Abstract

The desire for a new business line to increase new income is one of the goals of conventional banks opening Islamic business units (UUS) or Islamic Commercial Banks (BUS). This goal will be achieved if the transfer of knowledge (marketing knowledge, technological knowledge and experience) and commitment to increasing resources (human resources, capital, infrastructure) from the parent company to the subsidiary companies goes well. In fact, the market share of Islamic banking is still very small compared to the conventional industry, only recorded at 7.09% and there is a large discrepancy in the performance of Islamic Business Units and Islamic Commercial Banks compared to the performance of their parent companies. The author is interested in conducting this research, with the consideration that Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) is the largest Islamic bank and Bank Mandiri as the holding company and controlling shareholder. The author wants to know how the performance comparison of both. Supposedly if shareholder commitment is high to its subsidiaries, then total assets, equity, net income and financial performance ratios in this case CAR, NPL, NIM, ROA, BOPO and LDR are not much different. The sample data is the financial performance of BSI and Bank Mandiri as of Quarter I 2021 to Quarter IV 2022. The columnogorov-smirnov test is used to test data normality and independent sample t-test to test hypotheses, with the SPSS 25 program. As a result, there is no simultaneous significant differences between BSI and Bank Mandiri in CAR, NPL, NIM, ROA, BOPO and LDR or all financial performance indicators, but partially there are significant differences for all of these financial performance indicators

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memastikan bagaimana harga saham dipengaruhi oleh profitabilitas (ROE) dan solvabilitas (DER). Untuk melakukan ini, nilai perusahaan digunakan sebagai variabel mediasi. Dari tahun 2018 hingga 2022, studi ini melihat 46 perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia.Sampling purposive digunakan untuk pengambilan sampel, dan empat belas perusahaan dipilih berdasarkan kriteria khusus. Data kuantitatif dari data sekunder merupakan jenis data yang digunakan Prosedur dokumentasi digunakan dalam pengumpulan data. Analisis jalur dengan metode analisis 2 arah merupakan metodologi analisis data yang digunakan karena menghubungkan dua Profitabilitas (ROE) dan Solvabilitas (DER) adalah faktor berbeda yang mempengaruhi nilai saham.merupakan variabel dependen. SEM-PLS 4 digunakan untuk manajemen data dalam investigasi ini (1) Profitabilitas (ROE) memengaruhi nilai perusahaan secara signifikan dan positif, dan (2) Solvabilitas (DER) memengaruhi nilai perusahaan secara tidak signifikan dan positif. (3) Profitabilitas (ROE) berdampak positif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham, (4) Solavilitas (DER) berdampak positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap harga saham, dengan (5) Nilai perusahaan berdampak positif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham. (6) Dengan memediasi nilai perusahaan, profitabilitas (ROE) berdampak positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap harga saham. (7) Solvabilitas (DER) mempengaruhi harga saham secara tidak signifikan dan negatif.

Abstract

In the current technological era, humans need travel services that are easy to get to help with daily activities, such as online transportation. Service companies are now competing with each other to create online- based transportation applications. One of the popular online transportation applications in Indonesia is Gojek. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of work flexibility on online driver performance mediated by job satisfaction at PT. Gojek Indonesia The population used in this study were Gojek drivers in the JABODETABEK area. The type of research used in this study was quantitative research. The data source used is primary data both from the results of questionnaires and survey data or journals. The sampling technique used the Hair et al 2010 formula, and the sampling in this study was carried out by distributing questionnaires with a total sample of 77 respondents. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using SMART PLS version 3.0. Based on the findings of this study, it will help companies improve the performance of drivers that there is a study of work flexibility when it is more seriously carried out, this is the fruit of an effort to apply drivers to be able to manage their work time so that they can manage their own work so that work time is not disturbed others and feel satisfied with their work and it will all make their performance increase

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja disiplin serta kepemimpinan pada kinerja karyawan PT Tiga putra Plasindo Bengkulu. Populasi penelitian terdiri dari 36 karyawan Besar sampel penelitian adalah 36 pekerja. Strategi pengambilan sampel digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu pengambilan sampel lengkap Pendekatan analisis penelitian ini kuantitatif, dengan alat analisis regresi linier berganda korelasi berganda determinasi uji t serta uji F memanfaatkan software IBM SPSS 21 temuan studi (1) lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja,(2 ) disiplin berpengaruh terhadap kinerja serta, (3) kepemimpinan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja , (4) lingkungan kerja yang sama disiplin kerja dan kepemimpinan semuanya berdampak pada kinerja staf PT Tiga putra Plasindo Bengkulu

Abstract

Currently, PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk (BSI) has succeeded in becoming the 6th largest bank in Indonesia, passing PT Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk (BNGA), which is a conventional bank. Based on the financial reports up to the fourth quarter of 2022, Bank Syariah Indonesia posted a significant increase in assets from the previous Rp. 265.28 trillion to Rp. 305.72 trillion, which means it has overtaken CIMB Niaga., which recorded assets of Rp. 306.75 trillion until the quarter IV 2022. However, it turns out that Bank CIMB Niaga in the 1st quarter of 2023 has regained this position and is above the BSI, and this position is expected to change one after the other. This is interesting because it is related to BSI's vision of becoming a world-class Islamic bank, which will shift the position of conventional banks which have always been above Islamic banks. The purpose of this research is to compare the financial performance of the two banks to their level of profit (ROA). The sample data is the financial performance of BSI and Bank CIMB Niaga for the first quarter of 2021 to the first quarter of 2023. The data is taken from the first quarter of 2018 - the fourth quarter of 2021. Capital Adequency Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Loan (NPL), Net Interest Margin (NIM), Operating Costs/Income (BOPO) and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) are independent variables and the level of profit earned is represented by Return On Assets (ROA) as the dependent variable. The statistical test is the normality test, multicollinearity, Multiple Linear Regression , determinants, t test (t-test) and F test (F-test) with a significance of 0.05. The result is that simultaneously all financial performance indicators (CAR, NPL, NIM, BOPO, LDR) on BSI and Bank CIMB Niaga have a significant influence significant. However, partially, there is no significant effect of all the financial performance on the level of profit (ROA) of the two banks

