Abstract

The  purpose  of  the study. Through the application of the TPACK - based PBL model , it can improve learning outcomes in the aspect of table tennis service material skills for junior high school students. Materials and methods. The method used is the Action Research Class method with two cycles, each cycle through the stages of planning, action, observation and reflection. The research subjects were 25 students. The data of this research is the result of learning table tennis service and analyzed by using the percentage technique of Sugiyono's theory. Results. Student learning outcomes in the aspect of skills have increased from cycle one to cycle two. aspects of service learning outcomes at the implementation stage the percentage obtained in the first cycle was only 74.3%, an increase in the second cycle to 97.7%. Likewise, at the final stage of cycle one, it was only 35%. students who complete have increased in the second cycle to 81%. Conclusions. The TPACK-based learning problem model makes learning more meaningful and the learning outcomes of Junior High School students experience classical mastery.

Abstract

The  purpose  of  the study. to analyze the factors that affect the learning outcomes of Physical Education, Sports, and Health of class XI students at Senior High School. there are three factors that can affect the learning outcomes of Physical Education, Sports and Health, namely factors contained within students (internal factors), factors that come from outside (external factors) and factors from the learning approach of the students themselves. Materials and methods. The population of this research is class XI State Senior High School. Qualitative descriptive analysis study using data collection techniques and instruments, namely documentation techniques and questionnaire techniques with randomly selected samples. Results. Based on the research results, internal and external factors often affect the learning outcomes of Physical Education, Sports and Health. Conclusions. internal and external factors often affect learning outcomes in Physical Education, Sports and Health. Likewise, the learning approach factors classified as sometimes affect the learning outcomes of Physical Education, Sports and Health.

Abstract

The purpose of the study. Charles Darwin’s concept of the struggle for existence is now converted into a struggle for excellence. The ancient spear and hunting in now converted popular athletic sporting events in the form of javelin throw. Science plays a major role in maximizing the javelin throw's horizontal distance. Tremendous research indicates the various kinematic parameters and their role in better performance. The present analytical study discusses the trends of research in javelin performance and their successful implementation in the actual sporting field. The purpose of the study is to compare the different research findings for better javelin performance on kinematic parameters and analysis of biomechanical parameters such as height, weight, BMI, and performance of the last ten  Olympic gold medals holders both male and female javelin throwers. Materials and methods. The meta-analysis was done based on other researchers' research findings. The correlation matrix has been calculated on height, weight, BMI, and performance of ten male and ten female Olympic gold medalists in the javelin throw. Results. The male and female throwers were positively correlated in height and weight and male throwers were negatively correlated in BMI and height. Conclusions. Based on the findings of other researchers the meta-analysis on kinematic parameters was discussed and it indicated that javelin performance is related to the biomechanical aspect of sports and height and weight are positively related for the throwers.

Abstract

The  purpose  of  the study. is to see if there's a link between of   male (Amateur and non-amateur) players  college of physical education & sports science Al-Qadisiyah University  functional sports screens (FMS) and upper limb function. Materials and methods. The competition attracted 100 volleyball players ranging in age from 18 to 25 years old. BMI is calculated as 60-75 kg for heights of 170-200 cm. Keep a digital record for later analysis. At least 3 months before to involvement, there is no history of musculoskeletal injury. The seven functional motor evaluation exercise modes (squat, hurdle step, overhead squat action, inline lunge, shoulder flexibility, straight leg elevation test, trunk stability push-up test) are employed as assessment tools for sports injury prevention. Questionnaire for the Assessment of Arm Disability (DASH). This test is used to assess upper limb function. There is a significant Pearson correlation coefficient. p≤0.05 is used to check whether there is a connection between variables. Results. Research results show that high scores for measuring arm injuries are different from performance screening test scores. (r=.178, P=0.01) There is a strong connection between them. Conclusions. Coaches and sports experts seem to believe that choosing the right exam for athletes is crucial.

Abstract

The  purpose  of  the study. This study was to analyze the method of passing training with fixed target eye-foot coordination high-low and target passing moving eye-foot coordination high-low and analyze the interaction between passing training methods and eye-foot coordination on football passing accuracy. Materials and methods. This study used a quasi-experimental method of pre-test and post-test design. The population in this study was 36 players with an average age of 16 years. The sampling technique used was total sampling with a total sample of 36 players, data analysis used the ANOVA test. Results. 1) There is a difference in the effect between fixed target passing practice and moving target passing on football passing accuracy on average p = (82.78±7.51), p-value = (0.000<0.05) and Fcount ( 18,050)>Ftable (0.225). 2) There is a different effect between high and low eye-foot coordination on soccer passing accuracy where the value of sig p-value = (0.007 <0.05) and Fcount (8.450)>Ftable (0.225). 3) There is a difference in the Effect of Fixed Target Passing Training Method with High and Low Eye-foot Coordination on Soccer Passing Accuracy with an average value of p = (83.33> 67.78). 4) There is a difference in the effect of moving target passing practice with high and low eye-foot coordination on soccer passing accuracy with an average value of p=(85.56>80.00). 5) There is no interaction between training methods and eye-foot coordination on football passing accuracy with sig p-value = (0.053>0.05) and Fcount (4.050) >Ftable (0.225). Conclusions. Research shows that moving target passing exercises are better at improving passing accuracy than fixed target passing exercises and players with high eye-foot coordination have better accuracy than players with low eye-foot coordination.

Abstract

The  purpose  of  the study. The aim was to find the effect of kinematic variables on ball velocity of medium pace bowlers. Materials and methods. A total of 10 male cricket players who were right arm medium pace bowlers were selected for this study. The kinematic variables selected in this study were wrist angle, elbow angle, shoulder angle, hip angle, knee angle, ankle angle, and centre of gravity. Results. A regression equation with R2 value of 0.616 was obtained from the study, i.e., 52.266+0.371 × (right shoulder angle). Conclusions. The study suggests shoulder angle to be important factor in determining ball velocity among medium pace bowlers

Abstract

The  purpose  of  the study. The purpose of this study was to find out how deep the response of students to the assignment assigned by the health physical education teacher in determining the number of respondents when the teacher gave physical education assignments. Materials and methods. This research was descriptive quantitative research. The research began by collecting assignments that have been given through online methods to students in the form of google form. The study population was 108 students of SMP IT Raudhatur Rahmah Pekanbaru, Riau. The sample in this study was all students of SMP IT Raudhtaur Rahmah. The sampling technique applied was total sampling. Results. The results obtained based on several assignments that have been given via google form in this study were as follows: For the subject of the passing and catching, dribbling, and shooting on basketball learning, the average scores were 54.25%, 46, 01%, and 42.02%, respectively. Teachers must be more active and creative in packaging the learning process so that it attracts students to take part in the Physical Education learning provided and considering that the response of students in learning physical education during the Covid-19 pandemic was low Conclusions. Online learning was very ineffective as a learning process as it was caused by many factors and can be proven by the low of student response in doing the task which has been given. a solution is needed so that the teaching and learning process can be carried out with an appropriate method so that students are not disadvantaged in the learning activities themselves, which not only receive the knowledge they need, but also includes learning related to the character and emotion that should be given by the teacher in the learning process.
