Abstract

The purpose of this study was to obtain empirical evidence and to determine the open-phenomena and conclusions regarding the effect of the role of organizational culture, intellectual ability, work environment, the performance STIE faculty performance, and its implications for improving the welfare of teachers. The method of research used descriptive and verification methods. The independent variable of the study are: the influence of the role of organizational culture (X1), intellectual ability (X2), and the work environment (X3), faculty performance (Y) as the intermediate variables and the dependent variable is the performance STIE (Z1) and welfare lecturer (Z2). The results of this study show that: (1) The Role of Organizational Culture, Intellectual Ability and Environment has a significant effect on performance of STIE Lecturer in North Sumatra, (2) Lecturers Performance have a significant influence on the performance of STIE, (3) The Performance of STIE have an influence significantly to improving the welfare of teachers.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and assess and analyze the influence of venture capital, changes in business environment, entrepreneurial characteristics on venture performance and the impact on small business development in West Java. This study uses the approach of human resources management science are combined with theories of organizational behavior. This type of research is descriptive and explanatory verificative survey by research data cross section where the research was conducted at a specific time period with the unit of analysis is a company belonging to the small business sector across the area of ​​West Java Province, with the unit of observation is the manager or industry leaders generally doubles as a small business owner who has received Company Registration issued by the Office of Industry and Commerce of West Java Province. This study data analysis techniques using the structural equation model (structural equation model - SEM). Results of analysis of this study revealed that 1) the most dominant characteristics of entrepreneurial influence on business performance, 2) changes in business environment is a factor that most small influence on business performance; 3) intangible business capital (education, social, moral and mental) is fundamental aspects to deal with changing business environment, 4) development effort is significantly affected by the performance of the business.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence leadership, organizational structure, organizational culture and performance and public services, and the influence of leadership, organizational structure, organizational culture, also the effect of performance on public services. The method used is descriptive and verification with simple technique by using proportional random sampling on 350 respondent. The data was analyzed using Path analysis techniques (Path Analysis). The results indicate that: leadership was pretty good, organizational structure was good enough, organizational culture was quite good, performance was well enough, public services good enough either there was different significan either partially or simultaneously from the variable of leadership, organizational structure, organizational culture and performance, there was a strong influence of performance on public services.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of transformational leadership, motivation of teachers and teacher competence on teacher performance and the implications on the competence of senior high school graduates international in West Java Province. The research method using descriptive survey and explanatory survey methods. The unit of analysis in this study is consists of permanent and non-permanent teachers who teaches at the school of international standard in 25 regencies / cities in West Java Province that consists of 38 national high schools and four private high school. Path Analysis Method was used to test the hypothesis. The results can be summarized as follows: 1). Transformational leadership significantly influence the performance of teachers. 2). Motivational leadership is not significant effect on teachers performance3). Competence of teachers significantly influence the performance of teachers. 4). Transformational leadership, motivation and competence of teachers simultaneously affect the performance of teachers. 5). Teacher performance indirectly affect the performance of graduates.

