Transient ischemic attack (TIA) does not cause permanent brain damage. a transient stroke occurs quickly / briefly within minutes or hours. At this stage, transient ischemic attack (TIA) will mostly attack adults between the ages of 20-45 years. To overcome the Transient ischemic attack (TIA) stroke at the Trianda General Hospital, currently, there are still several obstacles that hinder patients, including because some people do not care about their health, lack of public knowledge about Transient ischemic attack (TIA) stroke, lack of medical personnel. at the Trianda General Hospital, as well as the limited working hours of doctors. The expert system is a doctor substitute system. With the existence of an expert system, it is hoped that it will support patients to directly identify the symptoms of stroke that are felt and know the disease they are suffering from. The existence of this expert system does not mean replacing or eliminating the position of an expert or doctor who is an expert in a particular field, especially in the field of neurological diseases at the Trianda General Hospital, but this expert system will greatly support the role of doctors to diagnose diseases in carrying out further examinations so as to facilitate and speed up the performance of doctors at Trianda General Hospital in diagnosing early mild stroke or Transient ischemic attack (TIA) using a dempster shafer.

Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dikaitkan dengan pentingnya proses pengambilan keputusan. Saat ini banyak developer yang menawarkan berbagai kriteria perumahan mulai dari harga, lokasi, desain, maupun cara pembayaran. Sehingga konsumen harus lebih selektif dalam memilih perumahan yang diinginkan. Oleh karena itu, Sistem pendukung keputusan dibangun untuk membantu orang dalam menentukan pilihan. Terdapat berbagai faktor yang harus dipertimbangkan dalam memilih perumahan diantaranya, harga, luas tanah, DP, lokasi, dan fasilitas. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process). Metode digunakan untuk menentukan perbandingan antar kriteria dan antar alternatif sesuai dengan pilihan pembuat keputusan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa urutan perumahan yang disarankan adalah Perumahan Taman Bunga Wisata dngan bobot akhir 0.30144, Perumahan Taman Rampah indah dengan bobot akhir 0.27617, Perumahan Graha Sergai Indah dengan bobot akhir 0.23899 dan Perumahan Villa Sentosa dengan bobot akhir 0.1836.

Seiring dengan kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi khususnya dalam bidang kedokteran akan menghasilkan peralatan medis yang akan semakin canggih dalam menangani penyakit atau melakukan deteksi lebih dini penyakit agar lebih cepat mendapat penanganan. Implementasi metode Certainty Factor pada sistem pakar ini digunakan untuk menghasilkan tingkat kepercayaan dalam diagnosis penyakit. Adapun analisa data penyakit mata pada manusia menggunakan dua data penyakit yaitu Glaucoma dan Katarak, serta memiliki 13 Gejala yang timbul. Sistem pakar diuji melalui 2 tahap pengujian yaitu pengujian pada admin dan pengujian pada pengguna (user). Pada pengujian admin, fungsi sistem berjalan sesuai yang diharapkan. Pada uji pengguna, responden memberikan kriteria persentase yang baik dengan nilai keyakinan mencapai 88,02% jika dikategorikan pada nilai keyakinan mendapatkan nilai yang “yakin”. Dari hasil penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa sistem mampu memberikan nilai kepercayaan dalam mendiagnosis penyakit mata pada manusia berdasarkan gejala.

The development of technology makes human work easier and more effective. Technology has penetrated almost every field, both in everyday life and in the field of human work. The role of technology in various aspects of activities can be understood because technology can facilitate the resolution of a problem by using a computer system, especially using a decision support system. Technological developments have entered institutions such as the Sultan Sulaiman hospital institution. The existence of technology at Sultan Sulaiman Hospital can assist the hospital in making decisions based on existing data. This study discusses the determination of the promotion of employees at the hospital. Sultan Sulaiman with Profile Matching Method. In this study, 10 samples of honorary employees at the Sultan Sulaiman Hospital were used to be used as candidates for promotion. The data used consists of Full Name Using Title, Gender, Place, Date of Birth, and Job Description. This system is built using the scripting language PHP and MYSQL as the database. Based on the calculation results, it can be concluded that the names of the employees who will be promoted to the position of the medical team leader are Arbaiyah, Amd.Ft (A2) with a score of 8.87778 who is ranked 1st and Citra Dewi Nasution, Amd (A7) with a score of 8.86 which ranked 2. The level of accuracy of the profile matching method is quite high. The program that is built is dynamic.

