Abstract

Currently, business competition is increasingly fierce, requiring us to always think creatively in building a business. This situation results in the level of competition in gaining and retaining consumers being very high. The business of opening a coffee shop turns out to be profitable for many parties, so it has an influence on Indonesia's creative economy. These parties include: business entrepreneurs, consumers, and workers. Business entrepreneurs get big opportunities and income. In the business world, innovation and creativity are things that need to be done for the development and success of a business. Every company must create innovations to expand into new markets and maintain their current market share. One innovation that can be developed is through product innovation.The objectives of this research are: To find out the product innovations that have been carried out by Cafe Two Three Coworking Bogor, to find out the superiority of product innovation at Cafe Two Three Coworking Bogor, to find out consumer evaluations of product innovation at Cafe Two Three Coworking Bogor.The results of this research show that the product innovations carried out at the Two Three Coworking Cafe in Bogor include food products and beverage products. In pizza products, two or three coworking cafés in Bogor have innovated by making pizza volcanoes. Meanwhile, the beverage products that have been innovated by cafe two three coworking Bogor are Baileys Coffee, Es Kopi Susu Pandan and Es Kopi Susu Moccacino. Meanwhile, the superiority of the food product, the superiority of the pizza food product, is of course in terms of the wider serving size and the taste of the volcano pizza which shows more of the taste of cafe two three coworking Bogor style pizza, and apart from that the superiority of the coffee drink product at the two three coworking cafe Bogor, every purchasing coffee will get a loyalty card. Meanwhile, the evaluation carried out by cafe two three coworking Bogor carried out the latest innovations in every beverage and food product.The conclusion of this research is, the innovation carried out by cafe two three coworking Bogor on pizza products, pizza meat lover food products before innovation and after innovation became pizza volcano. Meanwhile, the beverage products are iced milk coffee which has not yet been innovated by cafe two three, and which after being innovated has become bailyes coffee, pandan milk iced coffee and moccacino milk iced coffee. Meanwhile, the advantage of the beverage product is the superiority of the coffee drink product at Cafe Two Three Coworking Bogor, every time you purchase coffee you will get a loyalty card. And the advantages of the pizza volcano food product are: For the advantages of the pizza food product, of course, in terms of the wider serving size and the taste of the volcano pizza, it shows more of the taste of two three coworking cafe style pizza in Bogor because the taste is prepared directly from the chef. Meanwhile, the evaluation carried out by Cafe Two Three Coworking in Bogor involves making innovations in each food and beverage product in order to increase sales and win the coffee shop competition in the city of Bogor.

Abstract

Motivation can trigger the travel process. Tourist motivation is an important factor in carrying out an activity, starting or planning it. Therefore, it is important to know the motivation of tourists to visit tourist attractions, so that it can make it easier for tourist attraction managers to understand the desires and needs of tourists. The aim of this research was to determine the influence of motivation on the decision to visit the Joang 45 Museum, Jakarta. The tourist motivations examined in this research are physical motivation, cultural motivation, individual motivation, and status and prestige motivation. This research uses quantitative methods with a sample of 100 respondents. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling technique. Meanwhile, the data analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, normality test, simple linear regression, t test, and coefficient determination. Based on the analysis results from the t test, it shows that motivation which includes physical motivation, cultural motivation, individual motivation, as well as prestige and status motivation influences the decision to visit the Joang 45 Museum, Jakarta.   Keywords: Tourist Motivation, Visiting Decisions, Museum

