Abstract

Pernikahan adalah aspek kehidupan yang sakral karena harus mematuhi standar dan aturan masyarakat. Dengan berbagai justifikasi, pernikahan dilakukan dengan berbagai cara, antara lain kawin lari, kawin kontrak, dan kawin pilihan masyarakat. Pernikahan yang tidak dicatatkan memiliki beberapa dampak yang merugikan bagi stabilitas unit keluarga. Hanya anak-anak yang lahir di luar perkawinan dan tidak mempunyai ikatan hukum dengan orang lain selain ibu dan keluarganya saja yang dikenai akibat hukum dalam suatu perkawinan. Jika seorang suami atau ayah biologis gagal menafkahi istri dan anak-anaknya, istri dan anak-anak tersebut tidak memiliki jalan hukum untuk menegakkan hak keuangan mereka atau membagi aset pasangan tersebut. Semua harta milik pasangan dianggap sebagai harta bersama menurut KUH Perdata, tetapi menurut UU Perkawinan, hanya harta yang diperoleh selama perkawinan yang dianggap sebagai harta bersama. Hadiah dan warisan adalah satu-satunya milik penerima kecuali jika disepakati lain oleh para pihak. Jika terjadi perceraian, masing-masing pasangan berhak atas setengah dari harta bersama yang diperoleh selama perkawinan. Untuk menentukan berapa banyak masing-masing individu akan mewarisi, harta bersama yang terkumpul selama perkawinan dikalikan dengan setengah (½). Namun, jika ada akad nikah, harta pasangan tetap terpisah (gono-gini). Selain itu, kata harta gono-gini tidak ada dalam Islam dalam bentuknya yang sekarang. seluruh harta suami. Sejalan dengan hukum properti Islam yang relevan, setiap mantan pasangan memiliki hak atas properti perkawinan jika terjadi perceraian.

Abstract

Eating behavior in children and all of its problems can be influenced by many factors, one of which is parenting. Of all the parenting styles that have developed in general, the authoritarian parenting style that still dominates parents in Asia, including Indonesia, is capable of causing eating behavior problems in children. This study aims to determine the relationship between authoritarian parenting adopted by parents on eating behavior in early childhood. The participants of this study were 124 parents with children aged 0-5 years. The research method used is quantitative research with a survey using the PSDQ and CEBQ instruments. Data will be analyzed through descriptive test and Pearson correlation test with the help of the Jamovi 2.2.5 program for Windows. The results of this study indicate that authoritarian parenting style has a significant positive relationship with responsiveness to food, emotional overeating , responsiveness to satiety, emotional undereating, and picky eating (p<0.005).

Abstract

Currently there are many social media users in the digital economy era, due to the easy and fast dissemination of information that can be received by users. Apart from being aimed at finding information, in fact social media is also used by businesses to interact with consumers in all corners of the region. With the convenience of consumers in using and making transactions on social media, there are lots of positive and negative values that are obtained by business people. The assessment obtained by business actors is in the form of reviews on products or services that are sold and enjoyed by consumers. However, this assessment has a positive or negative impact on business actors and society. The purpose of conducting this research is to analyze that ratings or reviews are tools or media used by consumers to convey criticism, suggestions or opinions on a product or service on social media and how consumers' mechanisms in providing limits on reviews or reviews of products or services are used so that the reviews or comments made do not violate the law and consumers get legal protection. In this study using normative legal research. The results of this study indicate that reviews or reviews given by consumers are the right media to convey all forms of opinion and also criticism of suggestions for the use of products and services provided by businessmen. With the media in the form of this review, consumers can provide an assessment by taking into account the applicable norms and laws, so that they continue to respect the rights of others.

