Abstract

Abstrak Tulisan ini menyajikan hasil penelitian tentang peran imam kampung, ustaz, tokoh agama dan tokoh desa dalam membangun kedamaian, keharmonisan dan persaudaraan beda agama di Karave. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif untuk melihat persaudaraan beda agama yang erat di desa tersebut. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa kedamaian, keharmonisan dan persaudaraan beda agama terjalin erat disebabkan peran tokoh agama yang bekerja sama dengan tokoh kampung/desa sebagai juru damai jika terjadi perselisihan di tengah-tengah masyarakat. Tokoh agama dan desa juga berperan sebagai konsolidator dalam merawat desa. Serta Tokoh agama dan desa juga berperan sebagai cultural broker. Kata Kunci: Damai; Harmoni; Persaudaraan; Multi-agama Abstract This paper presents the results of research on the role of village priests, ustaz, religious leaders and village leaders in building peace, harmony and brotherhood of different religions in Karave. This study uses a qualitative method to see the close interfaith brotherhood in the village. The results of the study found that peace, harmony and brotherhood of different religions were closely intertwined due to the role of religious leaders who cooperated with village/village leaders as peacemakers in the event of a dispute in the community. Religious and village leaders also act as consolidators in caring for the village. And religious and village leaders also act as cultural brokers. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe imre Lakatos' analysis of the concept of The Methodology Scientific Research Program which contributes to the contextualization of contemporary knowledge and passes down the tradition of research to Islamic science. In philosophical discourse, knowledge is the consciousness of man in search of an objective truth. This research is a library research with a philosophical approach. The conclusions in this study explain that in imre lakatos thinking science is a series of interrelated theories that in its development always have a continuous character (continuity) The prototype of the Lakatos Research Program is an engineering program to obtain science consisting of negative heuristics and positive heuristics and the research program initiated by Lakatos is a formulation of the procession of scientific discoveries, so it is hoped that the practice can be followed.

Abstract

This paper examines the leadership of the Prophet Muhammad SAW. in his success in building Islamic civilization which is analyzed using smart leadership theory, namely leadership theory that uses intelligence (IQ), emotional intelligence (EQ) and spiritual intelligence (SQ) in his leadership. This research uses a literature research method or library research, namely research that prioritizes theoretical and philosophical data processing over empirical in the field. The data sources in this study are books, journal articles, and other sources that support this study. This research concludes that the success of Prophet Muhammad SAW in building Islamic civilization and even he was named a very influential figure with the number 1 order in the world is certainly greatly influenced by the various intelligences he has and optimizes. This shows that from the various intelligences and abilities of the Prophet that the author analyzed have met 3 indicators of smart leadership theory, namely intelligence intelligence (IQ), emotional intelligence (EQ) and spiritual intelligence (SQ).

Abstract

Hadith codification is an umbrella for understanding the beginning of the book of the Prophet's hadith. and this is of course urgent in it is to talk about history. Because it itself is departing from past, present and future events. History gives its own meaning in codifying the hadith of the Prophet Muhammad. because in this event it is not necessarily recorded in a book of hadith. But through a process that departs from the pre-codification of the hadith. One of the pre-codifications is how the hadith of the Prophet saw is recorded and written in the form of sahifah. In the codification of the hadith, there are three important main figures who can serve as aspirations in developing and maintaining the hadith of the Prophet Muhammad. ulumul hadith. Because with the codification of the hadith, the history of the prophet's hadith can be understood objectively. Therefore, understanding the hadith of the Prophet saw should not only look at it from one point of view. Because it will create a subjective understanding and will give rise to a conflict that will end with a hatred, so that fellow Muslims themselves have quarrels that can be prolonged. Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ketidakfungsian (Disfungsi) nilai Maqhasid Syariah dalam fenomena perceraian di masa pandemi karena alas an Ekonomi. Penelitian ini menggunakan studi pustaka dan melalui pendekatan normative teologis. Selanjutnya penelitian ini akan dianalisis menggunakan teori Maqhasid Syariah yang dikonsepkan oleh Jasser Auda. Hasil penelitian menunujukan adanya factor sehingga pemenuhan keluarga saat pandemi tidak mencukupi diantaranya kurangnya pendapatan suami dalam bekerja serta Kurangnya kerjasama antara suami istri dalam pemenuhan ekonomi keluarga. Temuan penelitian selanjunya menunjukan bahwa Nilai Maqhasid Syariah tidak berfungsi dengan baik dalam melihat problematika perceraian di Masa Pandemi dengan Alasan Ekonomi. Pertama minimnya pengetahuan ajaran Islam sebagai Implementasi nilai hifz din dan implementasi sikap tawakal serta Keimanan sebagai Perwujudan Nilai Hifz ‘aql. Kedua kurangnya rasa kasih sayang antar suami istri sebagai perwujudan nilai Hifz Nafs. Ketiga ketidakbermanfaatan Jasmani raga untuk bekerja sebagai perwujudan nilai hifz nasl. Keempat Ketidakpahaman Dalam Pengelolaan harta sebagai nilai Hifz maal. Kata Kunci: Disfungsi, Maqhasid Syari’ah, Perceraian, Pandemi Covid-19 Abstrack This study aims to determine the malfunction (dysfunction) of the Value of Maqhasid Syariah in the phenomenon of divorce during a pandemic due to economic foundations. This research uses literature studies and through a theological normative approach. Furthermore, this research will be analyzed using the Maqhasid Sharia theory conceptualized by Jasser Auda. The results of the study suggest that there are factors so that family fulfillment during a pandemic is insufficient, including the lack of income for husbands at work and the lack of cooperation between husbands and wives in fulfilling the family economy. First, the lack of knowledge of Islamic teachings as the implementation of the hifz din value and the implementation of the tawakal attitude and faith as the Embodiment of the Hifz 'aql Value. Secondly the lack of affection between husbands and wives as an embodiment of the value of Hifz Nafs. Thirdly the physical uselessness of the body to work as the embodiment of the value of hifz nasl. Abstract

