Abstract

  Law No. 8 of 1981 concerning the Criminal Procedure Code (KUHAP) Article 1 paragraph (10) states that an investigator is a State Police Officer of the Republic of Indonesia or certain Civil Servant Officers who are given special authority by law to conduct investigations. And it is emphasized again in Article 6 paragraph (10) letter b which reads that investigators are certain Civil Servant officials who are given special authority by law. Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of work motivation on work productivity of employees of PT. Astra Credit Companies Fatmawati Branch. This research is an associative research with quantitative type. The population and research sample are employees of PT. Astra Credit Companies Fatmawati Branch with 128 employees. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used simple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The results showed that the simple linear regression value was Y = 24.55 + 0.58X. The results of the correlation calculation above can be concluded that the correlation coefficient rxy = 0.988, meaning that the correlation between work motivation (X) and work productivity (Y) is in the very high category. The value of the coefficient of determination (KD) is 97.6%. This means that work motivation has an effect on work productivity of 97.6% while the remaining 2.4% is the influence of other variables not examined. The results of the hypothesis test show that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that there is an influence of work motivation on the work productivity of PT. Abstract

Makna dari penulisan artikel ini ialah untuk menganalisa pola hubungan pengaruh jam kerja dan budaya kerja terhadap hasil kinerja karyawan customer service Perusahaan Elite Prima Hutama di Mall Kasablanka. Kategori penulisan ini menggunakan kategori dengan penelitian kategori asosiatif yang didekati secara kuantitatif. Adapun jumlah orang dalam penulisan karya ini adalah semua karyawan customer service Perusahaan Elite Prima Hutama di Mall Kasablanka yang berjumlah 34 orang. Dengan jumlah tersebut, maka semua diambil sebagai responden pada penulisan atikel ini dan dinamakan sebagai sampel jenuh. Instrumen yang digunakan ialah kuesioner dengan dibantu skala likert. Pemaknaan data yang digunakan ialah analisa makna regresi linier berganda. Makna penulisan ini yaitu secara serempak atau bersama-sama terdapat pola hubungan positif jam kerja dan budaya kerja terhadap hasil kinerja karyawan. Sedangkan secara individua tau sendiri terdapat pola hubungan positif jam kerja terhadap hasil kinerja karyawan dan juga terdapat pola hubungan positif antara budaya kerja terhadap hasil kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

The political issued in Indonesia has recently begun to warm due to the residue of the National and Regional Elections. Especially the 2017 DKI Jakarta Regional Head Election which is full of political and religious intrigue. The election of Anies Baswedan as Governor of Jakarta created two opposing groups, namely supporters and critics. Every policy and statement by Anies is always talked about in the mass media and social media. Anies is aware of this so that every statement issued is always wrapped in neat and structured rhetoric. This study aims to determine the rhetoric of Anies Baswedan and the effect on self-image. The method used is descriptive qualitative. The results finding revealed that Anies' control over his speech was extraordinary. Anies is able to position himself according to his interlocutor, this can be seen from every choice of diction to be expressed, technical, intonation, and the way of speaking is never emotional. Rhetoric is very important for a leader as a prerequisite for conveying and persuading audiences, especially in today's modern era where it is easy for audiences to get digital access and it is easy to see the figure of leader.

Abstract

This research is a follow-up study from previous research with the title "The Influence of Campus Environment on Student Learning Outcomes in Entrepreneurship Courses" is used as a basis for knowing the follow-up of the application of entrepreneurship courses into entrepreneurship practice. In preparing for entrepreneurial practice, students will have an interest in entrepreneurship. Interest in entrepreneurship is influenced by several factors. From these several factors, researchers are interested in entrepreneurial knowledge. With this interest, further studies will be carried out to sharpen knowledge. Therefore, this study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurial knowledge on entrepreneurial interest. This research is a quantitative research with associative research type to determine the effect of entrepreneurial knowledge variable (X) on entrepreneurial interest (Y). The research was conducted for + 2 months at Unindra. The population and sample are Unindra students as many as 229 students as participants. Collecting data using an online questionnaire via google form which is tested for validity and reliability, then processed using linear regression testing and hypothesis testing. The results of the study indicate that there is a significant effect of entrepreneurial knowledge on entrepreneurial interest