Abstract

The goal of tourism development is to promote equity of opportunity for tourism actors so that they can attempt to benefit and be able to deal with the dynamic transformation of the tourism sector into a priority sector in encouraging community economic growth, increasing regional foreign exchange, empowering the community's economy, expanding employment and business opportunities, and introducing product marketing to realize community welfare and create sustainable tourism destinations. This research is carried out in Lahang Village, Sukabumi Regency, and employs a descriptive research with a qualitative methodology. Multiple interviews with pertinent informants served as the primary data source, while secondary data came from reading materials connected to the research issue. ways for gathering research data through observation and interviews. While the research instrument is researcher himself and auxiliary resources like interview guidance and other tools serve as the research instrument. Based on the research's findings, it was revealed that the local community first rejected Lahang Village, but that via discussion and socialization, the Management, Pokdarwis, and Village Government were able to settle the licensing concerns. In addition to increasing hospitality, improving and maintaining facilities and infrastructure, and enlisting the local community as a labor force for tourism management, Lahang Village Management has pursued and carried out a number of developments. Abstract

Indonesia has many rich natural resources, especially plantations and agriculture. This country has great potential and is considered the second largest producer in the world after Brazil. In addition, coffee agrotourism and coffee plantations promote sustainable aspects of tourism. Farmers are the main actors who play a role in increasing crop productivity. With demand for coffee increasing every year, how do farmers maintain continuity of coffee supply? This then became the basis for the birth of research entitled "Analysis of the Role of Sukamakmur Coffee Farmers in Realizing Continuous Supply of Quality Coffee for Home Coffee Roastery Bogor". The aim of this research is to analyze the role of farmers in realizing sustainable coffee production. This research brings qualitative closer. The data collection method was carried out by interviewing informants with direct field observation and documentation. The results of this research are seen from the aspect of farmers from the general community group in Sirnajaya Village, Sukamakmur Regency, who succeeded in producing quality coffee beans to supply at Home Coffee Roastery Bogor, by paying attention to the post-harvest process, special training for farmers, and prioritizing specific quality and quantity.   Keywords : Coffee farmer, Productivity, Coffee Industry.

Abstract

Along with the times, competition in the business world is getting tougher. The existence of this competition requires business actors to be able to optimize the performance of their companies in order to be able to compete in market share. As for the company's way to be able to develop customer satisfaction such as the services provided and selling products at prices that match market share. Good presentation quality can also apply in attracting consumers. Good Quality Service will always exist in a company and will create pleasure for customers. After the customer feels pleasure with the goods received, of course the customer will compare the service that has been provided. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction that occurs at the Dairyland Riverside restaurant, Puncak, Bogor. In this study using a quantitative method in the form of a questionnaire. This sample was taken using purposive sampling and using the Slovin calculation method so that a sample of 96 respondents was obtained but rounded up to 100 respondents. Collecting data using a questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear analysis. The results showed that service has an effect on customer satisfaction. Abstract

The growing business competition in Indonesia is a phenomenon that attracts attention to be examined. One of them is in the hotel industry which is one of the service fields that moves by combining products and services. The purpose of the study was to analyze the effect of employee and facility services on visitor satisfaction at Bayak Hotel And Resort.Sampling was carried out by purposive sampling based on the criteria obtained a sample of 100 respondents visitors to Bayak Hotel And Resort. The data source uses primary data. The analysis method uses Validity and Reliability, Multiple linear regression analysis, Classical Assumption Test and Hypothesis Test using IBM SPSS 25 program. The results of this study show that Karaywan Services have an effect on Visitor Satisfaction and Facilities have no effect on Visitor Satisfaction. This research is a consideration for Bayak Hotel And Resort to be able to improve Karaywan and Fasiltias Services in order to increase visitor satisfaction. Abstract

The city of Bogor is one of the cities that has large and diverse historical and cultural tourism resource potential, one of which is the Batutulis area. The Batutulis area has historical and cultural tourism potential that can be developed. However, this condition experiences problems which are limited by the identification of scattered sites, congestion, and inadequate infrastructure so that its development requires appropriate strategies such as developing physical planning. Physical planning is planning physical conditions or planning visible resource components such as buildings, roads and other facilities, in order to create a physical environment that is functional, comfortable, safe and attractive. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with SWOT analysis carried out by observation, interviews and documentation. The sources in this research were the Public Works Department, Transportation Department, Environmental Department, Tourism and Culture Department, South Bogor District, Batutulis Subdistrict and Lawanggintung Subdistrict. Research on the Batutulis area of Bogor City resulted in the conclusion that the tourism potential in physical planning in the area is feasible and has the potential to be developed. This research produces physical planning strategies in the Batutulis area in the form of building tourist facilities, building tourist facilities and infrastructure, developing and managing tourist attractions, as well as developing historical and cultural tourism infrastructure. Abstract

