Abstract

This research aims to (1) Analyze the effectiveness of implementing the wafa method and habituation of tahsin at the Fakfak Qur'an House (2) Analyze the ability of Tahfidz al-Qur'an of OAP Santri before and after implementing the wafa method at the Fakfak Qur'an House (3) Analyze supporting and inhibiting factors of the wafa method and the habit of tahsin in the Qur'an House. This research uses a quantitative approach with an ex post facto type of research. Operational definition of the application of the wafa method as the independent variable (X1) and Tahsin Refraction as the independent variable (X2) Santri's Tahfidz Qur'an ability as the dependent variable (Y). The population in this study was 205 students in the even semester of 2021/2022 and then became 108 students in 2023/2024. The sample taken was 30 students with a sampling method using purposive sampling. The research instruments used in this research were documentation forms and observation guidelines. The processing and analysis techniques used are descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis.

Abstract

The objectives of this scientific research are: 1. To analyze the relevance of the contributions of Tahfidz teachers and parents in selecting and implementing the muraja'ah (review) methods for Qur'an memorization for the 9 grade students at SMP IT As-Salam Fakfak. 2. To analyze the impact of the collaboration between Tahfidz teachers and parents in providing various methods for Qur'an memorization review to the 9 grade students at SMP IT As-Salam Fakfak. 3. To analyze the supporting and inhibiting factors in motivating the Qur'an memorization review for the 9 grade students at SMP IT As-Salam Fakfak. This research employs qualitative field research with a descriptive analytical approach, using primary and secondary data sources. In this study, primary data sources were obtained through observations at students' homes as well as at the school, such as during Qur'an memorization programs or activities. Data collection methods used include observation, interviews, and documentation. The research instruments consist of the researcher as the key instrument, complemented by observation sheets, interview guidelines, writing tools, a camera, and a mobile phone (HP). Data processing and analysis techniques involve three steps: data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or verification. The results show that the Qur'an memorization learning method, particularly the muraja'ah method, significantly contributes to enhancing student motivation. Supporting factors for its implementation include adequate educational funding, while inhibiting factors include student character, intelligence, interest, talent, motivation, as well as the lack of motivation and involvement from parents, insufficient facilities and infrastructure, and the community environment. Tujuan penelitian ilmiah ini adalah 1. Untuk menganalisis relevansi kontribusi Guru Tahfidz dan orang tua dalam memilih dan mengimplentasikan metode muraja’ah hafalan al-Qur’an siswa/i SMP IT As-Salam Fakfak kelas IX. 2. Untuk menganalisis dampak kolaborasi antara Guru Tahfidz dan Orang Tua dalam memberikan berbagai metode muraja’ah hafalan al-Qur’an pada siswa/i SMP IT As-Salam Fakfak kelas IX. 3. Menganalisis factor pendukung dan penghambat dalam memotivasi muraja’ah hafalan al-Qur’an pada siswa/i SMP IT As-Salam Fakfak kelas IX. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif lapangan (Field Research) dengan pendekatan deskriptif analisis sumber data primer dan sumber data sekunder. Dalam penelitian ini, sumber data primer peneliti peroleh dari hasil observasi di rumah siswa dan juga hasil observasi di sekolah itu sendiri seperti kegiatan atau progaram hafalan Al-Qur’an. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Instrumen penelitian ini adalah peneliti selaku instrumen kunci dan pelengkap instrumen penelitian ini yaitu lembar observasi, pedoman wawancara, alat tulis, kamera dan handphone (HP). Teknik pengolahan data dan analisis data dengan menggunakan tiga langkah yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode pembelajaran menghafal Al-Qur’an, metode muraja’ah, yang diterapkan sangat berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan motivasi siswa. Faktor pendukung dalam penerapan ini meliputi biaya pendidikan yang memadai, sementara faktor penghambatnya mencakup karakter, kecerdasan, minat, bakat, dan motivasi peserta didik, serta kurangnya motivasi dan peran serta orang tua, sarana dan prasarana yang tidak memadai, dan lingkungan masyarakat.