Islam is a religion that has complex dimensions. It can be seen and understood from various points of view, phenomena, and also scientific disciplines. The study of Islam is not only related to issues of divinity or faith, but also includes the history of Islamic culture. If Islam is viewed from a normative perspective, Islam is a religion that can apply to the analytical and critical scientific paradigm. Meanwhile, if viewed from a historical perspective, Islam can be said to be a scientific discipline, because it is practiced by humans and grows and develops in human life, so that it can be called an Islamic science, where the scope of the discussion also looks at the social system and cultural phenomena. The purpose of this study is to find out and explain the meaning of the history of Islamic studies and the relationship between normativity and the history of Islamic studies. The research method is categorized in the type of library or literature study research, whether in the form of books, journals, and previous studies. So history or history is a science in which various events are discussed by taking into account the elements of place, time, object, background, and the actors of the event. Thus, normative and historical are closely related and cannot be separated because normative contains issues of divinity while historical contains historical values originating from the Qur'an and hadith.

Abstract

The current phenomenon of sexual violence cannot be denied giving special attention in various sectors. Cases of sexual violence that often occur in the West Papua region itself has become a concern for the community. Family resilience is certainly very important to be implemented and considered as an effort to prevent and protect sexual violence against women and children. The purpose of this article is to find out the form of family resilience as a preventive and protection effort from acts of sexual violence in the Papua region. The research methodology used is descriptive qualitative method. The results showed that there were three forms of family resilience, namely physical resilience, social and religious resilience, and psychological resilience. Papua is known for its traditional religion and culture. In solving every problem, it is also inseparable from the involvement of customary rules, so there is a need for views and strategies for family resilience that are related to the customary rules themselves. Therefore, the 3 components described by the researcher in this article are considered important as a form of family resilience, so as to prevent and protect families, especially women and children, from sexual violence

Abstract

Di Indonesia, terdapat beberapa pola atau bentuk pemikiran Islam dalam membumikan Islam. Pandangan ini berkembang dari pra kemerdekaan hingga pasca kemerdekaan hingga masa reformasi. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dinamika Islam kontemporer. Metode penulisan artikel ini adalah studi literatur dengan mencari literatur di buku, artikel dan jurnal ilmiah. Hasil dari kajian ini adalah dinamika Islam kontemporer yang terdiri dari Islam kultural, Islam struktural dan Islam pascatradisional. Islam struktural dan Islam kultural merupakan dua pandangan Islam yang ada di Indonesia dimana jika Islam struktural dikaitkan dengan relasi Islam yang berkaitan dengan urusan politik maka berorientasi pada kekuatan Islam kultural, yaitu pandangan Islam yang berorientasi pada budaya masyarakat. , tidak fokus pada kekuasaan, berdakwah langsung kepada rakyat. masyarakat yang lebih menggambarkan karakter dan pola pemahaman yang sebenarnya. Islam struktural dan Islam kultural masing-masing memiliki tujuan mulia yaitu membumikan nilai-nilai Islam, berupa hukum dengan Islam politiknya dan berupa pemahaman langsung masyarakat awam dengan Islam kulturalnya. Post-tradisionalisme adalah gerakan lompat tradisi, yaitu upaya memperbaharui tradisi secara terus menerus dalam konteks dialog dengan modernitas sehingga menghasilkan tradisi baru yang sama sekali berbeda dengan tradisi sebelumnya. Esensi post-tradisionalisme adalah mentransformasikan dan merevitalisasi tradisi tetapi tidak meninggalkan tradisi. Dengan demikian, dalam post-tradisionalisme terdapat nilai-nilai kesinambungan dan perubahan.

Abstract

Prophet Muhammad SAW is a great figure who initiated Islamic civilization in the world. His role as a religious and state leader has drawn admiration from various circles, including non-Muslims. Historical records prove his expertise in building civilization in Mecca, Medina and the surrounding areas to become civilized areas around the VI and VII centuries AD. In this case, much has been discussed about the civilization of the Arabian Peninsula during the time of the Prophet Muhammad SAW. However, related to the condition of Indonesia at that time there was still not much to discuss about it. This paper will specifically discuss the conditions of pre-Islamic Indonesia and the entry of Islam in Indonesia. Through qualitative methods with a historical approach it was found that the Islamic understanding of the archipelago had been formed through the traditions and beliefs of the Javanese people long before Islam came to the archipelago. In addition, the emergence of Nusantara civilization cannot be separated from the influence of Indian culture. The arrival of these Indian merchants brought changes to the belief system, introduced scripts and spearheaded the growth of Hindu-Buddhist-style royal institutions in the archipelago.
