Abstract

Permasalahan yang sering terjadi di kawasan metropolitan salah satunya ialah pelanggaran aturan berlalu lintas di jalan raya. Untuk mengantisipasi terjadinya aksi KKN dalam hal penegakan hukum lalu lintas, Kepolisian Republik Indonesia meluncurkan sistem pemolisian modern berbasis elektronik yaitu E-Policing. Untuk menerapkan sistem E-Policing yang sesuai dengan fungsinya Kepolisian Indonesia membuat program dalam hal mewujudkan ketertiban penindakan pelanggaran lalu lintas dijalan raya yaitu melakukan penilangan berbasis elektronik atau yang biasa dikenal dengan Electronic Traffic Law Enforcement (ETLE). Tujuan utama penelitian ialah untuk menganalisis pengaruh pelaksanaan Electronic Traffic Law Enforcement (Etle) (ETLE) dari penerapan E-Policing. Penelitian ini membandingkan data pelanggaran sebelum adanya pelaksanaan program ETLE, awal program ETLE, dan setelah setahun program ETLE berjalan. Hasil pelaksanaan program ETLE dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa dengan adanya program ETLE di ruas jalan Margonda Raya Kota Depok jumlah pelanggaran lalu lintas yang berhasil terekam mengalami kenaikan dibandingkan sebelum adanya pelaksanaan program ETLE. Sedangkan perbandingan jumlah pelanggaran lalu lintas di awal program ETLE dan setelah pelaksanaan program ini selama satu tahun menunjukkan hasil positif yaitu penurunan jumlah pelanggaran dikarenakan kesadaran masyarakat untuk mematuhi peraturan lalu lintas semakin baik. Pelaksanaan program ETLE dipengaruhi beberapa faktor antara lain penegak hukum, sarana dan prasarana, serta faktor masyarakat.

Abstract

The background in this study is that students' creative thinking skills are still low. In carrying out the process of teaching and learning activities in keals still use conventional methods. This study aims to determine the difference between the project-based learning model and the conventional model on the creative thinking skills of class VII students of SMPN 1 Wirosari. This type of research method uses a quasi-experimental research type, namely the posttest only group design model. The population in this study consisted of 288 students, samples taken in class VII.A and VII.B with a total of 64 students. Data collection techniques through observation, documentation and test tests with essay questions which are carried out at the end of learning. Then processing the data that has been collected is processed through validity tests and reliability tests. Based on the results of the normality and homogeneity tests, the test results obtained for both normal and homogeneous groups were 97.67667. So to test the hypothesis with the t-test, the two samples are not correlated.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian  mengetahui dan memahami lebih dalam kesalahan penggunaan huruf kapital pada karangan deskripsi siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 282 Jakarta.  Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif dengan jenis penelitian kualitatif. Objek penelitian ini adalah kesalahan penggunaan huruf kapital pada karangan deskripsi siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 282 Jakarta. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh terdapat sebanyak 144 kesalahan dalam penggunaan huruf kapital dari 40 karangan deskripsi siswa kelas VII yang meliputi: 1) Huruf kapital dipakai sebagai huruf pertama pada awal kalimat, sebanyak 100 kesalahan 69,44%, 2) Huruf kapital dipakai sebagai huruf pertama nama tahun, bulan, hari, dan hari raya, sebanyak 16 kesalahan 11,11%, 3) Huruf kapital dipakai sebagai huruf pertama nama bangsa, suku bangsa, dan bahasa, sebanyak 5 kesalahan 3,47%, 4) Huruf kapital dipakai sebagai huruf pertama unsur nama orang termasuk julukan, sebanyak 20 kesalahan 13,90%, dan 5) Huruf kapital dipakai sebagai huruf pertama setiap kata agama, kitab suci, dan Tuhan, sebanyak 3 kesalahan 2,08%. Peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa penggunaan huruf kapital dipakai sebagai huruf pertama pada awal kalimat merupakan kesalahan yang paling banyak dari seluruh aspek kesalahan pada penelitian ini. Kesalahan yang ditemukan peneliti  terdapat 100 kesalahan. Selain itu, jika dibuat dalam persentase adalah  69,44%.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the improvement on the vocabulary comprehension of English as foreign language students at MTS Miftahul Huda using Youtube. The study also tries to investigate the students’ perceptions towards the integration of YouTube video on improving students’ vocabulary master. There approximately hundreds of intermediate-level students aged between 12-14 years old participated in the study. Students were divided into two groups: an experimental group that watch YouTube videos during the reading assessment, learning process and a control group that was not exposed to the videos. In addition to questionnaires, pre and post-tests were utilized to collect information. The results of the analysis indicate that the group that viewed YouTube clips fared better on the posttest than the control group that did not view YouTube clips. The result showed that youtube video is able to support the improvement of the students’ vocabulary mastery. According to the results of the research, the participants had favorable opinions toward the integration of YouTube into their respective classes. Additionally, the data revealed a discernible rise in the level of vocabulary achievement attained by the children. In this section, the ramifications of the findings are examined with regard to the process of learning and teaching foreign languages.

