<![CDATA[The existence of Hinduism always upholds and respects local traditions, local culture and customs adopted by the village or local area. Traditions that are sourced from literature or lontar made by spiritualists or poets. Bali, which is rich in Hindu literature, is local and rich in sources of Hindu religious teachings from traditional texts, both in the form of prasasti, lontar, tutur, babad, pupuh and other forms. One of the lontars that are still used today, in particular, is the Lontar Wreti Sasana which is a lontar which describes how the rules of a pemangku in carrying out their obligations in society. Next, the background behind discussing further about the teachings of Lontar Wreti Sasana is wanting to introduce Lontar Wreti Sasana to the younger generation and prospective pemangku so that they are able to know that Lontar Wreti Sasana is a lontar which contains rules for being a pemangku and needs to be preserved so that it does not heredity with time. Data collection methods used are literature study, observation, interviews and documentation. The data collected were analyzed using descriptive qualitative analysis method with data reduction steps, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results showed, 1) Lontar Wreti Sasana contains the teachings of panca yama brata and panca niyama brata. 2) Hindu religious education values contained in Lontar Wreti Sasana, namely religious education values, ethical education values and social values (3) implementation of teachings in Lontar Wreti Sasana for pemangku in Pelaga Village that most pemangku have implemented the contents of Lontar Wreti Sasana ie not eating any food (aharalaghawa), only taking one wife after the study period (krisna brahmacari), not taking a wife who should not be his wife (agamyagamana), never telling lies and harsh words and words that hurt others (satya), has never dealt with the law (awyawahara), then is not negligent in carrying out duties (apramada). So the teachings in Lontar Wreti Sasana are gym texts for someone wreti, namely people who carry out wrata or brata, namely the promise and realization of life based on religious teachings.]]>

<![CDATA[Digital money has become a modern transaction tool used today in the form of a number of balances for buying and selling transactions. Apart from the ease of making transactions with digital money innovations, it is possible that errors may occur in sending the balance to the intended digital wallet. This research aims to determine the influence of display quality factors, system services, and information service factors in the process of topping up balances into digital wallets. This research method uses a quantitative method by collecting data using a questionnaire by distributing questions using Google Form tools to 200 respondents who use the BCA Mobile application in Indonesia. The research results obtained by carrying out the f square test illustrate that the Visual Quality factor has a very significant impact on errors in topping up balances to digital wallets, then the System services factor also has quite a significant impact on errors in topping up balances to digital wallets, and on the factors Information quality does not have a significant impact on errors in filling in balances to digital wallets.]]>

<![CDATA[Mangkang Market in Semarang City is a market with high economic activity. Mangkang Market is located on the pantura road that connects Semarang City with Kendal Regency, so it has high mobility, potentially causing noise and PM 2.5 air pollution in settlements around the market. Market activities also have the potential for water pollution in Kali Bakti. This study aims to determine the level of environmental pollution of settlements living around Mangkang Market. For this purpose, noise measurements, PM 2.5 air quality and water conditions in Kali Bakti were conducted. Measurement of surface water by taking water samples in Kali Bakti was carried out to measure the level of drainage water quality which is a place for domestic wastewater disposal. The water condition in Kali Bakti was measured in the laboratory of Semarang City Environmental Agency. The method in this study uses a descriptive quantitative approach by categorizing based on class or level. The result of noise measurement using Sound Level meter and formula is that the settlement noise is included in the low level of 52.4 dB from the standard 55 dB. While the measurement of PM 2.5 air quality is included in the high pollution category, namely 27 µg / Nm3, from the standard standard of 25 µg / Nm3 based on WHO. And laboratory checks of water in Kali Bakti are included in the medium level of pollution, namely IPj 2,151370942.]]>

