Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi kualitas dan tagline terhadap brand awareness konsumen populasi dan sampel penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan rumus Lameshow untuk menentukan sampel. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 96,04 atau dibulatkan menjadi 100 orang responden yang sesuai dengan kriteria yang telah ditetapkan. Hasilpenelitian ini adalah secara parsial persepsi kualitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Brand Awareness Konsumen Pada Produk Downy Pada Masyarakat Kecamatan Tampan Kota Pekanbaru. Secara simultan atau bersamaan persepsi kualitas dan tagline memiliki pengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Brand Awareness Konsumen Pada Produk Downy Pada Masyarakat Kecamatan Tampan Kota Pekanbaru. Nilai korelasi (R) yang dihasilkan adalah sebesar 0,793. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang kuat antara variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Sedangkan nilai R Square sebesar 0,630. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel persepsi kualitas dan tagline secara keseluruhan memberikan pengaruh sebesar 63% terhadap brand awareness, Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 37% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

The problem of clean water today is a concern in all regions including the Bungo Regency and this study aims to determine the role of the Health Office in the development of community-based water supply and sanitation. By using a descriptive method of qualitative approach and data collection techniques by interviewing informants as many as 17 people. With the results of the study of the Role of the Bungo District Health Office in the Regency of Bungo in evaluating the sources of community-based drinking water supply and the construction of Pamsimas. In accordance with the regulations and main tasks. There are still many community-based sources of drinking water whose quality is beyond the supervision of the Bungo District Health Office. In carrying out the implementation of supervising community-based drinking water supply the Bungo District Health Office is less than optimal, there are barriers such as inadequate human resources, with a less than optimal number of officers, facilities and infrastructure that have not supported good service. Abstract

This study aims to determine the potential of financial distress for Shariah Bank Industry Sector in Indonesia in the 2016-2018 period using the Zmijewski model. The data used in this study are secondary data on Sharia-based Banking in the 2016-2018 period, namely in the form of financial and annual reports from Muamalat Bank, BRI Syariah Bank, BNI Syariah Bank, Mandiri Syariah Bank, and BCA Syariah Bank. The final results of this study indicate that Sharia-based banking in the 2016-2018 period were classified into two categories, namely companies included in the Distress Area and Non-Distress Area categories. The results of the analysis showed that all sharia banks that were used as research samples consistently included in the Non-Distress Area category in the 2016-2018 period, the five companies were included in the healthy category and had no potential to go bankrupt. And the Sharia banking that can be categorized as the healthiest of the five Sharia Bank samples is BCA Syariah Bank, which in this case is stable away from the cut-off point below 0 or Z <0 that is above -3.5.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini dirancang untuk mengetahui implementasi Strategi bauran pemasaran 5P, Tanggapan konsumen mengenai implementasi Strategi bauran pemasaran 5P yang diterapkandi Toko Buku Merdeka Stationary. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan desain penelitian expost facto. Populasi penelitian adalah pemilik Merdeka Stationary dan konsumen yang diambil dari rata-rata konsumen Merdeka Stationary dalam 1 bulan sebanyak 750 orang. Hasil penelitian dari sudut pandang pemilik Merdeka Stationary diketahui bahwa pada aspek product dalam kategori sangat baik. Aspek price dalam kategori sangat baik. Aspek place dalam kategori sangat baik. Aspek people dalam kategori baik. Aspek process dalam kategori sangat baik. Hasil penelitian dari tanggapan konsumen dapat diketahui bahwa aspek product dalam kategoris angat baik. Aspek price dalam kategori baik. Aspek place dalam kategori baik. Aspek promotion dalam kategori kurang baik. Aspek people dalam kategori sangat baik. Aspek process dalam kategori sangat baik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah Good Corporate Governance yang diproksikan melalui kepemilikan institusional, kepemilikan manejerial, komisaris independen, terhadap Kualitas Pelaporan Keuangan memiliki pengaruh. Selain itu untuk menguji secara empiris apakah ukuran perusahaan dapat memoderasi hubungan GCG. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di BEI sebanyak 44 perusahaan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kausal dengan menggunakan data sekunder. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan MRA (Moderated Analysis Regression) dengan alat bantu aplikasi SPSS. Bersumber pada hasil penelitian ini Kepemilikan Institusional, Kepemilikan Manajerial, dan Dewan Komisaris Independen dengan dimoderasi Ukuran Perusahaan secara bersamaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Financial Reporting Quality pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2019-2020. Secara terpisah, variabel Kepemilikan Institusional, Kepemilikan Manajerial tidak berpengaruh terhadap kualitas pelaporan keuangan. Sedangkan variabel dewan komisaris independent berpengaruh terhadap kualitas pelaporan keuangan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work motivation on employee performance. The subjects of this research are employees. While the object in this study is the effect of work motivation on employee performance. Sources of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The sampling technique used was total sampling, while the data collection techniques used were questionnaires and documentation. The quantitative descriptive method was used to analyze the data. In analyzing quantitative data, a simple linear regression analysis was used where the calculation process used SPSS version 23 for windows. The results of this study indicate that work motivation on employee performance has a very strong relationship, it is known from the correlation coefficient of 90.8%, while the partial test results show that there is a significant influence between work motivation on employee performance, with a significance level. from 0.000 < 0.05. The contribution of work motivation to employee performance is known with a determination coefficient of 82% and the remaining 12% is influenced by other factors not included in this study. In general, it can be concluded that there is an influence between organizational culture on employee performance at PT. Silver Silk Tour & Travel Pekanbaru Head Office.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of leadership and organizational culture on employee performance. The research method used is the quantitative method. This type of research is causal associative. The research instrument used a questionnaire. The population in this study were all employees at PT. Fresh Prima Like Muara Bungo. And this study uses a saturated sampling technique, where all members of the population are used as samples. The sample of this study was 50 people, and the entire population was sampled. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, classical assumption test, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination test. The data analysis techniques were all tested using SPSS version 25 software. The results of the t test, H1 is accepted, leadership has an influence on employee performance, with a value of Tcount 2.785 T table 2.011 with a significance level of 0.008 0.05. H2 is accepted, organizational culture has an influence on employee performance, with a value of Tcount 2.029 T table 2.011 with a significance level of 0.048 0.05. The results of the f test, H3 is accepted, leadership and organizational culture have an influence on employee performance, with a value of Fcount 10,477 Ftable 3,195 with a significance level of 0.000 0.05.