Abstract

The aim of this research is First; revealing the implementation of Islamic educational values ​​in the Islamic Spiritual organization at Madrasah Aliyah Imam Adil Raja Ampat. Second; analyzing the contribution of the Rohani Islam organization in implementing educational values. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques from observation, interviews and documentation with the spiritist supervisor, spiritist administrator, school principal, deputy head of curriculum and two parents and guardians. The research results show that the implementation of Islamic educational values ​​through Islamic Spiritual Organizations is a forum for students to express or hone their abilities, especially in the religious field. The Islamic Spiritual Organization carries out work programs that can be a means of implementing the values ​​of Islamic education, namely the values ​​of worship, moral values ​​and Aqidah values. The Rohis organization contributes to increase understanding of the value of Islamic education which has an impact on students' better morals and becomes a role model in the Imam Adil Raja Ampat Madrasah Aliyah environment. For this reason, it is hoped that future researchers will be able to explore the development of religious character in schools, in order to obtain more competent strategies.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the make match learning model and student motivation in improving learning outcomes for Faraidh material at the school of Madrasah Aliyah Imam Adil in Raja Ampat. This research uses a quantitative approach, namely an experimental pretest-posttest design, by giving a pre-test and post-test to two groups, the conventional group as the control and the experimental group. Data analysis was carried out descriptively using the t test and anova (two-way analysis of variance). The data was processed using SPSS version 25 for Windows to get a comparison of the results of fiqh learning on Faraidh (inheritance) material and its motivation. The research results showed that there was a significant increase in student achievement and learning motivation with the make match model applied to the experimental group, where an average increase of 50 to 70 points from pretest to posttest scores, while the conventional group only had an average increase of 10 points. The make match and motivation learning models have a symmetrical or parallel influence on improving student learning outcomes, as in the data findings in table 4.5; 4.6; 4.7; and 4.8, and is supported by the findings of the 2-factor Anova test results depicted in figure 4.1, and figure 4.2 in the data blockspot normality test.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is First to analyze how the strategies of Islamic Religious Education teachers in instilling character education in students of SMP Negeri 14 Raja Ampat. Second, to analyze how parental involvement helps Islamic Religious Education teachers in efforts to instill character education in students of SMP Negeri 14 Raja Ampat. This type of research is Qualitative Description. The research approach is the Islamic education approach and phenomenology. The research data sources are primary data sources and secondary data sources. The research data collection method uses observation, interview, and documentation methods. Data processing and analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion.  The results of this study indicate that first, the strategy of Islamic Religious Education teachers in instilling character education in students of SMP Negeri 14 Raja Ampat is by strengthening through role models, strengthening through religious activities and extracurricular activities, strengthening integration with multicultural education, and collaboration strategies with parents and the community. Abstract

This article examines the history of development and decline of three major Islamic empires in the 18th century, namely the Ottoman Sultanate, the Safavid Dynasty, and the Mughal Empire. These three empires were once centers of power and advanced Islamic civilization, but faced significant challenges during the early modern period (1700s-1800s) that led to a significant decline in their political, economic, and military strength. This research highlights the internal and external factors that contributed to the decline of these three empires. Through a comparative approach, the article identifies similar patterns of decline, such as the inability to adapt to changing times and resistance to reforms, although the regional context and responses to the crises varied in each empire. The long-term impact of this decline is significant for the Islamic world, including the loss of political dominance and the emergence of a colonial era that lasted until the 20th century, as well as triggering waves of renewal and modernization among Muslims. This research uses qualitative methods with an analysis of primary and secondary historical sources to provide a comprehensive picture of the political and social dynamics during this important transitional period. The findings are expected to be an important contribution to the understanding of Islamic history and a lesson for the development of future Islamic civilization.

