Jakarta Land - South Jakarta. This research method uses a quantitative descriptive method. This research provides an overview of the data to determine the relationship between the independent and dependent variables. The sampling technique used is proportional random sampling using the saturated sampling technique. The data collection technique in this research is using observation and questionnaires. The data was obtained by a questionnaire with as many as 61 employees. The questionnaire data were analyzed using the SPSS version 26 calculation, the correlation coefficient test method, the multiple linear regression test, the coefficient of determination, and the significant hypothesis test at a = 5%. The results of this study are that leadership has a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 18.162 + 0.543X1. The correlation coefficient value is 0.627, meaning that the two variables have a strong level of relationship with a determination coefficient of 39.3%. Hypothesis test obtained t count> t table or (6.187> 2,001). Thus, H0 is rejected, and H1 is accepted, meaning a significant influence between leadership and employee performance. Work motivation significantly affects employee performance with the regression equation Y = 20.768 + 0.472X2. The correlation coefficient value is 0.536, meaning that both have a strong relationship level with a determination coefficient of 28.7%. Hypothesis test obtained t count> t table or (4.8721> 2,001). Thus, H0 is rejected, and H2 is accepted, meaning a significant influence between work motivation and employee performance. Leadership and work motivation have a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 13,694 + 0,413X1 + 0,244X2. The correlation coefficient value obtained is 0.669, meaning that the independent variable with the dependent variable has a strong level of relationship with the coefficient of determination or influence simultaneously of 44.8%. In comparison, the remaining 55.2% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained the value of F count> F table or (23,516> 2,760). Thus H0 is rejected, and H3 is accepted. This result means a significant influence simultaneously between leadership and work motivation on employee performance at PT. ISS Indonesia Cleaning Service Division Placement of PT. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach, taking a sample of 100, with analytical methods namely validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, test hypothesis testing. t and f test. The results of the hypothesis testing research using the t statistical test for the service quality variable (X1) obtained a tvalue > ttable or (6.272 > 1.984) this is reinforced by a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, meaning that there is a positive and significant effect service quality on purchasing decisions. The t-test of the price variable (X2) obtained a value of tcount > ttable or (5.145>1.984) this was strengthened by a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, meaning that there was a positive and significant effect on price on purchasing decisions. Based on the results of simultaneous testing or f-test, the value of Fcount > Ftable or (26.871> 3.090) is also strengthened by a significance probability value of 0.000 <0.05, meaning that service quality and price together have a positive and significant effect on decisions. purchase. Based on the multiple linear regression equation testing that has been done, the results are Y = 16.348 + 0.367X1 + 0.244X2 which implies that service quality and price are in line with purchasing decisions so that they have a positive effect on purchasing decisions at Mr. Restaurant. FOX South Jakarta Branch. The correlation coefficient obtained is 0.597, there is a low level of relationship between service quality and price on purchasing decisions, then with the coefficient of determination obtained a value (Kd) of 0.357, which means that service quality has an influence contribution to purchasing decisions of 35.7%, while the remaining 64.3% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study

Abstract

The performance of employees is one of the most important factors in the company's progression. The enhancement of an employee's performance may receive support from either human resources or employee development. This new development in human resources will almost certainly affect employee performance. The goal of this study was to investigate the factors that play a role in enhancing the performance of employees. This qualitative research uses a case study approach based on phenomena, symptoms, facts, or social information. According to Sugiyono (2019), qualitative research methods are based on philosophy after positivism, which is used to examine the natural conditions of objects, where researchers are the main instrument, sampling sources from data sources, and data analysis is inductive or qualitative. In addition, the findings of qualitative research emphasize the concept of generalization. The findings indicate that the elements that impact employee performance are work pressure, communication, workload, and attitudes that contribute to work pressure, followed by the provision of Compensation that is not as expected by employees following working hours and employee guarantees. At the same time, efforts must make to improve performance, specific guidance and direction, training and development, and a discipline against company rules that are expected to improve employee performance