<![CDATA[The education or teaching and learning process must still be carried out during a pandemic; this condition requires a strategy and the media platform's role to support the teaching and learning process, especially at Harapan Nusantara High School Denpasar. This study aims to reveal the part of the media platform during a pandemic to support the teaching and learning process at Harapan Nusantara High School Denpasar. This type of research is qualitative research. Data collection methods include literature studies, direct observation, and interviews. The collected data were then analyzed using data triangulation techniques: data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. Based on the findings in the study, it can be concluded: 1). The media platform's role during the pandemic was constructive and facilitated the process of teaching and learning activities both from the side of educators and students. 2) The advantage of the media platform is that it provides access to teaching and learning processes even during a pandemic; a pandemic is not an excuse not to study or not go to school. 3) The weakness of the media platform is monitoring the honesty of students in doing evaluations, following the process of teaching and learning activities cannot be controlled, and another weakness is the network which could be more stable.]]>

<![CDATA[Tourism has great potential to provide economic benefits to society, but can also cause environmental and social damage if not managed properly. Overcoming this requires implementing the concept of sustainable tourism. That is what Pawon Luwak Coffee Borobudur has done as an educational tourism-based coffee shop. Its existence has served as an example of an industry that provides coffee and shares knowledge by directly inviting people to see the process of making it. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach to explore in depth the process of managing a coffee shop based on educational tourism that has been implemented. The results and discussion in this research found that the educational tourism-based coffee shop management process has been implemented. Through detailed explanations by employees, they also act as tour guides to invite visitors to experience and gain knowledge about the process of making drinkable Luwak coffee. The management of the Pawon Luwak Coffee coffee shop based on educational tourism has the advantage of providing high quality Luwak coffee and providing a unique experience for visitors to see the process firsthand. Then the development of attractive educational programs requires improvements, such as collaborating with local communities in terms of production, environmentally friendly operations, employee skills development training, as well as evaluating sustainable practices that can be adopted. Managing a Luwak coffee shop based on sustainable educational tourism can provide economic benefits, promote environmental awareness, social networking, and become a positive example for the coffee industry as an alternative tourism in Indonesia. Based on the three pillars of sustainability, namely environmental, social and economic, it can be concluded that this coffee shop has become a positive example for the coffee industry as part of tourism in Indonesia.]]>

<![CDATA[The development of beach tourism has become an alternative for marine tourism. This research seeks to reveal this, as an added value based on the ecosystem of the coastal area of Karang Jahe Beach which has unique characteristics, biodiversity, human resources that have high productivity, the attractiveness of beautiful landscapes, and the availability of various services which are one of the main drivers of activities. Intensive development is being carried out at this tourist attraction. This research is descriptive qualitative with primary data sources coming from interviews with visitors and tourism managers. Apart from that, it is supported by observation results and documentation to crosscheck interview data. Secondary data sources come from scientific journals which can be accessed online. The data was analyzed using the 4A concept (Attractions, Accessibility, Amenities and Activities) to be used as an indicator that the object is worthy of being called sustainable tourism. The research results found evidence that supports the existence of the Karang Jahe Beach tourist attraction as part of sustainable tourism by fulfilling the supporting elements of attractions, accessibility, amenities and activities at the tourist attraction. The management of the Karang Jahe Beach tourist attraction deserves to be designated as marine ecotourism which is guided by the concept of sustainable tourism development. This can be seen from the community's participation in managing these tourist attractions while still paying attention to the natural ecosystem. Management is by developing tourism support facilities, natural beauty of beaches, and empowering management resources. In this way, tourism management has an economic impact while maintaining the natural ecosystem around the coast.]]>

<![CDATA[The public's main complaint about public services provided by government officials is that they often do not comply with established procedures, even though there are minimum service standards. This problem highlights the challenges in government implementation. This research discusses efforts to reconstruct government bureaucracy and public services in the context of moving towards Yogyakarta's privileges. This research method is normative juridical by exploring the legal norms that regulate the government sector and public services in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. Research involves identifying relevant legal sources, which include laws, government regulations, and constitutional documents which are then related to bureaucracy and public services. Next, an in-depth analysis of the content of these legal norms was carried out, with a focus on compliance and conformity with the concept of Yogyakarta exceptionalism. This research also carries out comparisons between various legal norms, looking for any inconsistencies that may exist. The research results revealed several key findings. First, it was found that several legal norms needed to be revised or updated to better support the unique vision of Yogyakarta, especially in relation to reform in the bureaucracy and improvements to public services. Second, this research builds a good basis for understanding potential conflicts or obstacles that may arise in the implementation of bureaucratic reconstruction and public services in Yogyakarta. Based on these findings, this research provides recommendations to the government and relevant stakeholders to take concrete steps to support efforts towards making Yogyakarta unique. These recommendations involve policy updates, increased coordination between government agencies, and improved communication with the public. This article makes an important contribution in the context of understanding law and policy related to the reconstruction of bureaucracy and public services in Yogyakarta, as well as its relevance to the vision of Yogyakarta's special features.]]>

