Abstract

The development of the digital entrepreneurial environment has driven significant changes in business interaction patterns, making them increasingly connected, dynamic, and geographically unbounded. This situation opens up broader opportunities for small and medium-sized businesses to expand their market reach, but also introduces new complexities in facing increasingly open competition. On the other hand, business actors' ability to respond to these changes still shows significant variation, particularly in terms of technology utilization, access to information, and adaptive strategic management. This study aims to examine the relationship between the dynamics of the digital entrepreneurial environment and market expansion strategies and their implications for strengthening business actors' competitiveness. This study uses a qualitative approach, utilizing various relevant secondary data sources for in-depth analysis. The results indicate that the intensity of connectivity and network utilization in the digital environment play a crucial role in opening access to broader market opportunities. Success in market expansion is strongly influenced by business actors' ability to develop flexible, integrated, and responsive strategies to change. Furthermore, strengthening competitiveness is determined by the ability to integrate various strategic elements, including internal resource management, exploiting external opportunities, and adapting to evolving environmental dynamics.

Abstract

The increase in financing distribution in Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia is not always consistently followed by an increase in profitability. This phenomenon indicates a discrepancy with the financial intermediation theory. In addition, fluctuations in inflation as a macroeconomic factor may also influence this study examines the relationship between financing activities and the profitability of Islamic banks. Its main objective is to investigate the effects of Murabahah, Musyarakah, and Ijarah financing on the profitability of Islamic commercial banks, while also assessing the moderating role of inflation during the 2020–2024 period. The research employs a quantitative correlational design, utilizing monthly panel data obtained from the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Bank Indonesia (BI). A saturated sampling approach is used, encompassing all Islamic commercial banks as the study sample. Data analysis is conducted through panel data regression using EViews software, with the moderating influence of inflation evaluated via Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results indicate that Murabahah and Musyarakah financing have a significant effect on the profitability of Islamic commercial banks, whereas Ijarah financing does not demonstrate a significant impact. Furthermore, controlled inflation enhances the effect of Murabahah financing on profitability, while uncontrolled inflation diminishes the influence of Musyarakah financing and does not moderate the relationship between Ijarah financing and profitability. These findings highlight that the effectiveness of Islamic financing in improving and profitability. These results suggest that the effectiveness of Islamic financing in enhancing bank profitability is affected by the state of inflation, whether it is stable or unstable. Consequently, Islamic banks are encouraged to optimize their financing portfolio strategies and reinforce risk management practices in order to better respond to changing economic conditions.

Abstract

Policy paper ini menganalisis kualitas dokumen Rencana Pengembangan Kompetensi Sumber Daya Manusia atau Human Capital Development Plan (HCDP) pada Pemerintah Kabupaten Indramayu. Pengembangan kompetensi Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) merupakan kewajiban yang mendukung sistem pembelajaran berkelanjutan dan manajemen talenta nasional terintegrasi. Oleh karena itu, dokumen rencana pengembangan kompetensi yang berkualitas dan berbasis jabatan sangat diperlukan agar program pelatihan sesuai dengan kebutuhan organisasi dan peningkatan kinerja ASN. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan metode USG (Urgency, Seriousness, Growth) dan menemukan permasalahan utama berupa ketidakvalidan data kesenjangan kompetensi (gap kompetensi). Selanjutnya, analisis akar masalah dengan metode 5 Whys menunjukkan bahwa kondisi tersebut disebabkan belum adanya atau belum terisinya jabatan fungsional analis pengembangan kompetensi. Akibatnya, kapasitas sumber daya manusia penyusun dokumen menjadi kurang optimal. Policy paper ini mengevaluasi empat alternatif kebijakan menggunakan kriteria Eugene Bardach dan William N. Dunn, yaitu pembentukan jabatan fungsional analis pengembangan kompetensi, penyusunan Peraturan Bupati, peningkatan kompetensi SDM melalui pelatihan, serta kolaborasi dengan instansi pembina atau lembaga terakreditasi. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa pembentukan jabatan fungsional analis pengembangan kompetensi memperoleh skor tertinggi dan direkomendasikan sebagai solusi utama yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study examined the role of market-based strategy in driving the competitive growth of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in West Java, Indonesia. A quantitative approach was employed using a cross-sectional survey of 91 MSMEs, and the data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results indicated that market orientation, competitive intensity, and technological dynamism significantly influenced the adoption of market-based strategy. Among these factors, market orientation emerged as the most dominant driver. Furthermore, market-based strategy exhibited a strong positive effect on competitive growth, confirming its role as a key strategic mechanism. The findings demonstrated that the impact of market-related factors on competitive growth operates through firms’ strategic responses rather than direct effects. This study contributed to the literature by providing empirical evidence from an emerging economy context and highlighted the importance of strengthening market-based strategic capabilities to achieve sustainable competitive growth among MSMEs.

