Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh struktur aktiva dan cash holding terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan properti di Indonesia, dengan struktur modal sebagai variabel intervening. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan kausalitas. Sampel diambil dari 41 perusahaan properti yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2017–2020 menggunakan purposive sampling. Data diolah dengan analisis jalur (path analysis) untuk mengukur pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung antar variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa cash holding dan struktur modal berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan, sedangkan struktur aktiva tidak berpengaruh secara langsung namun berpengaruh signifikan melalui mediasi struktur modal. Struktur modal terbukti menjadi variabel kunci yang memperkuat hubungan antara struktur aktiva dan cash holding terhadap kinerja keuangan. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya optimalisasi leverage dalam meningkatkan profitabilitas perusahaan properti.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurial competence on business performance in second-hand goods entrepreneurs in Medan's Melati Tax. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research with a causal associative approach. The population in the study were all business actors at Pajak Melati Medan. The sample in this study used non-probability sampling with purposive sampling type, sampling technique using a sampling method where the researcher selects the sample according to the criteria using incidental sampling / accidental sampling. Based on the determination of these criteria there were 30 respondents. The results of the study are the results of the Fhitung value of 45.508, so that Fhitung Ftabel (45.508 2.60) and sig value = 0.000 0.05. Based on the research results, there is a simultaneous influence between market orientation variables, entrepreneurial orientation, and entrepreneurial competence on business performance. The three elements when combined, entrepreneurs can not only better meet customer expectations, but also manage risk and create added value, which overall contributes to improving their business performance in a competitive market environment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan harga terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada Air Minum Isi Ulang Ust Saihu di Kalideres, Jakarta Barat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian asosiatif. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 7.300 pelanggan, dengan sampel sebanyak 99 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Analisis data dilakukan melalui uji validitas, reliabilitas, regresi linier sederhana, regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji F, serta koefisien determinasi menggunakan SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Harga juga terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Secara simultan, kualitas pelayanan dan harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya keseimbangan antara pelayanan yang berkualitas dan harga yang wajar dalam meningkatkan kepuasan serta loyalitas pelanggan pada usaha air minum isi ulang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh harga, cita rasa, lokasi, dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap minat beli konsumen di Toko Ariya Bakery Kota Raja. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda menggunakan SPSS versi 22. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 96 responden yang merupakan pelanggan Toko Ariya Bakery, ditentukan menggunakan rumus Lemeshow karena populasi tidak diketahui secara pasti. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen (t-hitung = 2,007 t-tabel = 1,661; sig. 0,048 0,05). Cita rasa juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli (t-hitung = 3,322 t-tabel = 1,661; sig. 0,001 0,05). Lokasi terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli (t-hitung = 3,083 t-tabel = 1,661; sig. 0,003 0,05). Namun, kualitas pelayanan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen (t-hitung = 0,845 t-tabel = 1,661; sig. 0,400 0,05). Secara simultan, keempat variabel berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli dengan nilai F-hitung sebesar 68,677 dan koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 74%, yang berarti 74% variasi minat beli dapat dijelaskan oleh keempat variabel tersebut, sementara 26% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Social Media Marketing and Service Quality on Purchasing Decisions for F11 Photography Services in Tanjung Morawa District. This research is associative research. The population in this study is the total data of 216 respondents of F11 Photograpy Service users, the calculation of the number of samples using the slovin formula with a sample size of 68 respondents. The data collection methods in this study were questionnaires, interviews and literature studies. The data analysis method uses descriptive methods and multiple linear regression analysis with a significant level of 0.05. The F test results show that service quality and service innovation together have a positive and significant influence on the dependent variable, namely purchasing decisions. Based on the test of the coefficient of determination (R2) shows that the Adjusted R Square value is 0.86%, meaning that social media marketing and service quality affect purchasing decisions by 86% and the remaining 14% can be explained by other factors not examined in this study

