Abstract

This study aims to determine whether Food Image, Food Satisfaction, and Culinary Quality have partial and simultaneous effect on Behavioral Intentions. The population in this study are consumers who have visited the Culinary Tourism center of Bogor City with a total sample of 200 people. The sampling method used is a non-random sampling method. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis to determine the effect of Food Image, Food Satisfaction, and Culinary Quality on Behavioral Intentions. Data testing was carried out using IBM SPSS Statistics 24 Software. The results of this study are the results of the respondent's answer index table 4.6 Respondents' opinions of food image indicators with an average variable value of 3.84 which means high, table 4.7 respondents' opinions of food satisfaction indicators with an average variable value of 3.82 which means high Table 4.8 Opinions of respondents on the Culinary Quality indicator with an average variable value of 3.56 which means high, and table 4.9 Respondents opinion on behavioral intention indicators with the average variable value of 3.52 which means high. This shows that the Food Image, Food Satisfaction, and Culinary Quality and Behavioral Intentions are good, the company must maintain this situation and further improve, especially the food image so that the company gets more profit or more profits than the company has received before. In this study, it is known that the variables of Food Image, Food Satisfaction, and Culinary Quality have an effect of 55% on Behavioral Intentions and the remaining 45% is influenced by other aspects, so it is recommended for further researchers to explore other aspects that have not been discussed in this study. In addition, further researchers are also advised to increase the number of populations and samples so that the research results obtained can be even better. Abstract

The Purpose of this study was to determine (1) the effect of consumer perceptions on their decision on Purchasing at Rancamaya Golf and Country Club, (2) the effect of Consumer Preferences on their decision on Purchasing at Rancamaya Golf and Country Club, (3) the effect of perception and consumer preferences on Purchasing Decisions at Rancamaya Golf and Country Club. The sample consisted of 85 people who were selected using the Slovin technique, taken from the member of Rancamaya Golf and Country Club. All calculations were carried out by using the SPSS 25. The discriminant analysis results show that (1) the consumer perceptions variable has an effect on decision Purchasing at Rancamaya Golf and Country Club. It means the test results support the H1 research hypothesis, the hypothesis H1 is accepted, (2) the Consumer Preferences has an effect on decision Purchasing at Rancamaya Golf and Country Club, the hypothesis H1 is accepted, (3) The results of the F-test study show the calculated of F value or the prob value (0.000) <alpha 5%, then the H0 is rejected, it means that the consumer perceptions (X1) and Consumer Preferences (X2) have an effect on the decision Purchasing at Rancamaya Golf and Country Club (Y). The test results support the research hypothesis H1: β1, β2 ≠ 0 (there is a relationship between X and Y), it means that the Consumer Perceptions and Consumer Preferences variables have a simultaneously effect on Purchasing Decisions. Abstract