Abstract

The code of ethics for the teaching profession is a guide as well as the moral basis for a teacher in professional behavior, including Guidance and Counseling teachers. The Importance of Professional Codes of Ethics Codes of ethics are a way to improve organizational ethics so that individuals can act ethically. Meanwhile, violations of the teaching professional code of ethics are violations of norms, values ​​and written professional rules that explicitly state what is right and good for a profession in a society that is influenced by misconceptions, lack of preparedness of teachers and students, and lack of inculcation of character. By using a literature study, in practice violations of the professional code are still found in the administration of education. To overcome violations of the teaching professional code of ethics, one of them is by taking firm action and imposing severe sanctions on individual teachers who commit cases of professional ethics because it is very detrimental to the teacher as a profession whose one of its duties is to set a good example towards students

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of need for achievement on entrepreneurial intentions through self-efficacy as a mediating variable in class XI Students of SMK Negeri 9 Jakarta. This research method uses quantitative research methods and survei methods. The population of this study were students of SMK Negeri 9 Jakarta, totaling 718 students with an affordable population of 204 students. The technique of determining the sample using path analysis model. The model in this study uses a path analysis model. The analytical technique used in this study uses Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) which is calculated using software SmartPLS version 4.0. The result showed that the need for achievement had a significant direct effect on entrepreneurial intentions, need for achievement had a significant direct effect on self-efficacy, self-efficacy had a significant direct efffect on entrepreneurial intentions, and need for acheivement had a significant indirect effect on entrepreneurial intentions through self-efficacy.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low entrepreneurial intention among students of state universities in Jakarta. This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurship education and subjective norms on the entrepreneurial intentions of students of the Faculty of Economics, The State University of Jakarta, Class of 2019. This study uses a survey method with a questionnaire as a data collection instrument. The data collected was analyzed using tools in the statistical application program, namely Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS). The population consisted of 160 students of the Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta, Class of 2019. This study found that entrepreneurship education had a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions, and subjective norms also had a positive and significant impact on entrepreneurial intentions of students of the Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta, Class of 2019.

Abstract

The development of the times has influenced changes in the pattern of life in society. One of them is smoking behavior which is no longer considered a taboo by some people. In Indonesia, e-cigarette users continue to increase every year. E-cigarette enthusiasts are not only men, but many women are also interested in consuming e-cigarettes. Even some of them are new users and decide to become active smokers. The prevalence of female e-cigarette users in Indonesia in 2018 reached 2.7% of users. One model and theory of healthy behavior that can describe an individual's belief in a behavior, especially in the context of this study, namely smoking behavior in women who use e-cigarettes is the health belief model (HBM). Therefore, the author would like to conduct a narrative review of the literature before conducting further research.

Abstract

The quality of education is determined by various factors, but the most important and very dominant is the quality of a teacher's personality. Personality for the teacher is very important because with a good teacher's personality, students can follow the good teacher's personality so as to create a noble future. Based on the results of observations and interviews, it was obtained that the role of the teacher's personality competencies had been carried out well in building the character of students at SDN 012. This can be seen from the efforts made by the school in implementing teacher personality competencies in fostering character which is carried out in each subject at school, namely by teaching students tolerance, honesty, discipline, love of the motherland, democracy, caring for the environment, responsibility and preparing students to become citizens of a good country and with character. In an effort to develop the character of SDN 012 students' personality competencies, teachers also experience obstacles, both from students, the school environment, the community and families. However, in this way these obstacles can still be overcome

Abstract

The teacher professional organization is a forum whose role is to oversee and deal with issues related to education and work together to overcome them. As an organization, the Teacher Professional Organization has a system to maintain harmony at all times. This study was written to explore how the role of professional teacher organizations plays a role in teacher survival. The object of research is SMP PGRI 7 Balikpapan teachers, using interview and observation data collection methods. The results of the study obtained the results of external factors that positively helped the survival of the teaching profession, namely the need for teachers who continued to increase and the government had a positive will to improve education. While positive internal teacher factors support the survival and development of the teaching profession, namely people who will and have become teachers, teacher organizations, and the availability of teacher education facilities.

The security technology that is widely used now is CCTV (closed-circuit television). CCTV can monitor and record all activities and events in a place at any time as the age develops the ability of CCTV to affect its selling price.the higher the CCTV specifications, the more expensive the price. therefore, many companies or campuses are struggling to determine the selection of the best CCTV brand The decision support system is one of the best ways to choose and solve these problems. and on this occasion the problem that can be completed properly, efficiently and effectively using the SAW method. from the results of CCTV calculations with brands in the range of 1,000,000 which have features that are more than 5 calculated weights 3, for applications used on CCTV calculated weights 2, for resolutions on CCTV cameras and image quality calculated weights 2. based on the final results that can be concluded that the best CCTV brand Hiksviksion Type DS-2DE4425IW-DE