If the independent variable increases or has an effect, it will increase the dependent variable (sales turnover variable). The results of the F test are identified with a Sig value of 0.049 <0.05 so it can be concluded that there is a simultaneous effect of price, promotion, and product quality on sales turnover at UD. Abstract

The aim of the research is to analysis business development strategy with a Business Canvas Model at Mbah Ran’s (Tukiran) tofu factory. This research is use mix method with descriptive approach. The populations and the samples of this research are owner, emlpoyees, consumens and also the activities of the Mbah Ran’s tofu factory. Miles & Huberman’s Model will become the data technique analysis to process qualitative data and for the quantitave analysis researchers use SWOT methods. The results of this research are Mbah Ran’s (Tukiran) tofu factory has implemented business model concept which is already fullfill the requirements of the nine elements in Business Model Canvas. But in daily routines there are eight elements that must be evaluated for the development. The calculation results of Mbah Ran’s (Tukiran) tofu factory is in III quadrant of SWOT analysis, the opportunity of Mbah Ran’s (Tukiran) tofu factory is huge but in other side there is also an internal constraints. Based on the result of SWOT analysis, researchers make a right strategy that applied to Business Model Canvas.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of a quality management system at McDonalds TB Simatupamg. The type of research carried out was a qualitative case study. Data collection techniques using interviews, observations. The data analysis techniques were collecting data, organizing data, reading and making memos, describing cases and their contexts, clarifying data into code and themes using aggregation, interpreting data, presenting and visualizing data. The results of the study showed that the point of the clause focused on the customer well but had a record of the point of customer requirements and the rules and regulations were determined and met sometimes still sometimes not met but the company made customer recovery so that it was met..

Abstract

  The history of Christian religious teaching has changed in the form of implementation. These changes are influenced by the surrounding environment, culture, different cultures, but have the same position as Indonesian people. Christian religious education starts from family, church, and school. Thus the writing of this article aims to analyze how the challenges of the world of Christian religious education are. The author uses a qualitative method for the process of writing this article, in which the sources are collected from various written sources, such as books, websites that support the data, which are related to the title of the research being studied. The results of this study are to provide an understanding that Christian religious education has obstacles and challenges that can be resolved through a Christian approach in the family, church, and school.

Abstract

Pemberitaan media massa terkait wacana penyesuaian harga bahan bakar minyak (BBM) memiliki tonality pemberitaan positif dan negatif terhadap pemerintah. Berbagai media turut memberitakan wacana kenaikan BBM ini dengan sudut pandang yang berbeda-beda. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membuat suatu gambaran bagaimana kecenderungan sampel media pemberitaan terhadap suatu kebijakan pemerintahan. Fokus pada penelitian ini ialah menganalisis framing pemberitaan yang dituliskan media terhadap isu wacana kenaikan BBM dengan menggunakan model framing Robert N. Entman dan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif untuk dapat menemukan tendensi tonality dari 2 media daring yaitu Kompas.com dan Tempo.co. Berdasarkan analisis yang dilakukan, diperoleh hasil bahwa media daring Kompas.com memiliki tone positif terhadap isu kenaikan harga BBM. Kecenderungan tersebut dapat terlihat dari isi pemberitaan yang dirilis oleh Kompas.com lebih banyak menyampaikan hal-hal terkait kebijakan-kebijakan dari sisi pemerintah. Sementara itu, pada Tempo.co ditemukan hasil framing dengan tone negatif. Tempo.co menampilkan muatan-muatan berita yang menjelaskan dampak negatif yang mungkin dialami oleh berbagai sektor apabila kenaikan BBM benar terjadi. Berdasarkan analisis dari kedua media tersebut, Penulis merekomendasikan agar media massa senantiasa memberitakan fakta secara berimbang, kritis, namun tetap memiliki tanggung jawab untuk senantiasa mengedukasi masyarakat agar objektif terhadap isu kebijakan yang sedang mengemuka.