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kualitas audit perusahaan pasca Covid-19 dengan menggunakan studi literatur. Peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan mengumpulkan data dari berbagai sumber seperti jurnal, buku, dan publikasi lainnya terkait dengan kualitas audit perusahaan pasca Covid-19. Penelitian ini fokus pada dampak pandemi Covid-19 terhadap kualitas audit perusahaan, termasuk dalam hal biaya audit, penilaian going concern, dan prosedur audit. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pandemi Covid-19 memberikan dampak yang signifikan pada kualitas audit perusahaan. Salah satu dampaknya adalah penurunan biaya audit karena adanya penyesuaian prosedur audit yang dilakukan secara daring. Selain itu, penilaian going concern juga menjadi lebih kompleks karena adanya ketidakpastian ekonomi yang disebabkan oleh pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pandemi Covid-19 berdampak pada kualitas audit perusahaan, dan perusahaan perlu melakukan penyesuaian dalam proses audit mereka. Oleh karena itu, auditor perlu mempertimbangkan risiko yang terkait dengan pandemi Covid-19 dalam melakukan proses audit dan menggunakan teknologi yang relevan untuk mendukung proses audit. Selain itu, perusahaan perlu mengikuti standar audit yang relevan untuk memastikan kualitas audit yang optimal.

Abstract

ABSTRAKTujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk membuktikan secara empiris pengaruh Ukuran Perusahaan, Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), dan Return on Assets (ROA) terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sektor energy teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Metode analisis data menggunakan analasis regresi data panel. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh negatif terhadap nilai perusahaan, Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan dan Return on Assets (ROA) tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan.ABSTRACTThe aim of this study is to empirically prove the effect of firm size, Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Return on Assets (ROA) on firm value. The population in this study uses the energy sector sampling technique using purposive sampling. Methods of data analysis using panel data regression analysis. The results of this study prove that company size has a negative effect on firm value, Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) does not affect firm value and Return on Assets (ROA) does not affect firm value.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh youtube (X1) facebook (X2) serta instagram (X3) pada minat berkunjung wisatawan (Y), di Benteng Marlborough. Dengan metode menggunakan skala Likert dengan membagikan kuisioner kepada responden. penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif.Populasi  diambil penelitian ialah wisatawan berkunjung ke objek wisata  telah ditentukan yaitu Benteng Marlborough. Data  diperoleh pada penelitian dibuat menggunakan software SPSS19.Analisis  digunakan penelitian ini ialah analisis regresi berganda Hasil Penelitian menunjukan: (1)Youtube (X1) Mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap wisatawan berkunjung (Y). (2) Facebook (X2) Mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap wisatawan berkunjung (Y). (3) Instagram (X3) Mempunyai pengaruh secara simultan terhadap wisatawan berkunjung (Y)di Benteng Marlborough. (4) Youtube, facebook dan instagram berpengaruh secara simultan.

Abstract

Efforts to achieve job satisfaction and culture and work engagement are very important for both individuals and organizations, where this is an organizational form factor within the company, if it is not in line with contributing well to the company, it will have a negative impact and vice versa, this shows a lack of appreciation from superiors in the company for employees, this causes job satisfaction to decrease. However, research to realize this satisfaction is very strongly influenced by the behavior of his superiors. And it has been proven that honest superiors who dare to show influencing behavior towards current employees are able to increase employee satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an influence of organizational culture on job satisfaction mediated by employee engagement. Research Object at PT. S A. This research was conducted using quantitative methods with SEM Smart PLS software as analysis. The number of samples obtained by sampling technique by random sampling using the slovin formula amounted to 74 respondents. Data collection was carried out using a Google form in filling out online surveys. The data analysis method used is the R-square test, Bootstrapping, Path Coefficient, and Specific indirect effects. The results of this study indicate that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Organizational culture has a positive and significant influence on engagement. Employee engagement is able to provide a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction. job satisfaction on employees.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of lifestyle, brand awareness, and The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of lifestyle, brand awareness, and product quality on consumer repurchase intentions for bottled water products with the Le Minerale brand, and to evaluate the quality of experience as a moderating variable used to weaken or strengthen it. The research method used is a quantitative method in which the object of this research is the people who consume Le Minerale brand mineral water products in the Bekasi Regency area. The size of the respondents taken was purposive sampling, so conditionally it indicated that the required respondent is 70 samples. The data collected was processed using a linear regression test technique, namely the SmartPLS 3.0 application. The conclusions resulting from this study: 1) Le Minerale brand mineral water customers who make purchases feel in accordance with the behavior and a healthy consumptive lifestyle so that they can encourage consumers to do repurchase intention 2) Brand awareness can encourage customer repurchase intentions, because the deeper the customer recognizing Le Minerale Brand Minerale brand mineral waterproducts, the higher the motivation for consumer interest to carry out repurchase intention activities 3) Le Minerale brand mineral water products are guaranteed benefits and freshness, to encourage customer interest to do repurchase intentions 4) Experience quality has role as a predictor moderating variable, so that it cannot moderate lifestyle towards repurchase intention of Le Minerale branded mineral water 5) Quality of experience is able to moderate brand awareness towards repurchase intention of Le Minerale branded drinking water products 6) Quality of experience has a role as a moderating predictor, so the impact on product quality towards repurchase intention cannot be considered.