Abstract

This research is entitled "Effect Of Work Motivation On The Performance Of Gojek Driver Partner In Magelang During The Covid-19 Pandemic". The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work motivation on improving the performance of Gojek driver partners in Magelang during the covid-19 pandemic. The research method chosen in this study is a descriptive qualitative method with data collection methods by interviews and observations. The results of this study indicate that the fulfillment of daily needs is the basis of motivation at work. Gojek driver-partners realize that improvements are needed in working to achieve goals. The performance results generated through increased performance are evidence of the effect of work motivation on the performance of Gojek driver partners in Magelang.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the application of the sales accounting information system at PT VP Galvalume in Driyorejo. Galvalume business is a business that provides many benefits, because development, especially in urban areas, will continue. Thus, making galvalume companies grow rapidly. The speed of this growth must be accompanied by an adequate information system to provide smooth operation and administration of the company. Technological advances in all fields including accounting information systems have made it easier for PT VP to manage their business. One form of progress in the accounting information system is the creation of an accounting application software that is accurate, using the accurate PT VP application can produce more accurate and timely financial reports. In its business operations, sales is one of the main activities carried out by the company. One of the determinants of a company's profit or loss in a certain period can be seen from its sales. In addition, sales also have a large enough risk for fraud to occur, so the company's management must take precautions. One way this can be done is to authorize each sale by an authorized department head. PT VP has carried out a structured sales process and each process has been authorized by the authorized department head. This study uses the method by interviewing several related parties, namely the Head of the HR Department of GA, the Head of the Marketing Department and the Head of the Accounting and Finance Department.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of trust and product quality on the population's buying interest in motorcycles and the sample of this research is to use the unknowns population formula whose population is not known to determine the sample. The number of samples in this study was 96.04 or rounded up to 96 respondents. according to the established criteria. The result of this study is that partially trust has a significant effect on consumers buying Yamaha NMAX motorcycles in Bima city. Simultaneously or simultaneously trust and product quality have a significant influence on interest in buying Yamaha NMAX motorcycles in Bima city. The correlation value (R) generated is 0.910. So it can be concluded that there is a very strong relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable. While the value of R Square is 0.824. This shows that the trust variable and overall product quality have an influence of 82.4% on buying interest, while the remaining 17.6% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study
