This article aims to analyze the local government leadership strategies implemented in Raja Ampat district in developing Islamic education; this type of research uses Phenomenological research with a descriptive qualitative approach. The data collection methods used are observation, interview and documentation methods and fgd. The results showed that 1). The local government leadership model in the development of Islamic education in Papua by establishing transformative leadership by creating local government policies through local regulations, Establishing a Policy on the Construction of Houses of Worship (Mosques) through the Regional Budget (APBD); Policy on Providing Incentives to Mosque Takmir, Imams, through the APBD; Empowering religious social organizations; Providing study fee assistance to mosque takmir educators, imams and religious leaders that not all local governments carry out this strategy6; 2). The Raja Ampat local government develops its role as a regulator, facilitator, social welfare provider and monitoring and evaluator, resulting in better quality and quantity of mosque/mushallah worship facilities and non-formal education institutions; increasing the quality of education services and strengthening smart, qualified and competitive human resources.

The objectives of this scientific research are: 1) To describe the efforts of Islamic Religious Education teachers in preventing radicalism among students at SMA Negeri 1 Raja Ampat Regency. 2) To describe optimizing the role of Islamic Religious Education teachers in preventing radicalism among students at SMA Negeri 1 Raja Ampat Regency. This research uses descriptive qualitative research located at SMA Negeri 1 Raja Ampat. This research approach is a guidance approach and a sociological approach. Data sources in this research include primary data sources and secondary data sources. Data collection methods are observation, interviews and documentation. Analysis of this research data through data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that: 1) Optimization has been carried out by Islamic Religious Education Teachers in preventing radicalism, namely: a) Islamic Religious Education Teachers optimize explanations about Islam rahmatan lil 'aalamiin, b) Islamic Religious Education Teachers optimize dialogue in Islamic Religious Education learning. c) Islamic Religious Education Teachers optimize the introduction and application of Multicultural education. 2) The role of Islamic Religious Education Teachers in preventing radicalism is: a) Islamic Religious Education Teachers as educators, b) Islamic Religious Education Teachers as teachers, and c) Islamic Religious Education Teachers as mentors.

The aims of this scientific research are: 1) To analyze the Visionary Leadership Role of the Head of Madrasah Aliyah Imam Adil, Raja Ampat Regency in Improving the Quality of Islamic Educational Institutions. 2) To analyze the Visionary Leadership Strategy of the Head of Madrasah Aliyah IMadrasah Aliyahm Adil, Raja Ampat Regency in Improving the Quality of Islamic Educational Institutions. This research uses a descriptive qualitative research type located at the Imam Adil Madrasah Aliyah School, Raja Ampat Regency, West Papua Province. The approach in this research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The data sources in this research are primary and secondary data sources. The data collection methods used were observation, interviews and documentation. Analysis of this research data through data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that: 1) The Head of Madrasah Aliyah Imam Adil Raja Ampat Regency reflects visionary leadership in Madrasah Aliyah Imam Adil. The leader plays a role as a direction maker, which means providing clarity to his followers about the ways or efforts that must be taken, the steps of the Head of Madrasah Aliyah Imam Adil continues to pay attention to effective and efficient goals. The Head of Madrasah Aliyah Imam Adil Raja Ampat Regency, in carrying out his leadership, has tried to focus on the vision and mission created, building good relationships at both internal and external levels. 2) The Head of Madrasah Aliyah Imam Adil Raja Ampat Regency seeks to carry out a visionary leadership role as an agent of change with new programs from previous programs. 3) The efforts made by the Head of Madrasah Aliyah Imam Adil Raja Ampat Regency to improve quality are to create an effective learning process, conduct effective evaluations and carry out continuous improvements, build character, carry out constructive guidance

The purpose of this study is to describe the poetry writing ability of grade VIII MTs students of Sorong City. The low ability to write poetry is caused by learning to write poetry that has not been carried out properly so that grade VIII students have difficulty when asked to write poetry.Therefore, the necessary learning strategies and instructional media fun and appropriate. To overcome these problems ARCS Metode and media images of events contained in the newspaper in teaching poetry writing class VIII MTs Sorong Affairs. The research was conducted in two cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, action, observation and reflection. The results of this study indicate the existence of a process of learning, improvement, and change behavior in a positive direction.

This study aims to identify and analyze 1. the adaptation strategies of Afghan refugees while in Makassar City 2. to analyze the barriers for Afghan refugees to adapt to Makassar City . This research was conducted at Pondok Nugraha, jl. Daeng tata, Blok 4F No.88, kel, Bonto Duri. Tamalate district, Makassar South Sulawesi. The method used in this study is a qualitative method, purposive sampling technique using a case study approach and interviewing 16 informants. The results show that in the adaptation strategy of Afghan refugees, refugees develop a strategy into three stages of adaptation strategies, the first strategy in the social field at the social stage of refugees divides it into two stages of strategy, namely the initial strategy including finding refugees from Afghanistan and conducting socialization later in the stage second is the refugee development strategy to formulate strategies that include: Joining in mingling with activities that occur in the refugee environment and in the community, and promoting tolerance. At the cultural stage, Afghan refugees formulate a strategy by adopting and following several local culture. Whereas at the economic stage the refugees have a strategy by forming a relationship through mutually beneficial relationships with one another. In terms of adaptation barriers, refugees experience several obstacles among refugees that are difficult to adapt due to differences in language, discriminated treatment by society, and many differences in culture.

