dalam membentuk keluarga yang sesuai dengan ajaran Islam. Namun pada kenyataannya masih ada beberapa keluarga yang belum sepenuhnya menjalankan tanggung jawab pasangan suami istri seperti melalaikan tanggung jawab keluarga, jarang mengikuti kajian-kajian yang membahas tentang keluarga Islam.

Abstract

Islam entered the archipelago peacefully brought by Sufi scholars and is influential to this day. Sufism is a dimension of Islamic teachings that is able to answer the problems of society from the past to the present. Sufi scholars also fought against colonialism supported by Sufi brotherhood or tariqa in which there was a concept of obedience to the teacher. The reformulation of classical Sufism which is individual, personal, is important enough to become a communal collective. This article is a qualitative study analyzed using the perspective of sociology of religion. Today, Sufism remains important in various aspects of education, social movements, and moral improvement. If using the perspective of sociology of religion, Sufism is able to provide spirit and strength to humans so that Sufism values transform for the better. The values of Sufism in question are for example, qana'ah, patience, gratitude which provide solutions to the problems of human life. Not only limited to educational, social and moral improvement aspects but more than that.Islam masuk ke Nusantara secara damai dibawa oleh para ulama sufi dan berpengaruh sampai saat ini. Tasawuf merupakan dimensi ajaran Islam yang mampu menjawab problematika masyarakat sejak pada masa lalu sampai sekarang. Ulama sufi juga melakukan perlawanan terhadap kolonialisme yang didukung oleh persaudaraan sufi atau tarekat yang di dalamnya terdapat konsep ketaatan pada guru. Reformulasi tasawuf klasik yang bersifat individual personal cukup penting menjadi kolektif komunal.Artikel ini merupakan studi kualitatif yang dianalisis dengan menggunakan perspektif sosiologi agama. Saat ini kemudian bangsa Indonesia semakin maju sufisme tetap menjadi sesuatu yang urgen dalam berbagai aspek pendidikan, gerakan sosial, dan perbaikan akhlak. Jika menggunakan perspektif sosiologi agama, bahwa tasawuf mampu memberikan spirit dan kekuatan pada manusia sehingga nilai-nilai tasawuf bertransformasi ke arah yang lebih baik. Nilai-nilai tasawuf yang dimaksud misalnya, qanaah, sabar, syukur yang memberikan solusi problematika kehidupan manusia. Tidak hanya sebatas aspek pendidikan, social dan perbaikan akhlak akan tetapi lebih dari itu.

Abstract

Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) is one of the important measurements in measuring the economic welfare of a region or area. GRDP describes the total value of goods and services produced in a region in a certain period, usually in a year. GRDP includes all types of economic activities that occur in the region, including activities in the agricultural, fisheries, industrial, trade, services and other sectors. The purpose of this study was to determine the impression of Gross Regional Domestic Product on poverty levels in Central Lombok District. The results of this study indicate that: Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) plays a significant role in reducing poverty rates in Central Lombok District. The distribution of Gross Regional Domestic Product must be evenly distributed throughout all levels of society, including the poor in Central Lombok Regency. Development should be directed at expanding the benefits of the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) to all residents in Central Lombok Regency. Efforts are needed to increase the growth of the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) in all business sectors by utilizing the existing potential.Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) adalah salah satu ukuran penting dalam mengukur kesejahteraan ekonomi suatu wilayah atau daerah. PDRB menggambarkan nilai total produksi barang dan jasa dalam suatu wilayah dalam periode tertentu, biasanya dalam setahun. PDRB mencakup semua jenis kegiatan ekonomi yang terjadi di wilayah tersebut, termasuk kegiatan sektor pertanian, perikanan, industri, perdagangan, jasa, dan sektor lainnya. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui impresi Produk Domestik Regional Bruto terhadap tingkat kemiskinan di Kabupaten Lombok Tengah. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) memainkan peran yang signifikan dalam menurunkan tingkat kemiskinan di Kabupaten Lombok Tengah. Distribusi Produk Domestik Regional Bruto harus merata di seluruh lapisan masyarakat termasuk golongan miskin di Kabupaten Lombok Tengah. Pembangunan harus diarahkan untuk memperluas manfaat dari Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) ke seluruh penduduk di Kabupaten Lombok Tengah. Diperlukan upaya untuk meningkatkan pertumbuhan Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) di semua sektor lapangan usaha dengan memanfaatkan potensi yang ada.

