Abstract

The aim of this research is to know, review and analyze: (1) Visionary Leadership, Entrepreneurship,Managerial Capability, Business Strategy Implementation, and Corporate Performance, (2) The influence ofVisionary Leadership, Entrepreneurship, and Managerial Capability toward Business Strategy Implementation,(3) The influence of Business Strategy Implementation to Corporate Performance. Research method which used is descriptive and verificative, technique sampling used is proportionatecluster random sampling with sample size is 88 respondents. Data analysis method used is path analysis. The result of this research shows that: (1).Visionary Leadership is good enough, (2). Entrepreneurship isgood enough, (3). Managerial Capability is good enough, (4). Business Strategy Implementation is goodenough, (5). Corporate Performance is good enough, (6).The influence of Visionary Leadership,Entrepreneurship and Managerial Capability to Business Strategy Implementation are significant, (7) theinfluence of Business Strategy Implementation to Corporate Performance is significant.

Abstract

This research is expected to provide inputs for decision-makers in setting policies for the improvement offaculty performance, set formulation and Operational measures to improve lectures performance, and is ableto provide the alternative policy of lrctures performence professor who in turn are able to produce qualifiedgraduates. Sampling taken from the research is based on the number of lectures population who one in 3 (three)Maritime high school, which is a lecturer in the School of Maritime (STIP), Maritime Education and TrainingInstitution (BP3IP), and the Maritime Academy Djadajat as much. Furthermore, from a population of lectures isbased on the number of samples taken Solvin technique and obtained the sample of 181 lecturers. Whileusing the Descriptive Research Method Approach, and verifikatif to test the truth of a hypothesis using PathAnalysis (Path Analysis), in order to get the effects of competence, motivation, facilities and budgeting, andtechnology and information to the performance of lecturers, as well as the recent implications for welfare . Theresults showed as a whole, and together the factors that affect the performance of lectures is the condition ofcompetence, motivation, condition of facilities, infrastructure and technology and information simultaneouslyand contribute significantly to the performance of lectures. The great influence of the factors that affect theperformance of sequential lecturers are as follows; factors that have the greatest contribution is the existenceof a motivating factor, then secondly infrastructure conditions, the factor of technology and information and thelast is of the competence of the lectures. The impact of these factors influence the performance of lectures isalso significantly affect to the performance of lectures welfare.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to know the phenomenon and get empirical evidence, and alsoconclusion about the influence of service marketing mix and customer value to satisfaction and it’simplications to local tourist trust on tourist destination area in west java province. This research using descriptive and verification methods. The sampling technique is clustered randomsampling. This research surveyed 400 respondents. Data analysis method of this research usingstructural equation model. The result of this research reveals that: (1) Service marketing mix of tourism in Jawa Barat Province is already integrated. (2) Customer value felt by local tourist in Jawa Barat Province is alreadysuperior. (3) Local tourist satisfaction is not satisfied. (4) Local tourist trust in Jawa Barat province is high. (5)The low of local tourist satisfaction is affected by low of service marketing mix performance and customervalue felt by tourist. (6) Satisfaction is determinant factors to local tourist trust.

Abstract

The objective of this this research is to investigate, analyze, and interpret Transformational Leadership,Work Motivation, and Organizational culture toward Employee satisfaction in English Courses in the regionCiayumajakuning, and also the effect of employee satisfaction on Employee performance in English courses inCiayumajakuning region. The method used in this research is explanatory survey method, a method that is used to connectvariables and test these variables which are examined. Sample used is on 357 employees. The data wasanalysed by SEM (structural equation modeling) to explain the relationships and influence between themanifest variables and confirmatory analysis. In general, the research concludes that: 1) there is positive and significant influence that can becharacterized as partial or simultaneous: the influence of Transformational Leadership, Work motivation andorganizational culture on employee satisfaction. 2) there is positive and significant effect of employeesatisfaction on employee performance in English courses in the Ciayumajakuning region.