The aim of this research is to describe the steps for developing Insya' teaching materials at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Sultan Hasanuddin. The steps for developing Insya' teaching materials are based on the steps developed by Sugiyono from Borg & Gall, namely: (1) Potential and problems; (2) Collect information and data; (3) Product design; (4) Design validation; (5) Design revision; (6) Product testing; (7) Product revision; The implications of this research and development are 1) This research and development has produced Insya' teaching material products. This product has been tested through several tests, namely testing by language experts and design experts and also tested on class VII students at MTs. Sultan Hasanuddin to prove the effectiveness of the product being developed, so that it can be a consideration for educators, especially subject teachers, Insya>' to use this product. 2) This research still has many limitations and shortcomings in designing teaching materials. Insya', this will become reference material for designing more creative and innovative teaching materials to be developed. 3) The materials included in the Insya' teaching materials are still limited to only 14 materials and only for class VII, this is due to researchers' limitations in compiling and presenting the material. This will be taken into consideration for further research to improve Insya' teaching materials for a higher level

The aims of this research are First; To describe the leadership role of the Taklim Council Contact Agency in strengthening Islamic education in Raja Ampat Regency. Second, to describe the strategy of the Taklim Council Contact Agency in strengthening Islamic education in Raja Ampat Regency.This type of research is Qualitative Description. The research approach is a phenomenological, normative theological and sociological approach. Research data sources are primary data sources and secondary data sources. Research data collection methods use observation, interviews and documentation methods. Data processing and analysis techniques using data reduction, data presentation, comparative analysis of data and drawing conclusions.The results of this research show that the leadership role of the Taklim Council Contact Agency in strengthening Islamic education in Raja Ampat Regency is to establish good cooperative relationships, have a high work ethic, participative and responsible leadership characteristics and be trustworthy in carrying out leadership duties. The strategy of the Taklim Council Contact Agency in strengthening Islamic education in Raja Ampat Regency is to maximize the concept of education management, holding regular recitations, introducing or observing Islamic education targets and direct visits to the community (Mobile Education).

Second; analyzing the forms of Islamic religious education teachers' strategies in strengthening the faith of Raja Ampat 1 State High School students.This type of research is Qualitative Description. The research approach is an Islamic educational, normative theological and sociological approach. Research data sources are primary data sources and secondary data sources. Research data collection methods use observation, interviews and documentation methods. Data processing and analysis techniques using data reduction, data presentation, comparative analysis of data and drawing conclusions.The results of the research show that: First, the strategic process of Islamic religious education teachers in strengthening the faith of Raja Ampat State High School 1 students is to instill a sense of love for Allah and strengthen the faith through religious programs such as: routine recitations, congregational midday prayers, day celebrations. Islamic holidays and the Khatam Al-Quran (Gaharu) movement program. Second, the forms of strategy for Islamic religious education teachers in strengthening the faith are exemplary strategies, mentoring or supervision strategies and habituation strategies.

The objectives of this scientific research are: 1) To analyze the Management of Islamic Religious Development for Inmates in Class IIB Prisons in Sorong City. 2) To find out what the management pattern for developing Islamic character is for inmates in the Class IIB prison in Sorong City. This research uses descriptive qualitative research located in the Class IIB Prison in Sorong City. The approach in this research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The primary data sources in this research are prisoners and prison guards and managers. Secondary data sources in this research are books, magazines, internet, reports and documentation. The data collection methods used were observation, interviews and documentation. Analysis of this research data through data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that: 1) Implementation of character education and Islamic religious guidance in the Class IIB Correctional Institution in Sorong City in collaboration with instructors from the Office of Religious Affairs, under the auspices of the Ministry of Religion for the City and Regency of Sorong. In carrying out their duties and obligations, both parties agreed to provide a series of routine activities to improve the spiritual aspects of prisoners. 2) The method used in the process of education and guidance of Islamic religious character is starting with reciting the Koran, then continuing with memorizing short letters and finally lectures or tausiah as well as questions and answers and 3) With collaboration with instructors from the Ministry of Religion providing something different from implemented in other prisons. Apart from that, the Correctional Institution also feels helped in providing Islamic religious services to prisoners. Some prisoners felt that it was very helpful, including increasing their knowledge of Islam.

The rapid development of information and communication technology has resulted in the emergence of various communication media that have succeeded in breaking through geographical, social, economic, cultural and political boundaries quickly and broadly. This is a feature or characteristic of the communication revolution which provides great opportunities for da'wah actors in an effort to improve the quality of their Islamic da'wah communications. Utilization of good information technology that is balanced with the knowledge and communication skills of effective Islamic da'wa as an effort to convey da'wah messages to the community as recipients of messages is a da'wah strategy that is able to penetrate the wider community. The communication revolution can also be used as a method for conveying Islamic shari'ah with Islamic communication being able to become a filter for society in obtaining information in the media.