Abstract

Kemajuan bidang teknologi mendorong manusia untuk menemukan atau menciptakan alat dalam membantu segala kebutuhannya. Manusia juga dituntut harus terlibat dalam perkembangan teknologi, karena dalam kehidupan sehari-hari manusia dikelilingi berbagai teknologi yang ada, web salah satunya yang menjadi kajian di sini. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah Sang Ajudan sebagai web resmi Prokopim Aceh Selatan sudah dapat dikatakan sebagai web ideal jika berdasarkan pada konten, sumber daya manusia, dan kemudahan penggunaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif untuk menyimpulkan hasil dari penelitian yang diperoleh melalui observasi dan wawancara secara mendalam. Adapun informan dalam penelitian ini yaitu pengelola web Sang Ajudan dan pegawai Diskominfo Aceh Selatan. Temuan dari penelitian menunjukkan: (1) Perlu melakukan peningkatan isi atau konten dalam penyelenggaraannya; (2) Perlu menambahkan anggota dalam pengelolaannya; (3) Perlu memasukan isi dari fitur menu navigasi profil di bagian header; dan (4) Perlu mengoptimalkan fungsi menu mesin pencari. Dengan data tersebut, maka web Sang Ajudan yang dikelola bidang Prokopim Aceh Selatan untuk saat ini masih belum dapat dikatakan ideal. Oleh karenanya, Prokopim dapat segera memperbaiki kekurangan atau permasalahan dalam webnya, sehingga kegunaannya dalam mendukung keterbukaan informasi publik dapat beroperasi secara sempurna dan semestinya.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how democratic citizens develop in the world. The research method applied to this research is a systematic review of literature using 140 scientific articles derived from scope databases. Reviewing articles using the Vosviewer application. The results reveal the concept of the dominance of citizen participation and democratic freedom. But in global democracy, many countries lack democratic principles, leading to erosion and autocracy. Democracy affects public policy through legislative branches, including representative democracy, which affects national security and social justice. In addition, it was found that per analysis of research data carried out from 2022 to 2023 related to the concept of civil democracy in some countries has an upward trend, as the volume of discussion on this topic continues to increase every year. Research results have contributed to the development of research on civil democracy in the world. The limitation of this research is that articles are only used from scope databases so the research findings cannot comprehensively describe issues of citizen democracy. Further research needs to use scientific articles derived from other leading international datasets, such as the Web of Science and Dimensionds Scholars.

Abstract

 Public servicw innovation is an innovation that can provide benefits to society. This research aims to analyze the impact of POCADI innovation on reading interest in the Probolinggo City public library. This research uses a quantitative approach, by applying simple linier regression analysis. In the context of the findings, researchers suggest that the POCADI innovation variable (X) and the reading interest variable (Y) are positively and significantly related. This is confirmed by the calculated t value of 7,258 exceeding the t table value of 3,1536 and a significance value of 0,000 < 0,001. So that, Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This innovation is very important to encourage increased public reading interest in the Probolinggo City public library, so that it can help the public develop their reading interest. This innovation can also develop facilities and technology in yhe Probolinggo City public library, so that can have easier and more effective access to the information they need. In this case, the quality and implementation of POCADI innovation is very important to have a positive impact on increasing reading interest.Inovasi pelayanan publik ialah suatu inovasi yang dapat memberikan manfaat bagi masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak inovasi POCADI terhadap minat baca di perpustakaan umum Kota Probolinggo. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan menerapkan analisis regresi linier sederhana. Dalam konteks temuan dari peneliti mengemukakan bahwa variabel inovasi POCADI (X) dan variabel minat membaca (Y) berhubungan positif dan signifikan. Hal ini dikuatkan oleh nilai t hitung sebesar 7,258 melampaui nilai t tabel sebesar 3,1536 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,001. Sehingga itu, membuat Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Inovasi ini sangat penting untuk mendorong peningkatan minat baca masyarakat di perpustakaan umum Kota Probolinggo, sehingga dapat membantu masyarakat dalam mengembangkan minat baca mereka. Inovasi ini juga dapat mengembangkan fasilitas dan teknologi di perpustakaan umum Kota Probolinggo, sehingga dapat memiliki akses lebih mudah dan efektif ke informasi yang mereka butuhkan. Dalam hal ini kualitas dan implementasi inovasi POCADI sangat penting untuk membawa dampak positif terhadap peningkatan minat baca.