The papaya plant is one of the plantation crops that is very important because it is a source of vitamins, which help in strengthening the immune system which can help prevent infection. In cultivating these plants, several problems often occur, such as diseases in papaya plants where when they are attacked by disease and in the absence of treatment, farmers will experience losses, both crop yields, and plant quality will decrease. Based on this, a tool in the form of an expert system is needed in order to diagnose papaya plant diseases. The Dempster Shafer method is the method used in this study, which can process data by providing evidence-based on the density value. This study manages 5 types of diseases and 13. The results show that this research can be used as a tool in diagnosing papaya plant diseases so that it is expected to help farmers in handling diseases that attack papaya plants quickly and precisely and can increase profits from crop yields.

Sistem Informasi Keuangan Desa atau disingkat dengan SISKEUDES berisi tentang rencana semua data keuangan desa, laporan uang masuk, uang keluar, dan kegunaanya. Saat ini, proses input dan pengolahan data rincian kegiatan SISKEUDES di kantor DISKOMINFOSAN Aceh Tamiang masih manual dan memakan waktu cukup banyak. Selain itu, bisa saja terjadi kesalahan saat melakukan pengolahan data secara manual. Oleh karena itu, sebuah aplikasi sistem informasi dibuat untuk mengatasi masalah ini. Perancangan sistem menggunakan DFD (Data Flow Diagram) serta menggunakan bahasa pemograman yaitu PHP. Sistem ini dikembangkan agar mempermudah pegawai akuntasi dikantor Kominfo untuk mencatat keuangan.

Technological advances that are growing rapidly are very beneficial for humans in completing their work. The high cost of consulting and checking teeth or mouth makes residents reluctant to go to the doctor. Expert systems are also widely used by humans in the medical field, especially in this research. In order to facilitate the consultation, a system is needed that can predict the dental and oral diseases that he is suffering from without having to go to the doctor to consult the disease. An expert system is a system for human-to-computer knowledge, so that computers can solve problems such as those that are usually tried by experts. Experts defined here are people who have special abilities who can solve problems that ordinary people cannot solve. Research on dental and oral disease expert systems for the manufacture of this expert system used the Naive Bayes method. The decision to diagnose dental and oral disease is carried out through a consultation process between the system and the user, if the answers are entered according to applicable regulations, then the system will share the results of the diagnosis of dental and oral diseases that he suffers from. We recommend that the procedures for collecting data in conducting this research are: interviews and literature review. In making this expert system with the Naive Bayes method, it is hoped that it can help residents to identify diseases, or provide solutions to problems with their teeth and mouth without having to go to the doctor first.

The SP2D data collection information system at the Lhokseumawe City DPKAD Office will store all file criteria submitted by each SKPD into the database. This information system will replace the position of a book that used to be an important part of the Treasury, especially the DPKAD Office Salary because SP2D data collection in this field is still using the Manual System. Given the many problems that often arise in this case, then with the system designed, it is hoped that all problems can be overcome. The form of the problem that exists is the loss of a book that stores all files that have been recorded by employees of the Salary treasury department when processing the disbursement of Lhokseumawe city funds. From the various forms of problems that occur, therefore the application of this system is very much needed in the Salary treasury environment. This information system is capable of storing, editing, and deleting data from various files submitted by the SKPD without having to process it manually. So that this information system can help reduce the workload in the Salary treasury field and increase the efficiency of employee performance.

Advances in technology are developing very rapidly, and are widely applied in various fields. One of them is in the health sector. As a source of information on various diseases among pregnancy diseases. One of the problems faced by pregnant women during pregnancy is the lack of information about the health of pregnant women. Based on the case study applied to this study, the results show how the process of calculating the probability value of the initial symptoms to the probability of the final symptoms based on the selected symptoms, so it can be concluded that the highest probability of disease is Pre-Eclampsia with a value of 66.6%. And with system that has been built using Visual Basic Studio 2010 and the Ms. Access database, the system can help experts and pregnant women in diagnosing pregnancy disorders.

Perkembangan teknologi yang sangat pesat dan telah menghasilkan inovasi-inovasi terkini yang harus diimbangi dengan kemampuan yang mumpuni dan dapat beradaptasi dengan teknologi tersebut. Sistem pendukung keputusan merupakan salah satu bidang yang berkembang terutama dalam membantu pengambilan keputusan. Sistem yang dimaksud adalah perangkat komputer terintegrasi yang memungkinkan untuk berinteraksi menggunakan antarmuka yang ada pada komputer. Penerimaan Rewards dilakukan setahun sekali, dan biasanya karyawan yang menerima reward (bonus) mendapatkan reward di bulan Desember, namun masalah sering muncul, untuk mengetahui karyawan yang bekerja dengan tekun, giat, dan bertanggung jawab atas pekerjaannya agar mendapatkan reward (bonus) yang diperoleh di perusahaan. Sistem pendukung keputusan ini dibuat dengan menerapkan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) untuk melihat hasil dalam menentukan penerimaan reward (bonus).