Abstract

This article discusses the effect of Inflation, BI-7 Day Reverse Repo Rate, and Earnings Per Share on stock prices. The dependent variable in this study is the Stock Price. Meanwhile, the independent variables in this study are Inflation, BI-7 Day Reverse Repo Rate, and Earnings Per Share. The sampling technique was carried out using the purposive sampling method, the total sample in this study amounted to 16 quarters of financial statements at PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia, Inflation Report and , BI-7 Day Reverse Repo Rate at Bank Indonesia and Yahoo Finance for the share price for the 2019-2022 period. Data processing is carried out by multiple linear regression analysis with prerequisite tests first. This article finds that partially Inflation and , BI-7 Day Reverse Repo Rate have a negatif direction but have no significant effect on the Stock Price. Meanwhile, Earnings Per Share has a positive and significant direction towards the Stock Price. Meanwhile, inflation, BI-7 Day Reverse Repo Rate, and Earnings Per Share have a simultaneous influence on stock prices.

Abstract

Pada awalnya jaringan internet hanya dapat digunakan oleh lingkungan pendidikan (perguruan tinggi) dan lembaga penelitian. Kemudian pada tahun 1995, internet baru dapat digunakan untuk umum. Dengan adanya aplikasi dapat memudahkan masyarakat dalam mengakses informasi di internet. Setelah dibukanya internet untuk kepentingan umum, semakin banyak aplikasi bisnis bermunculan di internet. Pengguna sistem elektronik atau disebut juga dengan konsumen dapat dengan cepat mengetahui perkembangan informasi di berbagai belahan dunia. Dengan hanya mengandalkan mesin pencari seperti Google dan Yahoo, pengguna sistem elektronik di seluruh dunia memiliki akses internet yang mudah ke berbagai macam informasi. Dibandingkan dengan buku dan perpustakaan, internet melambangkan penyebaran (desentralisasi), pengetahuan (knowledge) informasi dan data secara ekstrim. Internet juga dapat dimanfaatkan oleh pemerintah dalam memberikan pelayanan publik. Internet merupakan sarana termudah untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pencarian informasi yang diinginkan konsumen.

Abstract

At this time the business of bottled drinking water distributors, especially those engaged in the field of Aqua Galon distributors, is indeed experiencing quite significant increase. This increase was balanced with the increasing number of competitors which resulted in a decrease in sales turnover in the field, so that this situation made the business owner have to play strategies in order to increase employee performance, namely by implementing work discipline and providing work motivation to their employees. The purpose of this study is to find out how much the influence of work discipline and work motivation on employee performance in UD. FF Tirta, East Jakarta. The population used was 30 respondents and used saturated sampling. The methods used are validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumptions tests, determination coefficient tests, multiple linear regression tests, and statistical tests. The scale used is a Likert scale. By using SPSS 26 software, so that the results of the multiple linear regression equation y = ? + ?1x1 + ?2x2 + ? = 16,253 - 0.038 - 0.20. The results of partial testing for work discipline variables have a t count value of -3,043 with a significance value of 0.013 <0.05 while for the work motivation variable has a t count value of -10.035 with a significance value of 0.020 <0.05. So that the two variables are the decision to refuse H0. So judging from the decision, the two variables each have partial influence on employee performance variables. From the results of the coefficient of determination, the adjusted R square value is valued at 0.796 or 79.6% means that the independent variables used in the model are work discipline variables (X1), and work motivation (X2) are able to explain 79.6% of the dependent variable, namely employee performance ( Y), while the remaining 20.4% is explained by other factors.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how financial literacy impacts online loan financial technology. This research uses the systematic literature review (SLR) methodology which is a research design to identify, assess and interpret the search results of research reviews systematically. This research originates from six studies spanning several years. The results of the literature study show that consumers still need to understand financial literacy because it will have an impact on how to manage and use financial technology.

Abstract

Describe the Effect of Learning Interest on Social Science Learning Achievement in Grade VII Students at Yadika 2 Middle School, West Jakarta. The research method used is a quantitative research method. Data collection methods are carried out using questionnaires, documentation, interviews, and observation. Then the author performs data processing which can be concluded that based on the results of research conducted by researchers at YADIKA 2 Middle School, West Jakarta, the value of t count = 1.413 is obtained. In determining the t table, this study chose ???? = 0.05 so that for ???? = 77, the value of t table = 1.665. Because the value of t count = 1.413 <t table 1.665, so based on this conclusion it can be stated that there is no effect of interest in learning (variable x) on learning achievement (variable y) Social Studies in Class VII Students at SMP Yadika 2 West Jakarta.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the Effect s of the Implementation of the Smart Indonesia Card Policy on Student Learning Motivation at SMP Negeri 17 Bekasi. The data used in this study is primary data where the primary data data collection method is by means of a questionnaire technique (questionnaire). After the writer did the analysis and was careful, it could be seen that there was an influence between the implementation of the smart Indonesian card program policy on student learning motivation by obtaining a t-count of 2.710 and a t-table of 0.679 at a significance level which showed the level of relationship was in the low category. Meanwhile, the magnitude of the influence of the implementation of the smart card program policy on student motivation was 12%.