Abstract

This study was conducted to contribute to the development of economic science, especially the promotion mix, the internal environment of individuals, the decision making process, customer loyalty, strategic management, marketing management, human resources management, and economics in general. Research carried out by using the method of survey and explanatory descriptive survey of customers minimarket with the large sample size of 400 people through simple random sampling technique proportionally. The method of analysis is structural equation model (SEM). The conclusion of this study were 1) Performance of the promotion mix used Priangan minimarket in the East Region according to the category of customer perceptions are interesting. 2) The customer's purchase decision based on customer perceptions Priangan minimarket in the East Region are in a strong category. 3) Customer loyalty minimarket in the Eastern Region Priangan based pyramid profitable customer loyalty / provide profit for the company (mini) starts from a client, customer advocate, and partner. 4) Mix of promotions and internal environment of an individual having a relationship (correlation) is positive but low. 5) Mix of campaign and individual internal environment affect customer buying decision process either partially or simultaneously.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was obtained empirical evidences and found the intelligibility of the phenomenon of the effect Capital and Marketing Capabilities and Implications on Performance and Women Welfare Recipient Business Group (KUBE).. The research method used descriptive and verification method. The independent variables were : The influence of Creativity, Innovation, and Skills. Capital Capabilities and Marketing Capabilities (Y2)as intervening variable and the dependent variable was Performance and Welfare. SEM analysis was used to examine the models and hypothesis. The results of this study show that: (1) Creativity, Innovation and Skills simultaneously have a significant and positive impact on the ability of capital, (2) Creativity, Innovation and Skills simultaneously have a significant and positive impact on the ability of marketing, (3) Capital and Capabilities Marketing Capabilities have positive influence on the performance of management KUBE;(4) the performance has positive effect on the welfare of KUBE management.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to obtain empirical evidence and conclusions regarding the influence of organizational culture, leadership of the principal, teacher competence, teacher performance, and competency. The method used explanatory methods, data analysis methods were used to test the hypothesis was path analysis. independent variables of the study are: organizational culture (X1), leadership (X2), and competence (X3), teacher performance (Y) as the intermediate variables and the dependent variable is the competence of graduates (Z). The results of this study show that: (1) organizational culture directly affects the performance of teachers, (2) the principal's leadership directly affects the performance of teachers, (3) the competence of teachers directly influence the performance of teachers, (4) organizational culture, leadership of the principal, and teacher competence simultaneously significant effect on teacher performance, (5) the performance of teachers have a significant effect on graduates' competence.

Abstract

This research employed a sampling technique with a proportional stratified random sampling technique. The analysis method used was descriptive and verivicative methods, beginning with questionnaire spread, data collection, presentation, and analysis, hypothesis test, discussion and finally the making of conclusion and suggestion. The findings of research showed the total of direct and indirect influences of the variables: Education and Training, Managerial Capacity, Occupational Sphere, Entrepreneurship Spirit, Technology Mastering and Informasi on the performance of SOPD head was 73.23 per cent. Meanwhile, the influence of SOPD head’s performance on the employees’ performance was 80.40 per cent. And the extent of the influence of employees’ performance on the satisfaction of public service was 88.30 per cent. The conclusion of the research findings was that the performance of SOPD head was not optimal, so that the performance of the employees was equally not optimal, hence it could not convey satisfaction of service to public maximally.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze and formulate the influence of transformational leadership, psychological empowerment, motivation and work culture of employees working either partially or simultaneously on job satisfaction and organizational commitment, and its implications for the performance of employees in Kandatel West Java. This research uses descriptive method and verifikatif with an emphasis on exploration and interpretation of the results of linkage analysis between variables through a hypothesis testing using path analysis. The data collection questionnaire used assistive devices. Sampling technique used is simple random sampling at each employee Kandatel, Kancatel and STO by the number of samples as many as 360 employees. The results of this study concluded that 1) transformational leadership, psychological empowerment, motivation and work culture of employees working either partially or simultaneously influence job satisfaction and organizational commitment, and 2) job satisfaction and organizational commitment of employees either partially or simultaneously affect the employee's performance Kandatel in West Java. Based on the conclusions found that psychological empowerment transformational leadership, work motivation, work culture, job satisfaction and organizational commitment directly and indirectly influence positively in improving the performance of employees in Kandatel West Java.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to obtain empirical evidence and conclusions regarding the factors affecting nurse job satisfaction which implicatedto the nurse performance in jakarta. Methods of data analysis which used to test the hypothesis was path analysis. The independent variable of the study are: the characteristics of nurse (X1), workplace (X2), enabling environments (X3), and access to information (X4), and the dependent variable is nurse job satisfaction(Y). The results of this study show that: (1) there is a significant effect, either partially or simultaneously from nurse characteristics, work environment, enabling environments, and access to information on nurse job satisfaction in Jakarta, with the amount of influence by 75.59 percent , (2) there is a significant effect of job satisfaction on nurse performance in Jakarta, with the amount of influence at 79.03 percent.