By this time, the productive age was already overrun by millennials and gen z. Almost every day they do activities so tend to be monotonous and saturated. People always need free time to refresh their brains and themselves from the denseness of daily activities in order to get a new spirit to carry out their activities in the future. Making paratourism is the choice of millennials and gen z today. By doing a paratourism visit, they can refresh their brains and themselves by enjoying tourist facilities and natural scenery in every tourist attraction in Indonesia, especially in Bogor City. Therefore, bogor city tourism service providers must be better at paying attention to the quality of service conditions at tourist attractions in bogor city, in order to be able to create a relationship between tourists and service providers. Good quality of service will give a good impact or feedback that is influencing tourists to make a re-visit in the future. Based on the identification of the above problems, the purpose of this study is to measure Service Quality and impact on Re-Visits based on variables in the ServQual model such as Service Tangible, Service Reliability, Service Responsiveness, Service Assurance, and Service Empathy. The analysis used in this study is SEM (Structural Equation Modelling), in bogor city tourist attractions. Then, the data is obtained through the results of research questionnaires and will be calculated using data processing applications, namely IBM SPSS and LISREL. The results of this study show that The Quality of Service has a significant impact on Re-Visits. With the results of the analysis (1) Service Tangible has a significant and impact on Re-visits with a T-value of 6,29 > a Critical T-value of 1,95, the H0 is rejected which means the Service Tangible has a positive and significant impact on The Re-Visit. (2) The Reliability of the Service shall have a significant and impact on the Re-Visit with a T-value of 5,12 > a Critical T-value of 1,95, the H0 is rejected which means that the Reliability of the Service has a positive and significant impact on the Re-Visit. (3) Service Responsiveness shall have a significant and impact on the Re-Visit with a T-value of 6,73 > a Critical T-value of 1,95, the H0 is rejected which means that the Service Responsiveness has a positive and significant impact on the Re-Visit. (4) Service Assurance has a significant and impact on Re-visit with a T-value of 3,08 > Critical T-value of 1,95, then H0 is rejected which means the Service Assurance has a positive and significant impact on The Re-Visit. (5) Service Empathy has a significant and impact on Re-Visits with a T-value of 9,56 > a Critical T-value of 1,95, the H0 is rejected which means the Service Empathy has a positive and significant impact on Re-Visits. Based on the results of the above analysis, it can be conjured that the Quality of Service has a positive impact and significantly on the Re-visit. The recommendations that can be made to develop the quality of service as an effort to increase the intensity of tourist re-visits is to create a safe, comfortable, clean, and also trendy tourist environment such as adding aesthetic and instagramable photo spots to attract more tourists considering that at this time many tourists are looking for more trendy, contemporary, aesthetic, and instagramable tourist attractions to take selfies to share them on their social media. Service providers can improve the operational standards of employees and service capabilities of each employee by conducting periodic training and developing their services based on feedback provided by tourists through surveys or discussion forms in order to encourage an increase in the number of re-visits from tourists. This research is expected to help tourist service providers in Bogor city in increasing the intensity of re-visits from tourists through the quality of tourist attractions services. Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 yang berlangsung hampir delapan belas bulan, membuat sektor bisnis nyaris lumpuh dan berpotensi mempengaruhi tenaga kerjanya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat kecenderungan tersebut khususnya pada sektor usaha yang mendukung sektor pariwisata. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif dimana data unit usaha diambil secara random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pandemi COVID-19 justru berdampak positif terhadap kegiatan usaha restoran take away berupa peningkatan permintaan yang mengakibatkan peningkatan penyerapan tenaga kerja tidak tetap dalam rangka pemenuhan pesanan. Abstract

The current development of tourism has entered a time when everyone needs tourism to increase creativity, eliminate boredom while working, finding calm, finding local products while traveling, doing business in the scope of tourism, studying the history and culture and language of cultural tribes in Indonesia and foreign countries. Indonesia is a country in the Southeast Asian region, has quite a lot of natural tourism potential and is an attraction for visitors from foreign countries. Bogor Botanical Garden is one of the natural attractions located in the city of Bogor with various types of rare & quite old plants when remembering the age at the first preservation in the Bogor Botanical Gardens. However, the management of the Bogor Botanical Gardens, which is currently under the Indonesian National Research & Innovation Agency (BRIN), is still minimal tourism facilities provided for visitors. This is the background of this research to analyze the relationship between facilities and infrastructure and visitor satisfaction in the Bogor City Botanical Gardens. The research method uses a quantitative approach with a simple linear regression analysis tool. The sampling technique used is nonprobability sampling with purposive sampling technique by taking as many as 100 respondents. The results showed that the variable facilities and infrastructure affect visitor satisfaction, which illustrates that suggestions and infrastructure have a role in visitor satisfaction so that if the manager improves facilities and infrastructure, the satisfaction of visiting will increase. Based on the results of the determination coefficient test, the results of the facility on visitor satisfaction were 72.3% and the remaining 27.7% was influenced by other factors that were not examined in this study. Abstract

This research explanatory it means to study hypothesis variable. In this research use Destination Image and Touris Facilities variable. This research aims to analyze impact to determine the effect simultaneously and parcial Destination Image and Tourist Facilities at Dunia Fantasi. The method is classic assumption test, multiple linear analysis, test T and test F. Data testing is done by using software IBM SPSS Statitics 25. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Destination Image (X1) has a significant effect on Tourist Visit Interests. 2) Tourism Facilities (X2) have a significant effect on Tourist Visit Interests. 3) Destination Image and Tourism Facilities have a simultaneous effect on Tourist Visit Interests. Abstract