Abstract

Coastal areas are areas inhabited by communities with distinctive family characteristics whose days are dominated by women and children. Some men, namely husbands and teenagers, spend much of their time at sea. The involvement of women in making a living for families in coastal areas or fishing villages is inseparable from the gender division of labor system that applies in local communities. The aim of the research is to obtain a synergy model for the growth of fisherman women entrepreneurs. The research method used is descriptive research and treatment research. The unit of analysis is the women of fishermen with a sample size of 20 respondents. The analysis technique used is descriptive and quantitative statistics. The research location is in Palabuhanratu District, Sukabumi Regency. The results showed that the program synergy model between local government, CSR, financial institutions, marketing institutions and community empowerment institutions tends to be more effective and efficient in growing fisherwomen entrepreneurs, In women, fishermen have grown interest and have pioneered businesses independently to produce variants of processed seafood products so that they can use their time well and able to help their families financially. The resulting product marketing is facilitated by PT. Sarana Rezeki Prima through its Outlets both in Sukabumi Regency and outside Sukabumi Regency. Synergy The Fishermen Women Entrepreneurial Development Program is considered quite effective, it is suggested that it can be used as a model for entrepreneurial growth to be applied to other CSR programs with the same or different goals.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of Social Media Marketing on Purchase Intention through the mediating roles of Brand Equity and Value Equity. Using data from 100 social media users in Bandung City, the study applies SEM-AMOS, heatmap correlation, and wordcloud analysis to assess structural relationships and consumer perception patterns. The findings show that Social Media Marketing positively strengthens Brand Equity and Value Equity, which subsequently influence Purchase Intention. Brand Equity demonstrates a stronger effect on Purchase Intention than Value Equity, indicating that brand recognition, trust, reputation, and loyalty are more dominant in shaping consumer buying decisions. Heatmap and wordcloud results further highlight the importance of engagement, interaction, content quality, trust, perceived value, and brand reputation. Overall, Social Media Marketing enhances purchase intention by building strong brand perception and customer-perceived value.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai di Kelurahan Belimbing, Kecamatan Bontang Barat, Kota Bontang. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian eksplanatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 36 pegawai honorer yang dijadikan responden penelitian. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan analisis deskriptif untuk menggambarkan karakteristik variabel penelitian dan analisis jalur (path analysis) untuk menguji hubungan kausal antarvariabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa penerapan gaya kepemimpinan yang efektif serta peningkatan motivasi kerja mampu meningkatkan tingkat kepuasan kerja pegawai. Oleh karena itu, upaya pengembangan kepemimpinan dan pemberian motivasi yang berkelanjutan perlu menjadi perhatian organisasi guna menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif dan meningkatkan kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

Permasalahan wanprestasi pengembang perumahan terhadap konsumen masih sering terjadi dan menimbulkan kerugian serta ketidakpastian hukum dalam transaksi pengembangan perumahan di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan perjanjian pengembangan perumahan antara konsumen dan pelaku usaha serta bentuk perlindungan hukum terhadap konsumen berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 1999 tentang Perlindungan Konsumen. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan dan pendekatan kasus melalui studi kepustakaan terhadap bahan hukum primer, sekunder, dan tersier. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan perjanjian pengembangan perumahan belum berjalan sesuai isi perjanjian karena masih ditemukan keterlambatan pembangunan, ketidaksesuaian spesifikasi bangunan, penghentian proyek, dan tidak adanya kompensasi kepada konsumen. Konsumen berada pada posisi yang lemah akibat rendahnya itikad baik pengembang dan lemahnya pengawasan pemerintah terhadap pelaksanaan proyek perumahan. Selain itu, mekanisme penyelesaian sengketa yang tersedia belum sepenuhnya mampu memberikan perlindungan hukum yang efektif bagi konsumen. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perlindungan konsumen di sektor perumahan tidak hanya berkaitan dengan hubungan kontrak saja, tetapi juga menyangkut pemenuhan hak-hak konsumen atas kepastian hukum, keadilan, dan keamanan. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi kontribusi akademik dalam pengembangan hukum perlindungan konsumen serta menjadi bahan evaluasi bagi pemerintah dalam memperkuat pengawasan terhadap pengembang perumahan dan mekanisme perlindungan hukum bagi konsumen.

Abstract

Rising environmental awareness has fueled a surge in green marketing campaigns. Unfortunately, corporations often exploit this opportunity to engage in greenwashing, a misleading marketing communication practice involving sustainability claims. This study aims to examine the phenomenon of greenwashing in depth and analyze its impact on consumer cynicism. Using qualitative methods with a literature review approach, this study collected and analyzed various academic sources, journals, and related documents. The results show that greenwashing tactics manifested through vague claims, the exploitation of visual elements, and the concealment of ecological facts constitute a failure of communication ethics that triggers severe cognitive dissonance in consumers. The accumulation of this sense of betrayal crystallizes into chronic consumer cynicism, a form of deep distrust of the social motives of all corporations. The destructive impact of this cynicism creates a domino effect that undermines the entire green market ecosystem, as consumers tend to generalize and reject honest claims from truly sustainable companies. These findings underscore the importance of implementing radical transparency by corporations and the urgency of strict legal regulatory intervention by governments to break the chain of market distrust.