<![CDATA[The aim of this research is to determine the extent to which hotels in Yogyakarta use modern technological devices for more profitable, effective and efficient hotel operations, and at the same time leading to smart tourism. The research was conducted between 2022. In this research, only 4 star hotels and 5 star hotels were selected in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The population of 4 star and 5 star hotels is 46 hotels. Using the standard method for determining the number of samples, the number of samples for this research has been calculated as 14 hotels consisting of 7 5 star hotels and 7 4 star hotels. Sampling for questionnaire data was carried out on guests staying at these 14 hotels. Using the Raosoft method, the sample size for this research was 214 respondents. It is assumed, that the use of technology has a positive influence on hotel services, but only as a way to make better services provided by employees (assuming that they are trained and motivated to use it) and that technology cannot and should not replace the human factor. From the results obtained, almost all hotels studied all use the latest technological devices and there is a strong correlation between convenience and usefulness and satisfaction in using technological devices in hotels. The results of the smartPLS bootstrapping analysis state that the alternative hypothesis is accepted or rejects the null hypothesis, in other words it can be stated that there is a significant relationship both individually and jointly between the ease and usefulness of using modern technology in hotels and guest satisfaction in using modern technology in hotels.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to explore and analyze the application of creative concepts at the 33rd Ilusman 3 Medan reunion event in 2023. This research method involves a qualitative approach with a descriptive approach. This research also involves analysis of documentation and direct observation of the reunion event that has been carried out. The results showed that the application of creative concepts in the 33rd Ilusman 3 Medan event in 2023 contributed positively to the diversity and creativity of the event. A more memorable and satisfying experience, with more dynamic visual aspects, content presentation, and reunion atmosphere. The application of creative concepts also strengthens the emotional and nostalgic bond of participants to the alma mater or alumni group of SMA Negeri 3 Medan, which is fully supported by live streaming on Youtube and Zoom Meetings. Thus the interaction between participants becomes more in-depth and active participation in creative activities takes place. In addition, creative concepts poured both offline or on the stage and online or into live streaming also create a positive impact on the image and identity of the reunion organizers, creating an impression of professionalism and innovation towards the response of modern dynamics that lead to the development of digital technology. By utilizing creative elements. The creative elements implemented have gone through the stages of the design process and neat infrastructure design. Thus the reunion event can be more dynamic, relevant, and able to create a unique and memorable experience for the participants. The results showed that using creative aspects visually can create an evocative atmosphere during the event. In addition, the creative aspects applied in live streaming can certainly increase the attractiveness of an event.]]>

<![CDATA[Candirejo Tourism Village is one of the villages that is well aware of its potential and packaged as one of the supporting attractions in the Borobudur Temple area. After its development as a tourist village, an analysis is needed to see the impacts caused by tourism activities, both positive and negative impacts. The impact of tourism requires some monitoring to protect the community's right to obtain welfare, as well as to ensure the long-term viability of tourism products. This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the development of the tourism sector in the Candirejo Tourism Village with economic, socio-cultural, environmental aspects and its impact on the local community. This research uses a descriptive qualitative research method using an depth interview method and is supported through various related literature sources. The purposive sampling technique was used to determine respondents or sources, namely the management of the Candirejo Tourism Village Cooperative, which plays a role in tourism development in Candirejo Tourism Village. The results of the research and discussion show that the life of the Candirejo tourism village community has improved economically, has increased social interaction with tourists or visitors, and the natural environment is still maintained, because of high public awareness supported by the behaviour of tourists who are aware of environmental cleanliness. The conclusion of this research is that tourism activities that take place in Candirejo tourism village provide more positive developments in the aspects of the socio-cultural life of the community, economic improvement, and environmental sustainability.]]>