Abstract

This is a study with the objectives: 1). to analyze the influence of the Independent Curriculum on students' learning interests in Faith and Morals Subject in class X MAN Fakfak 2). to analyze the influence of the Independent Curriculum on student learning outcomes in Faith and Morals Subject in class X MAN Fakfak. 3). to identify inhibiting and supporting factors of the implementation of the Independent Curriculum on students' interests and learning outcomes in Faith and Morals Subject in class X MAN Fakfak.The research method used is a quantitative method.The results of the study showed that: 1) Students' interest in learning Akidah Akhlak taught with the implementation of the Independent Curriculum in Class X A MAN Fakfak was in the very high category 2) Students' learning outcomes in learning Faith and Morals Subject taught with the implementation of the Independent Curriculum in class X A MAN Fakfak were in the very high category. 3). The supporting factors for the influence of the implementation of the Independent Curriculum on students' interest and learning outcomes in learning Faith and Morals Subject in Class X MAN Fakfak, namely the existence of KMA 347 of 2022 and Akidah Akhlak teachers participating in training on the implementation of the Independent Curriculum independently. Furthermore, the inhibiting factors for the influence of the implementation of the Independent Curriculum on students' interest and learning outcomes in learning Faith and Morals Subject in Class X MAN Fakfak, namely problems related to teachers, the madrasah ecosystem, and students.

Abstract

Language is an important component in the process of transforming science, ideas or thoughts. Among the oldest languages is Arabic, and it is also the language of the Qur'an and Sunnah without Arabic one will not be able to understand the book and Sunnah correctly and results in a weak religious understanding in understanding the teachings of Islam.  This research aims to discuss the urgency of learning Arabic to deepen Islamic religious knowledge and to know that understanding Arabic is important for the Muslim community in Indonesia. The research method used is qualitative descriptive which will narrate the data obtained in the field clearly. The results of the research found are that Arabic has an urgency in exploring Islam due to: 1) the main source of Islamic religious teachings in Arabic, 2) the works of scholars who discuss religious science are written in Arabic, 3) the study of science will be more valuable if it is based on Arabic postulates and, 4) the lack of Muslim scholars who are experts in Arabic

Abstract

The phenomenon of the dichotomy of science is increasingly troubling. Imam Suprayogo, behind the concept of Tarbiyah Ulu al-Albab, is a solution to the dichotomy of science by collaborating on science. This paper aims to: 1) describe the concept of education paradigma of the Qur'an, 2) describe the academic culture of Maulana Malik Ibrahim Islamic State University of Malang, and 3) The relevance concept of Imam Suprayogo's Islamic studies to the reality of Islamic studies in Indonesia. This paper is a literature research using content analysis techniques. The results of this study show that: 1) Tarbiyah Ulu al-Albab is an educational concept paradigma of the Qur'an with a dzikr, fikr, and amal shaleh approach, 2) The academic culture of the Maulana Malik Ibrahim Islamic State University of Malang campus displays; a) credible, compatible, and professional educators; b) a multifunctional mosque, not just as a symbol; c) ma'had like a boarding school; d) boarding school serves to form spirituality and morals; d) availability of libraries; e) laboratory; f) studying room;  g) offices as a means of administrative services; h) arts and sports development centers; and i) as well as a broad and strong budget, 3) Imam Suprayogo's Islamic Studies Thought is very relevant to the reality of Islamic studies in Indonesia.

Abstract

Disciplinary character education should be instilled from an early age, the assumption that early childhood discipline does not need to be implanted because it is too young is a misconception. Character is an attitude or habit that is inherent in a child until the child becomes an adult. Man is a unidualistic creature, that is, man as an individual and social being. The application of discipline to the child aims to enable the child to play a role as a social being because it is in conflict with the individual life and social life of the child, therefore the child must be trained and disciplined in order to be able to adapt to the social life. Children can shape their behavior according to the role given by the cultural group with which the individual is identified. Since there is no uniform cultural model, friction with the social environment is inevitable, so that the child can enter the social setting requires a character that is acceptable to the social surroundings.
