Juremi: Jurnal Riset Ekonomi is a research base journal published by Bajang Institute. The journal published six times per year. This journal started publishes since 2021 In the following year of publication, the journal is going to publish trianually. Authors who want to submit their manuscript to the editorial office of Jurnal Amal should obey the writing guidelines. Every article that goes to the editorial staff will be selected through Desk Review and Initial Manuscript Evaluation processes by Editorial Board. The aim of this journal publication is to disseminate the conceptual thoughts or ideas and research results that have been achieved in the area of community services. All manuscripts submitted to the journal recommended being written in good English or Bahasa Indonesia. The scope and focus is related to research in economics, accounting, management and also economic education studies such as microeconomics, macroeconomics, development studies, behavioral economics, human resource management, finance, leadership management, marketing, accounting and research on education in economical. This journal also publishes articles related to the study of banking, small and medium enterprises, stock market, Islamic economics, Islamic banking, Islamic accounting and other sharia-related economic fields. And also publishes development policy studies. In accordance with its scope, the Juremi: Jurnal Riset Ekonomi welcomes multidisciplinary articles related to economic research, management, accounting, and economic education both conventional and sharia. This journal accepts qualitative research and quantitative research. The journal aims to publish a scientific article from researchers from Indonesia and other countries.

Abstract

Kinerja karyawan merupakan elemen penting yang memengaruhi kesuksesan organisasi, terutama di lembaga keuangan seperti BMT NU Jawa Timur. Kinerja yang optimal mampu meningkatkan produktivitas dan efisiensi organisasi, sehingga penting untuk memahami faktor- faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan secara menyeluruh. Dalam dunia kerja yang kompetitif, organisasi perlu memiliki strategi yang efektif untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawannya. Kombinasi antara pemberian kompensasi yang layak, pemberian motivasi, dan peluang promosi jabatan merupakan beberapa strategi yang umum digunakan. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data kuantitatif dari 60 karyawan sebagai sample. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi berpengaruh positif secara langsung terhadap kinerja karyawan dan kepuasan karyawan.

Abstract

Studi ini bermaksud untuk mengetahui pengaruh digital marketing, word of mouth dan influencer marketing terhadap keputusan pembelian produk kecantikan Ms Glow melalui minat beli. Metode pada riset ini ialah metode kuantitatif dengan data diperoleh melalui kuesioner yang diukur dengan skala likert. Analisis yang dilakukan menggunakan aplikasi SmartPLS Versi 4.1, dengan melibatkan 125 orang di Kota Sumenep sebagai responden. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa variabel digital marketing tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, variabel word of mouth tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, influencer marketing memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Sementara itu, pada variabel digital marketing memiliki pengaruh secara signifikan terhadap minat beli, variabel word of memiliki pengaruh secara signifikan terhadap minat beli, influencer marketing memiliki pengaruh secara signifikan terhadap minat beli. Kemudian, hubungan variabel minat beli dan keputusan pembelian tidak memiliki pengaruh secara signifikan. Serta disisi lain, variabel digital marketing tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian melalui minat beli, variabel word of mouth tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian melalui minat beli, influencer marketing memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian melalui minat beli.

Abstract

Digitalization is considered a necessity in Indonesia considering the lower class society who have difficulty in knowing this policy or remote areas that are not yet adequate in terms of digital signals. However, digital broadcasting must be done to replace analog. Analog cannot continue to be used because every year the number of broadcast channels will continue to increase while the frequency is limited. This study aims to describe a comprehensive new business model and the relationship between each element in the current digital migration through an analysis of the application of media multiplexing and the development of business models in Indonesia. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method. The results of this qualitative method will produce narratives, not numbers, which from the data obtained will be explained again so that they are in accordance with the research topic. The results of this study are that the preparation of a new business model considers aspects of technology, technology standardization, audience accessibility, business growth, and its implications in society. The conclusion of this study states that the broadcasting business model in Indonesia has many types and categories ranging from local, private, community, and other categories.

Abstract

Investasi menjadi salah satu aktivitas strategis dalam mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi, baik bagi perusahaan maupun suatu negara. Salah satu faktor yang sangat penting untuk diperhatikan dalam melakukan investasi yaitu return saham. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari profitabilitas, kebijakan dividen dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap return saham pada perusahaan perbankan khususnya perusahaan yang terdaftar pada Indeks INFOBANK15 yang terdiri dari 15 emiten bank yang memiliki fundamental yang baik dan memiliki likuiditas perdagangan yang tinggi. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari data laporan tahunan dan laporan keuangan perusahaan serta dari website resmi Bursa Efek Indonesia. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sektor properti, real estate, dan konstruksi bangunan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2021-2023. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu statistik deskriptif, Penentuan sampel dilakukan menggunakan metode purposive sampling sedangkan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan software olah data SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan profitabilitas, kebijakan dividen dan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap return saham. Secara parsial kebijakan dividen dan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh positif terhadap harga saham sementara profitabilitas tidak berpengaruh terhadap return saham

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of brand image, product quality, and price on consumer loyalty, with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable in local coffee shops in Jakarta. The research employs a quantitative method with a survey approach. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using path analysis to examine the relationships between variables. The results show that brand image, product quality, and price each have a significant partial effect on customer satisfaction. Additionally, these three variables also directly influence consumer loyalty. Customer satisfaction plays a crucial role in enhancing loyalty and serves as an intervening variable in the relationship between brand image, product quality, and price with consumer loyalty. These findings provide implications for local coffee shop owners and managers in formulating more effective marketing strategies. Improving brand image, maintaining product quality, and offering competitive pricing can enhance customer satisfaction and ultimately strengthen consumer loyalty