This research aims to determine: (1) the influence of Destination Image on the Satisfaction of Visitors to the Bogor Botanical Gardens, (2) the influence of Tourist Attractions on the Satisfaction of Visitors to the Bogor Botanical Gardens, (3) the influence of Destination Image and Tourist Attractions on the Satisfaction of Visitors to the Bogor Botanical Gardens. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire-based survey distributed to 105 respondents. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling with the characteristics of respondents, namely tourists who have visited the Bogor Botanical Garden once in the past year. The data analysis methods used are descriptive analysis, SEM-PLS analysis, outer model, inner model, and hypothesis testing using SmartPLS version 4 software. Based on the test results, the data obtained are as follows: (1) Destination image partially has a positive and significant effect on visitor satisfaction at the Bogor Botanical Gardens, (2) Tourist attraction partially has a positive and significant effect on visitor satisfaction at the Bogor Botanical Gardens, (3) Destination image and tourist attraction simultaneously have a significant effect on visitor satisfaction at the Bogor Botanical Gardens, (4) Tourist Attraction is the variable that has the most influence on visitor satisfaction to the Bogor Botanical Gardens. Abstract

In the current modern era, the development of the hotel business in the city of Bogor has increased greatly, causing competition for hotels to attract consumers. One form of strategy to increase the length of room occupancy rate is to focus on Bleisure Travel or a combination of business and leisure (vacation). Bleisure Travel has become a popular trend recently considering the increasing development of globalization. So a meeting package was created provided by hotels in big cities to support this activity. This research aims to analyze the influence of Service Quality and Facilities on consumer satisfaction with meeting packages at the Grand Savero Hotel Bogor.. This research is a quantitative research and the population in this research is all people aged 17 years and over and have used meetings packages at the Grand Savero Hotel Bogor. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling with a sample size of 100 respondents. The data source used is primary data in the form of data collection using questionnaires that are distributed directly. The analysis method is validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used to answer the hypothesis is multiple regression analysis. , t test, F test, and coefficient of determination R Squared. With a significance level of 0.05 using IBM SPSS 25 and Microsoft Excel software. The results of the research show that: (1) Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction (t count : 3.143; significance: 0.002<0.05; and β: 0.283), (2) Meeting package facilities have a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction (t count: 6.637; significance: 0.000<0.05; and β: 0.597), and (3) Service Quality and Facilities simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction (F count: 114.650 and significance 0.000< 0.05). The coefficient of determination test results shown is adjusted R2 which is 0.697. This shows that the uniformity of Consumer Satisfaction by Service Quality and Meeting Package Facilities together can be explained as 69.7%. Abstract

This research aims to see the influence of service quality and facilities on tourist satisfaction at D'Kandang Amazing Farm. There will be an increase and decrease in the number of tourist visits to D'Kandang Amazing Farm in 2023. The variables used are the quality of services and facilities and tourist satisfaction. The sample used was 108 respondents, taken from tourists who came to visit D'Kandang Amazing Farm. Sampling was carried out using a random sampling technique so that every tourist had the opportunity to participate in sampling. This research uses a quantitative approach and carries out several tests and analyzes such as descriptive analysis, validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test including normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test and hypothesis test including multiple linear regression analysis, partial test (t test), test simultaneous (f test). This research uses IBM SPSS 25 software to process the data. The results of data processing prove that service quality has a positive effect on tourist satisfaction, facilities have a positive effect on tourist satisfaction and service quality and facilities have a simultaneous effect on tourist satisfaction.
