This study is the goal of teaching students to write short tales. Students need to understand better how to create short stories if they learn how to write them. This study aims to (1) present pictures and explanations of instructors who apply the contextual approach in short story learning and (2) to identify the characteristics that determine the effectiveness of teachers who apply contextual approaches, particularly in the setting of short story learning. This study contextualizes short story learning for a single Indonesian language instructor at the ninth-grade level at SMP PGRI Cirus in Serang Regency, Banten. The data is gathered through careful observation, in-depth interviews, and meticulous analysis. In addition, qualitative descriptions were used to assess data collected from three different approaches. This study's findings suggest that (1) teachers who understand the stages involved in implementing the contextual approach to short story learning are more likely to have students who reach the KKM they set for themselves. This planning has been acknowledged as a function or initial step in the management field, and it applies to all levels of management. It also defines the goals of an organization as well as the procedure for determining how the management system will achieve its goals and how it will achieve its goals. Moreover, it defines the objectives of the management system. Therefore, direct research methods are utilized throughout the entirety of this study. The methodology applied in this research consisted of employing qualification and descriptive methodologies, both of which aimed to achieve a deeper level of comprehension regarding the findings of this investigation, specifically the data that was compiled in the form of words and documentation. Decision-makers must use exceptional cases and possibly deal with generic rules. Strategic planning is thought to be a method for managing change that can be avoided as a result, as well as a method for dealing with environmental complexities frequently associated with using the organization's interests. However, this is also a method for exploring the complexity of the internal environment caused by the various needs of each organization's work units

It is possible that mathematical problem-solving skills and learning independence are variables that a ffect the reduction in learning achievement in mathematics. This study aimed to examine the effect of partial and simultaneous mathematical problem-solving ability and independent learning on mathematics learning achievement. This study was carried out at SMP N 1 Purwokerto, with the population was class IX SMP N 1 Purwokerto, the sample selected by cluster random sampling was class IX H SMP N 1 Purwokerto. A quantitative study using the ex-post-facto method was used in this study. Tests, surveys, and score documents were used to collect data. Validity and reliability assessments were completed on the tests and surveys. A precondition test, such as a normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and linearity test, was performed on the questionnaire test results. After that, a multiple linear regression model and test the hypothesis were formed using coefficients of determination, partial test, and simultaneous test methods. Y=49,280+0,107X1+0,378X2 was the linear regression model formed. According to the findings, mathematical problem-solving skills showed a significant effect on the learning achievement of 10.7%. Learning autonomy had a 37.8% positive effect on learning achievement.
