Abstract

In designing a company, one of the most crucial aspects to consider is the increasing utilization of Renewable Energy, particularly Solar Energy, as a substitute for conventional electricity. Based on this aspect, the author aims to determine the extent of the business opportunity for the proposed company. The growth of Renewable Energy usage in Indonesia has reached 147.02% in terms of Solar Energy adoption, with the implementation and utilization of Solar Power Plants (PLTS) increasing by 200% during the period of 2020–2024. This study aims to analyze the investment feasibility and business planning projection for a new company, PT. Panel Surya Gama Infinity. The analysis is conducted based on several key aspects, including: industry and competitor analysis using the PESTEL method (Political, Economic, Social, Technological, Environment, and Legal), market and marketing analysis, development of organizational structure and human resources, operational planning, and financial feasibility analysis. Financial projections are analyzed for the period 2025 to 2029 through income statements, changes in equity, balance sheets, and cash flow reports. The results show a Payback Period of 1.81 years, a Break Even Point (BEP) of Rp 8.37 billion, a Contribution Margin of 59.6%, and a Return on Investment (ROI) of 47.11% in the second year. Abstract

The production process in the manufacturing industry still uses human resources in working, there are manual handling conditions that can cause fatigue in workers. A worker's fatigue can affect the worker's attitude, where workers move in an unergonomic manner, such as working with the wrong body posture. As in the production in the plastic cutting machine manufacturing industry where the operator's long work posture activities such as standing, squatting, bending and doing repetitive movements can cause fatigue, discomfort, and pain in the limbs so that it is necessary to analyze the work posture to reduce the risk of musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) by using ergonomic analysis, namely the Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA) method and the Nordic Body Map questionnaire. The results of the RULA assessment of operators showed a high level of risk, the assessment of grinding machine operators, lathe operators, milling machine operators, and welding operators showed action level 3, and the assessment of painting operators showed action level 4. Suggestions for improvement were made by changing the operator's body posture when working, such as grinding machine operators, milling machine operators, welding operators, and assembly operators obtaining action level 2 and the proposed body posture of lathe operators and painting operators obtaining action level 1.Keywords: Ergonomics, Posture, Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs), Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA), Nordic Body Map

Abstract

Lion Group is one of the largest airlines in Southeast Asia and even in the world. Lion Air Group itself has six airlines, including Lion Air Indonesia, Lion Air Thailand, Batik Air Indonesia, Batik Air Malaysia, Super Air Jet, and Wings Air. With such a large fleet, Lion Air Group must also maintain its aircraft to ensure they are airworthy and can support its operations. Approximately 360-400 aircraft undergo routine maintenance, both scheduled and unscheduled. For unscheduled maintenance, Lion Group faces challenges related to the delivery and storage of spare parts, especially for aircraft categorized as AOG (Aircraft On Ground), where the handling process requires high speed and accuracy to meet safety standards and provide passenger service within a short timeframe. Warehouses for AOG spare parts are very limited and are still mixed with general warehouses. Considering that the criteria for warehouses in the aircraft maintenance process are quite strict, a special study is needed to determine them.