Abstract

To overcome various public problems is by issuing public policies, one of which is the problem of poverty which can be resolved by the birth of the Aceh Qanun on Social Welfare. The aim of this research is to describe the implementation of the Aceh Qanun on Social Welfare in reducing poverty rates in Gayo Lues Regency. This research uses a descriptive qualitative research method using techniques to obtain data through observation, interviews and documentation. This research used several informants who were determined using purposive sampling. The results of the research explain that the implementation of the Family Hope Program (PKH) for poor communities in Gayo Lues Regency has increased, although there are still Very Poor Households (RTSM) who have not received the conditional social assistance from the Family Hope Program (PKH) evenly. This is caused by policy factors, namely the limited budget funds for the Family Hope Program (PKH) allocated for poor communities in Gayo Lues Regency. There is misuse of targets or recipients of the Family Hope Program (PKH) who use aid not for education and health purposes, but instead use it for daily living needs. Obstacles that occur in the evaluation of the Family Hope Program (PKH) for poor communities in Gayo Lues Regency are inaccurate statistical data because in the field data on well-off communities and data on poor communities is found, children in education who do not meet the 85% attendance requirement, there are obstacles in the process of disbursing funds due to data errors that do not match the data in the Bank, changing periods for village officials, there are still Beneficiary Families (KPM) who do not attend socialization or routine meetings, as well as diverting funds to buy basic daily needs rather than for educational needs.Untuk mengatasi berbagai Permasalahan Publik adalah dengan mengeluarkan kebijakan publik, salah satunya adalah permasalahan kemiskinan dapat diselesaikan dengan lahirnya Qanun Aceh tentang Kesejahteraan Sosial,. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan tentang Implementasi Qanun Aceh tentang Kesejahteraan Sosial Dalam Menurunkan Angka Kemiskinan di Kabupaten Gayo Lues. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif dengan menggunakan teknik memperoleh data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan beberapa informan yang ditentukan secara purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa Implemetasi Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) bagi masyarakat miskin di Kabupaten Gayo Lues sudah meningkat, walaupun masih terdapat Rumah Tangga Sangat Miskin (RTSM) belum mendapatkan bantuan sosial bersyarat Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) secara merata. Hal ini disebabkan oleh faktor kebijakan yaitu terbatasnya dana anggaran Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) yang dialokasikan untuk masyarakat miskin di Kabupaten Gayo Lues. Adanya penyalahgunaan sasaran atau penerima Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) menggunakan bantuan bukan untuk kepentingan pendidikan dan kesehatan, tetapi digunakan untuk kebutuhan hidup sehari-hari. Hambatan yang terjadi dalam evaluasi Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) bagi masyarakat miskin di Kabupaten Gayo Lues adalah data statistik yang kurang tepat karena di lapangan ditemukannya data masyarakat mampu dan data masyarakat miskin, anak dalam pendidikan yang tidak memenuhi persyaratan 85% kehadiran, adanya kendala dalam proses pencairan dana karena kesalahan data yang tidak sesuai dengan data di Bank, pergantian periode aparatur gampong, masih terdapat Keluarga Penerima Manfaat (KPM) yang tidak mengikuti sosialisasi atau pertemuan rutin, serta pengalihan dana untuk membeli kebutuhan pokok sehari-hari bukan untuk kebutuhan pendidikan.

Abstract

This research discusses the impact of spatial planning policies on environmental management in Gayo Lues Regency. Spatial planning policy is an important instrument in determining sustainable and environmentally sound land use. Gayo Lues Regency, with its natural wealth and biodiversity, faces challenges in maintaining a balance between development and environmental conservation. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method, reviewing various policy documents, interviews with related parties, and field observations. The research results show that the implemented spatial planning policies have a significant impact on environmental management. Appropriate policies can improve natural resource management, reduce environmental degradation, and encourage sustainable development. However, there are also challenges in implementing policies, such as lack of coordination between institutions, limited resources, and conflicts of interest between economic development and environmental conservation. Thus, improvements are needed in the planning process, increased institutional capacity, and active community participation to achieve sustainable development goals in Gayo Lues Regency.

Abstract

The Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Lhokseumawe City still has not implemented Government Regulation Number 94 of 2021 concerning Civil Servant Discipline. It can be seen that there are still some ASN employees who do not obey discipline in accordance with the applicable PP. This thesis discusses the Implementation of Government Regulation Number 94 of 2021 concerning Civil Servant Discipline at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Lhokseumawe City in 2022-2023 using Merilee S. Grindle's theory which is measured from the process of achieving outcomes (i.e. whether or not the goals to be achieved are achieved) The type of research used is qualitative descriptive with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, documentation and observations. The sampling technique was carried out by purposive sampling. The data source uses primary data, secondary data. Data analysis techniques with data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. The results of the study show that the implementation of Government Regulation Number 94 of 2021 concerning Civil Servant Discipline at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Lhokseumawe City is optimal, but there are obstacles to the work culture that are difficult to change and there are still low sanctions so that the perpetrators of disciplinary violations have not been deterred. The recommendation of the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Lhokseumawe City is that it is necessary to carry out regular socialization so that employees can understand the content of the policy of Government Regulation Number 94 of 2021 concerning Civil Servant Discipline.