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Whistleblowing System dan Efektifitas Pengendalian Internal padaBadan Kependudukan Dan Keluarga Berencana Sumatera Utara. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 78 Pegawai, di antara nya asn golongan II dana III yang berhubungan langsung dengan penelitian ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan dengan Teknik Sampling Jenuh. Hasil uji T pada variabel Whistleblowing System(X1) menunjukkan bahwa Whistleblowing System berpengaruh positif dan Siginifikan, Hasil uji T pada variabel Efektivitas pengendalian internal(X2) menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas pengendalian internal berpengaruh positif dan Siginifikan. Berdasarkan hasil uji statistik F yang menunjukkan bahwa whistleblowing system dan efektivitas pengendalian internal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pencegahan kecurangan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether Electronic Word Of Mouth and Brand Image significantly positively influence Purchase Intention in the Tokopedia marketplace. This research uses a Quantitative approach. The population in this study is all students of the Faculty of Social Sciences, Universitas Pembangunan Pancabudi Medan, totaling 4315 students. The sampling technique in this study was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 98 respondents. Electronic Word of Mouth significantly positively affects purchase intention in the Tokopedia marketplace. Brand Image has a significant positive effect on Purchase Intention in the Tokopedia marketplace. Considering that Tokopedia may win the competition with other marketplaces due to respondents' answers indicating that they are not disturbed by negative comments when collecting intentions to buy, it is suggested to maintain the quality by continuously innovating and providing encouragement to consumers to continue to stay on Tokopedia and always choose Tokopedia over other competitors, this has shown that Tokopedia has won the competition among the many existing marketplaces.

Abstract

The existence of an educational institution lies in the quality of human resources created by the institution. This study focuses on the strategic management role of school principals to improve the quality of Human Resources (HR) management in an effort to improve teacher performance through academic supervision. This research uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method where researchers review and identify journals in a structured and analyzable manner which is carried out in depth from scientific literature according to the research topic with the aim of increasing understanding regarding the research topic used. As for the literature used to strengthen the results of the analysis, researchers succeeded in identifying 30 articles or journals indexed by Sinta and several others found on Google Scholar related to strategic management in efforts to improve teacher performance through academic supervision carried out by school principals. Thus, from the 30 articles it could be filtered and 8 articles were found that were suitable, and the other 22 articles were excluded. Because this research focuses on strategic management in an effort to improve teacher performance through academic supervision. The results obtained are able to determine the role of the school principal in improving teacher performance through academic supervision.

Abstract

This research is titled "The Influence of Professional Ethics on the Consideration of Materiality in Financial Statement Examination at PT Bhakti Sehat Husada Medan". It employs a quantitative method aiming to determine the impact of professional ethics, using a sample of 30 individuals. The sample in this study consists of employees registered as respondents in the company PT Bhakti Sehat Husada Medan. Data collection was conducted through questionnaire distribution and documentation of the questionnaire results. In the analysis process, various tests were employed, including normality test, Multicollinearity test, Heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression test, R² test, as well as the F test (simultaneous) and t test (partial). The test results indicated that partially there is no effect between professional ethics (X1) and the materiality level (Y) in the company PT Bhakti Sehat Husada.

Abstract

This study investigates the determinants of Islamic Social Reporting (ISR) disclosure among Islamic banks in Indonesia from 2015 to 2020. Using financial ratios (ROA, CR, DER) and firm size as factors, the research explores their impact on the extent of ISR disclosures. The study employs quantitative analysis based on data from annual reports of Indonesian Islamic banks, applying regression models to test hypotheses derived from stakeholder theory, legitimacy theory, and resource dependency theory. The findings reveal that profitability and liquidity positively influence ISR disclosures, indicating that more profitable and liquid banks are more likely to engage in and report on social responsibility activities. In contrast, leverage shows a negative relationship with ISR disclosures, suggesting that highly leveraged banks disclose less about their social initiatives. Additionally, firm size positively correlates with ISR disclosures, highlighting that larger banks tend to provide more comprehensive reports on their social responsibilities. Theoretical implications suggest that Islamic banks strategically manage their financial and organizational resources to enhance legitimacy and stakeholder trust through transparent ISR disclosures. Practical implications underscore the importance of integrating CSR practices into business strategies to promote sustainability and accountability. The study contributes to the literature by providing empirical insights into ISR practices in Islamic banking and informs stakeholders about the factors influencing social responsibility disclosures.