Abstract

The management of regional-owned assets must be conducted in a transparent, effective, and accountable manner to provide optimal benefits for governmental operations and public services. One critical aspect of asset management is the disposal procedures, particularly concerning operational vehicles that are no longer functional or productive. This study aims to analyze the implementation of asset disposal procedures for operational vehicles at the Regional Finance and Asset Office (Badan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah – BKAD) of Sumenep Regency, in accordance with the provisions outlined in the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation No. 7 of 2024 on the Management of Regional-Owned Assets. Data collection of this study was carried out using qualitative methods, including in- depth interviews, direct observation, and document analysis. The data were analyzed through Miles and Huberman’s qualitative data analysis framework, which consists of data reduction, data display, verification, and conclusion drawing. The primary data sources were officials from the Asset Division and the Asset Disposal Sub-Division within BKAD of Sumenep Regency. Findings indicate that BKAD Sumenep has implemented asset disposal procedures in compliance with previously established regulations. However, the implementation of the newly issued Minister of Home Affairs Regulation No. 7 of 2024 remains ongoing. Despite progress, several challenges persist, including delays in inter-agency coordination and inadequate updating of the asset information system. To enhance the effectiveness and accountability of the asset disposal procedures, it is recommended to improve human resource competencies and increase the integration of asset information systems

Abstract

The utilization of TikTok has evolved beyond its original function as a social media platform to serve as a digital commerce, including for hotel reservations. While existing studies have explored various factors influencing consumer purchasing behavior on TikTok, a limited research specifically examines the roles of celebrity endorsement, emotional marketing, and brand image in shaping consumers’ intentions to purchase service-based offerings, such as hotel bookings. This study aims to investigate the factors influencing Generation Z’s purchase intention when booking hotels via TikTok Shop. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 125 respondents aged 21 to 25 years in Bali, all of whom had previously made a hotel reservationat one time through TikTok. The analysis using Smart-PLS 3.0 showed that celebrity endorsement, emotional marketing, and brand image significantly impact purchase intention. These findings support the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB). Practically, they offer strategic insights for the hospitality sector, advising companies to: (1) partner with influencers matching their target audience's traits, (2) create emotionally engaging content such as storytelling and testimonials, and (3) maintain a positive and cohesive brand image across all platforms

Abstract

The data collection technique in this research is done by collecting instruments, testing instruments, classical assumption test, regression analysis, while the data analysis techniques used are multiple regression, t test, F test, and determination test. The result of the research is that there is a positive and significant relationship between managerial leadership and work motivation, meaning that the higher and more positive the managerial leadership, the higher and more positive the work motivation of caregivers at the Tahfidz PPPA Daarul Qur'an House in Medan, this means that the variations that occur in the leadership variable managerial, 68.2% and 31.8% are influenced by other factors and can be predicted in increasing work motivation.

Abstract

The problem that often occurs in purchasing raw materials is how to stock up on the right raw materials so as not to incur excess costs embedded in the raw materials and not disrupt the smooth production process. This study aims to determine the number or quantity of economic orders, safety stock, reorder point, and total inventory costs as well as to compare the efficiency of inventory management carried out by the Hikmah Muda Tofu Factory with the EOQ model of inventory management. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative where the data used is in the form of numerical data which is then described and analyzed in the form of sentences. The data used is secondary data in the form of inventory reports related to material prices, material inventory quantities, ordering costs and material inventory storage costs for the 2022 period. The data collection methods used are observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the purchase of raw materials implemented by the company is considered inefficient, because it results in a sizable expenditure of Rp. 3,023,070, whereas with the application of the EOQ method, Hikmah Muda Tofu Factory incurs costs of Rp. 1,609,960.01. By applying the EOQ method you can save costs of Rp 1,413,109.99. These cost savings are obtained from minimizing the total cost of inventory, whereby using the EOQ method will optimize the quantity of purchases to be greater and the frequency of orders to be lower than the policy applied, resulting in savings in ordering costs. The results of this study indicate that the application of the EOQ (Economic Order Quantity) method at the Hikmah Muda Factory is more efficient than using company policy.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pengalaman calon pekerja dalam mengikuti program pelatihan di Loka Latihan Kerja (LLK) Dasan Lekong, Kec. Sukamulia, Kabupaten Lombok Timur, dengan fokus pada transformasi keterampilan teknis yang diperoleh. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan teknik wawancara mendalam terhadap peserta pelatihan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan yang diselenggarakan oleh LLK memiliki pengaruh signifikan dalam meningkatkan keterampilan teknis peserta, yang juga berkontribusi pada peningkatan kepercayaan diri mereka dalam menghadapi dunia kerja maupun kewirausahaan. Namun, beberapa peserta masih mengalami kesulitan dalam memahami materi pelatihan yang bersifat teknis, yang dipengaruhi oleh perbedaan latar belakang pendidikan dan pengalaman kerja. Berdasarkan temuan ini, LLK disarankan untuk meningkatkan metodologi pelatihan dengan memberikan pendampingan yang lebih intensif, agar peserta dari berbagai latar belakang dapat memperoleh manfaat maksimal dari program pelatihan ini.