The Cap Go Meh Festival is a Chinese ethnic celebration at the beginning of the year which comes from the word "Cap Go" which means "fifteenth" and "Meh" means "night", so Cap Go Meh literally means "fifteenth night". Sustainable tourism is a tourism management concept that is responsible for environmental and community economic sustainability. The Cap Go Meh tradition is a form of Chinese culture which is still developing and is celebrated every year by Chinese groups and usually holds parades, processions along the streets and lantern festivals as a form of joy for the entire Chinese community for the success of the one year that has just passed and at the same time as a moment to pray for progress in the coming years. Sustainable tourism aims to use natural resources and human resources in the long term. so Cap Go Meh literally means "fifteenth night. Sustainable tourism is a tourism management concept that is responsible for environmental and community economic sustainability. To know the environment of the Cap Go Meh Festival at Surya Kencana Bogor. To find out the social culture of the Cap Go Meh Festival at Surya Kencana Bogor. The results of the research on the Cap Go Meh Festival at Surya Kencana Bogor have been held every 15th of the first month based on the lunar calendar which is the highlight of the Chinese New Year. The celebration, which originally meant thanksgiving for the ethnic Chinese community, has now turned into a party for the people of Bogor City. Developments that continue to be carried out during the Cap Go Meh celebration will eventually have a commercial selling point into Sustainable Tourism. The Cap Go Meh celebration, which has now been carried out openly and has become the tourism agenda for the City of Bogor, has had a positive impact on society, both culturally and economically. Abstract

In an agency, institution or organization is very closely related to a media. Media published in an agency, institution or organization aims to be used as internal media that can be used by employees as a fulfillment of information needs. This study aims to examine employee exposure/reading intensity with the fulfillment of employee information needs at the Indonesian Presidential Museum Balai Kirti, to determine the contents of the museum manual with the fulfillment of employee information needs at the Indonesian Presidential Museum Balai Kirti, and to determine the relationship between museum manual readers and fulfillment of employee information needs at the RI Presidential Museum Balai Kirti. This study uses descriptive analysis techniques, validity tests, reliability tests and Rank Spearman correlation tests, with a census sample technique, the number of employees is divided into 19 civil servants, 8 PPNPN staff, and 4 apprentice students as educators at the Indonesian Presidential Museum Balai Kirti . The method of collecting data is through questionnaires (google form), interviews, field observations, and the theory of uses and gratification. The results of this study in the validity test showed valid results from each indicator contained in variable X and Y. In the reliability test, variable X and Y showed RELIABLE results. In the Spearman Rank correlation test, it shows a SIGNIFICANT result value and the correlation number has a positive relationship with a strong relationship. In the t test hypothesis test there is one result showing the independent variable (X2) which has no effect on the dependent variable (Y). Then the F test shows significant results simultaneously between the three independent variables (X1), (X2), and (X3) on the dependent variable (Y). The conclusion of this research is that the existence of this museum manual has an influence on fulfilling the information needs of employees at the Indonesian Presidential Museum, Balai Kirti. Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has dealt a heavy blow to the tourism sector. Restrictions on travel and in-person meetings have caused the transportation and lodging accommodation sector to drop drastically. Several policies, regulations and requirements for traveling are also obstacles for the hotel industry to be able to receive guests. An increase in the number of Covid-19 sufferers in an area will be followed by restrictions on travel regulations and policies, which will not only impact the local community, but also other residents who want to come or cross the area. These conditions directly affect the occupancy rate of hotel rooms in an area. This study used a secondary research method based on existing data. Sources of data come from daily and weekly reports on the occupancy rate of hotel rooms in the city of Bogor, as well as data obtained from other sources. The purpose of this study is to serve as a dashboard for future policy makers, especially on the impact of a policy on the occupancy rate of hotel rooms. Abstract

This study aims to: (1) To determine the effect of Product Quality on Purchasing Decisions, (2) To determine the effect of Sales Promotion on Purchasing Decisions, (3) To determine the effect between the quality of Sales Promotion products on Purchasing Decisions. The number of samples was 385 respondents using the Cochran Formula formula. The data analysis method used is linear regression analysis to determine the Effect of Product Quality and Sales Promotion on Purchasing Decisions at Cafe Story House in Bogor City. Data testing is performed using Software Statistical Package For The Social Sciencer (SPSS) software. Based on the test results, the following data were obtained: (1) there is an influence of Product Quality on Purchasing Decisions showing significant results (2) there is an influence of Sales Promotion on Purchasing Decisions showing significant results (3) There is an influence between Product Quality and Sales Promotion on Purchasing Decisions showing significant results Keywords : Product Quality, Sales Promotion, Purchase Decision
