Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of the principal leadership, the school organizational culture, the competence of teachers on the motivation and the commitment of teachers and its implication to the performance of teachers ( study on SMA teachers in five regency – city in the Province Of North Sumatra). This Research is done by using descriptive and verificative method. As for sampling technique used Cluster random Sampling, and by using the formula of determination sample developing by Isaac and Michael, with the population as much 4.486 people and obtained sample as much 255 responden. As for Analyzer used Path Analysis. Result of inferential research as follows :There are significant influence from all Independent variable to The Motivation of Teachers. There are significant influence from all independent variable to The Commitment of Teachers.There are significant influence from variable of the Motivation of Teacher and the Commitment of Teacher to The Performance of Teachers.Result of research conclude that to increase the Performance of teachers, need to increase the Principal’s Supervision on Academic to teacher, need to apply The Regulation of discipline consistently, need to increase the motivation of teachers as a group, need to increase the commitment of teachers to improve the quality of students, and also need to increase the exploitation of learning strategy of teachers.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the function of the principal's leadership on teacher performance implications for high school students graduate competencies Tangerang Banten Province. The research method is descriptive and verification. Descriptive method using assessment scores on the study variables. Descriptive analysis used single cross-sectional design that describes and illustrates the perception of teachers on the leadership of the principal. Whereas analysis verification used to verify the validity of the proposed research hypotheses. The unit analysis in this study is a high school teacher in the town and district Tangeran Tangerang Banten Province. There are a total of 55 high schools and 208 private high school. Sampling technique using simple random sampling, the total sample of 216 respondents. The results can be summarized as follows: 1) The principal function as principals include educator, manager, administrator, supervisor, leader, innovator and motivator, significantly affect the performance of teachers either partially or simultaneously in a high school Tangerang Banten Province , 2) the performance of teachers significantly influence a high school grad in Tangerang Banten Province.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of compensation, work climate and leadership transformational on job satisfaction and loyalty implication at work on the middle manager. This Research is done by using descriptive methods and verification. The sampling technique used proportional random sampling with a sample of 400 respondents of the study. Analysis tool that is used is to use Path Analysis. Conclusions are: 1) Compensation, work climate and transformational leadership and job satisfaction and company loyalty middle manager in the manufacturing sector foreign capital Karawang, Bekasi, Bogor and Tangerang categorized either; 2) Closeness of the relationship between the independent variables, have levels of the relationship medium; 3)There is a significant influence of all independent variables (call it whatever the independent variable) on job satisfaction influences middle manager; 4) There is a significant influence of the variables of job satisfaction on loyalty middle manager working in Karachi, Jakarta, Bogor and Tangerang.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyzethe role of state leadership, motivation, competence, staff performance and quality development planning and to see the high contribution the influence the role of leadership, motivation and competence staff performance and their impact on the quality of development planning. The studies are descriptive methods and verificative. Descriptive method using the assessment scores of the study variables. Verificative using path analysis method (Path Analysis) which aims to determine the causal relationships between variables of the study, and hypothesis testing. The unit analysis on this research is the employees of Bappeda WKPP III West Java Province, with number of sample196 peoples and using clustered stratified randomsampling technique. The results prove that descriptively, the role of leadership, motivation and work performance employees are on the scale of good, but his achievements have not been optimal. Verificative research results prove that, there is a significant contribution to the role of leadership, motivation and competence staff performance and quality development planning, either simultaneously or partial.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of relations of customer, service quality and price of customer value and customer loyalty, and the influence of relations customer, service quality and price of customer value, also the effect of customer value on customer loyalty. The method used is descriptive and verification with simple technique by using stratifield random sampling on 568 congregation. The data was analyzed using Path analysis techniques (Path Analysis). The results indicate that: Relations Customer was pretty good towards good, The quality of service was good enough towards good service, The price was quite good towards good, Customer Value was well enough for good, Loyalty Customers good enough towards either there was different significan either partially or simultaneously from the variable of customer relations, service quality and the price of customer Value, there was a strong influence of Customer Value on Customer Loyalty.