Abstract

The purpose of this study to identify, analyze and assess: the influence of organizational structure,employee commitment and understanding of the purpose of operating the company's total productivemaintenance slate pencil group, and total productive maintenance influence on employee performance of thecompany's operations slate pencil group. This research is descriptive and verification. The populations in thisstudy were employees of the company's operations slate pencil, while the unit observer is a staff of about1,868 people with a sample of 317 employees. Analysis of the data using Path Analysis. The results of this study showed that there is a significant effect partially, either directly or indirectlybetween the variables of organizational structure, employee commitment and understanding of the operationalobjectives of the implementation of total productive maintenance. Contributions amount of influence on theorganizational structure of the implementation of total productive maintenance in second place. There is a simultaneous effect between organizational structure, employee commitment andunderstanding of the operational objectives of the implementation of total productive maintenance. Operationobjective understanding of the application of total productive maintenance have the most influence among thethree variables studied and followed by the organizational structure and employee commitment. Influence simultaneously or jointly variable organizational structure, employee commitment, andunderstanding operating purposes of the application of total productive maintenance at 0.616. While theremaining 38.4% is influenced by other variables outside the model is not examined. There is the influence ofthe implementation of total productive maintenance on employee performance of operations with the amountof influence of 73,2% (seventy-three point two) percent. Thus the effect of the implementation of totalproductive maintenance on employee performance of operations is very significant.

Abstract

Internet is not only used to communicate, but also as electronic commerce media or better known as ecommerce (electronic commerce). In e-commerce, the most purchased goods online are fashion products.Therefore, researchers want to know whether the online shopping experience affects customer satisfaction aswell as intention to repurchase. Data collection techniques in this study using questionnaires and other literarysources of other books. After doing the data processing was the result of questionnaire data declared valid andreliable. Furthermore, to know the influence of each variable performed data processing using AMOS 24 byforming SEM model and Path Analysis. From test result of Fit Structural Model Model known all indicator canbe stated fit. And then from the Regression Weight Structural Model test results obtained that the onlineshopping experience affects customer satisfaction, then the online shopping experience affects the intention torepurchase, and satisfaction affects the intention to repurchase.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze: (1) how the condition of situational leadership,organizational culture, team work and organizational performance. (2) how the influence of situationalleadership scale effect on Team Work. (3) how the influence of organizational culture effect on Team Work.(4)how much the Situational Leadership and Organizational Culture influence on Team Work (5) how much theimplications of Team Work on Organizational Performance in Office of County and City of West Java Province.The result showed: (1) Implementation Situational, Leadership, Organization Culture, Team Work andOrganizational Performance accurate on Departments in good classification storey; level.(2) Covariancevariables average Situational Leadership could predictability Situational Leadership of 62.10%, the effect ofpartial structurally Situational Leadership to Team Work of 41.95%. (3) Covariance variable averageOrganizational Culture could predictability Organizational Culture of 76.50%., Organizational Culturestructurally partial effect on Team Work of 30.87%. (4) Situational leadership structurally and CulturalOrganization Team Work simultaneous influence of 72.82%. The remaining balance of 27.18% is the mistakeof excluding variable indicators research (5) Team Work Covariance variables, the average could predictabilitythe Team Work of 81.85%. Team Work partially structurally influence the performance of the Organization of74.38%, the remaining balance of 25.62% is the mistake of the variable indicators outside the study (6)Covariance Organizational Performance variables, the average could affect Organizational performance of76,95%.