Abstract

The research objective is to get empirical evidence and found the clarity of the phenomenon, as well as the conclusion about experiential marketing implementation, Marketing Customers Relationship in creating customer value it’s Implications towards customer loyalty at star hotel of 3, 4 and 5 in the city of Bandung and West Bandung Regency. The results are expected to benefit from the practical terms and also contributed to the development of management science, especially marketing management. This study uses a quantitative approach with descriptive inductive method, namely collecting, presenting, analyzing, and testing hypotheses, and to develop conclusions and suggestions. Results showed the application of experiential marketing according to the perception of new customers included in the category quite well; the application of customer relationship marketing in both categories; the application of customer value under the category quite well; customer loyalty under the category of pretty loyal; marketing experiential marketing and customer relationship significantly affect customer value star hotel in the city of Bandung and West Bandung regency. Results of the study confirmed the importance of experiential marketing implementation and marketing customer’s relationship because it can increase customer value, which also has implications for customer loyalty star hotel in the city of Bandung and West Bandung regency.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Transformational Leadership, Competence, Commitment, Compensation toward Organizational Culture and its Implications on Lecturer performance. This research is compiled in the form of Proportional Cluster Random Sampling and sample size was set at 257 respondents. Data were analyzed using path analysis. The results of data analysis showed that the descriptive analysis, Transformational Leadership fairly good, Competence fairly good, Compensation fairly good, Commitment fairly good, Organizational Culture fairly good, Lecturer Performance fairly good. The results of the verification analysis showed a significant effect of transformational leadership on organizational culture, a significant difference between the competences of the organization's culture, a significant difference between the compensation of the Cultural Organization, a significant difference between the competences of the Organizational Culture. There is a simultaneous effect between transformational leadership, competence, Compensation, and Organizational Commitment to Culture. There is the influence of organizational culture on the Performance of Private Lecturer at the University of North Sumatra.

Abstract

This study was conducted to entrepreneur’s shirt screen printing in the City and County of Bandung with a sample of 253 employers. The purpose of this study to determine, assess and analyze Central Purchasing, Purchasing Situation and Purchase Decision Process Team Success Top Candidates for Public Officials attribute Shirt Campaign Against Product Policy and Its Impact on Business Performance. The research method is descriptive and verification. Descriptive method using balanced assessment of the variables of the study. Were data analysis techniques using structural equation modeling (SEM). Descriptive research results prove that, Central Purchasing, Situation Purchase, Purchase Decision Process and Product Policy and Business Performance in the category 'Not Good heading Very Good', but its achievement is still not optimal. The results verification proves that there is a positive and significant effect partially or simultaneously either directly or indirectly from the Central Purchasing, Purchasing Situation and Purchase Decision Process to Product Policy where the most dominant is the central purchasing. There is a positive and significant influence on Business Performance Product Policy.

Abstract

This study is aimed at identifying and assessing the Effect of Regional Financial Reform, Government Management, and Financial Information System towards Financial Management and its Implications towards the performance of Local Government Finance in East Priangan Region. This study used a descriptive approach and verification by using descriptive survey and explanatory survey. In this study, the sample is SKPD (Work Unit) of 180 regional work units by using path analysis. The study concluded that the effects of the Regional Financial Reform towards the Regional Financial Management is 35.90%, the effect of Government Management towards Regional Financial Management is 30.70%, the effect of the Financial Information System towards regional Financial Management is 35.60%. Simultaneously the effect of independent variables towards Regional Financial Management is 61.10% and the remaining 38.90% is another factor that is not studied but it influenced to the Regional Financial Management. And the last, the Effect of Financial Management towards Financial Performance is 83.90%, while the remaining 29.70% is another factor that is not studied, but also influence.

Abstract

This research uses methods of descriptive and explanatory survey that the nature of this research is descriptive and verificative, which is collect, present, analyze and test hypotheses to obtain conclusions and suggestions by using path analysis. This research was conducted on State Owned Strategic Industries. The sample of the research was 346 respondens, represented by employ’s operational production unit with the total population of 3.556. Data were obtained a 5 point ordinal scale questionnairy. The result of data analisys show that during the descriptive analisys of visionary leadership, organizational communication, and employee’s are form moderate to good, employee’s job satisfaction and organizational commitment are moderate to good, and employee’s performance is moderate to good. The result of verificative analysis: There are particulary and simultaneous significant influences of visionary leadership, organizational communication, and employee’s competence on the employee’s job satisfaction. There are particulary and simultaneous significant influences of visionary leadership, organizational communication, and employee’s competence on the organizational commitment. There are particulary and simultaneous significant influence of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on the employee’s performance of State Owned Strategic Industries in the Region of West Java.