Abstract

The aim of this research purpose is to know, to analyze and review (1) visionary leadership, work motivation, lecturer’s competency, work culture, work commitment and lecturer’s performance, (2) The great of influence contribution visionary leadership, work motivation, lecturer’s competency toward work culture and work commitment, (3) The great of influence contribution work culture and commitment toward lecturer’s performance. This research was conducted using descriptive methods and verifycative. The sampling technique used cluster random sampling, with population as much 3.412 lecturer’s and sample number as much 251 respondents. The research has conducted on private colleges in Medan North Sumatera Province. The analysis tool used is the Path Analysis with its calculation use SPSS 20. This research result has shown that: (1) Condition visionary leadership, work motivation, lecturer competency, work culture, work commitment states in high category, except lecture performance in high enough category. (2). Relation closeness of independent variable X1 with X2, and X2 with X3 are having strong relation level, variable X1 with X3 are having strong enough relation level. While highest relation closeness as much 0.652 for variable X1 and X2, and lowering as much 0.514 for variable X1 and X3. Intervening variable relation closeness Y1 with Y2, having stronger relation level that is 0.991. (3). There is significant influence relation from all of independent variables toward work culture, with influence number as much 64.7%. (4). There is significant influence from all of independent variables toward work commitment, with influence number as much 61.3%. (5). There is significant influence from all of intervening variables toward lecture performance, with influence number as much 87.6%.

Abstract

The Purpose of this investigation are to obtain the empirical evidence and to find out the clarity of phenomenon, and the conclusion about the implementation of strategic promotion and the service quality towards the customer value and its implication on the room occupancy rate in the non-star hotels in the area of East Priangan. This investigation result is expected to provide the contribution to the development of management in general and especially in the development of marketing management. The approach used in this investigation is quantitative approach with descriptive and inductive methods, namely to collect, present, analyze, examining the hypotheses, and arranging the conclusions and suggestions. Whereas the conclusions are obtained based on the investigation and data analyze are as follows: 1. The implementation of strategic promotion (pull), strategic promotion (push), and quality service of non-star hotels in the area of East Priangan according to the customer perception in 2010 is good enough. 2. The customer value of non-star hotels in the area of East Priangan according to the customer perception in 2010 is good enough. 3. The occupation level if non-start hotels in the area of East Priangan according to the customer perception in 2010 are good enough. 4. There is simultaneous influence a partial implementation of strategic promotion (pull), strategic promotion (push), and the quality service towards the customer value of non-star hotels in the area of East Priangan. The greatest contribution derives from the implementation of quality service whereas the least contribution derives from the strategic promotion (push). 5. There is an influence of customer value towards the occupancy rate of non-star hotels’ room in the area of East Priangan. The results of this investigation confirm that the implementation of strategic promotion and quality service in forming the customer value is very essential as it can increase the ratio of room occupancy by the customers.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze and give the input of strategy implementation of management, consist of: program, budget, procedure. 1) To analyze the program arrangement and implementation in cultural conservation. 2) To analyze the budgeting arrangement and implementation that stated by the Statement of Governor of West Java. 3) To analyze the procedure between the sector of culture of Regency/City of The tourism and culture departement, the Cultural Community and Stakeholder in the activity. The study used qualitative analysis approach with the single case study. There are 8 (Eight) key informants defined by certain criteria. Those are: The 4 (Four) key informants of Cultural Community as external and the 4 (Four) key informants of Cultural Manager as internal. From the collection and analysis of data and information can be seen that: 1) As guidance and a basis of program arrangement and implementation of cultural conservation, the tourism and culture departement has done the activities according to people expectations. Although there are many cultural product and people expectations and the bounded regulations, The Tourism and culture department of West Java has not been optimal facilitated yet. 2) The method of budgetting arrangement and implementation that stated by the Statement of Governor of West Java is still used as a basis to determine a budget, because the statement of budgetting is not absolutely an authority of The tourism and culture departement. But in order to be optimal, The Statement of Governor of West Java must be specifically separated, that is The Statement of Budgeting and Cultural Management. 3) The procedure has been done between the sector of culture of Regency/City of the Tourism and Cultural Departement, cultural community, and the stakeholder in doing the activities. It has been done according to expectations of the part of cultural community.
