Juremi: Jurnal Riset Ekonomi is a research base journal published by Bajang Institute. The journal published six times per year. This journal started publishes since 2021 In the following year of publication, the journal is going to publish trianually. The aim of this journal publication is to disseminate the conceptual thoughts or ideas and research results that have been achieved in the area of community services. All manuscripts submitted to the journal recommended being written in good English or Bahasa Indonesia. The scope and focus is related to research in economics, accounting, management and also economic education studies such as microeconomics, macroeconomics, development studies, behavioral economics, human resource management, finance, leadership management, marketing, accounting and research on education in economical. This journal also publishes articles related to the study of banking, small and medium enterprises, stock market, Islamic economics, Islamic banking, Islamic accounting and other sharia-related economic fields. And also publishes development policy studies. In accordance with its scope, the Juremi: Jurnal Riset Ekonomi welcomes multidisciplinary articles related to economic research, management, accounting, and economic education both conventional and sharia. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze consumer ratings of Medical Check Up services, one of the promotive and preventive efforts that can find early diagnoses so the potential health problems can be dtercterd early in RSUD Kota Bogor. Quantitiative reseach method, primary data with a population of 2.615 dan a sample of 96 using quantitative analysis with a cross-sectional study design approach, collecting data by distributing questionnaires, dimensions of tangible, reability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. Descriptive data analysis, Fishbein analysis, Corelation Analysis Pearson Product Moments. Ther result of the study, 52.08% of service users were women, the most aged 26-35 years weew 36.46%, the most professions werw 35.42% private employees. The results of data analysis show that the relationship between consumer trust and the five dimensions of tangible, reability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy, sostumers stated that the Medical Check Up service at RSUD Kota Bogor was included in the positive category. There is very strong relationship between consumer ratings and consumer trust. The result of this study can be used as a reference to improve the quality of service at RSUD Kota Bogor.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Bank Health Level using the RGEC method, Sustainability Report, and Company Size on Firm Value in state-owned banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2021-2023. The secondary data used includes financial reports and sustainability reports from four state-owned banking companies selected through purposive sampling method. The analysis was carried out using SPSS software with classical assumption tests, descriptive statistical tests, and multiple linear regression. The results showed that Bank Health Level has a negative and insignificant effect on Firm Value, Sustainability Report has a significant positive effect on Firm Value, while Company Size has a negative and insignificant effect on Firm Value.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the strategy for developing blue economy-based fisheries cultivation in Sumbawa District. The research sample was 20 respondents related to aquaculture development strategies. Primary and secondary data are the types of data used in this research, where data is taken by observing and distributing questionnaires directly with respondents or the best experts and obtaining a clear understanding from existing literature. The analysis technique uses the hierarchical process analysis (AHP) method with the help of the expert choice 11 application. The results of this research show that the priority strategy for developing blue economy-based fisheries cultivation in Sumbawa district includes: 1) Establishment of a training and research center to support innovation and improvement capacity of cultivators, 2) Education for the community about the importance of BE and the impact of cultivation practices on the environment, 3) Implementation of biofloc systems, recirculating aquaculture (RAS), or aquaponics to increase efficiency, 4) Availability of access to funding, 5) Utilization of cultivation waste for added value products such as organic fertilizer, 6) Developing regulations to support the implementation of BE

Abstract

Dalam era digital saat ini, chat marketing menjadi salah satu strategi pemasaran yang banyak digunakan oleh pelaku usaha untuk meningkatkan interaksi dengan pelanggan serta mendorong keputusan pembelian. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei, di mana data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada pelanggan CV Achan Sungailiat yang telah berinteraksi melalui chat marketing. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan teknik regresi linear untuk mengetahui sejauh mana chat marketing berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan penjualan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan chat marketing secara signifikan berpengaruh positif terhadap peningkatan penjualan. Faktor-faktor seperti respon cepat, personalisasi pesan, dan kemudahan transaksi melalui chat menjadi aspek utama yang berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan dan volume penjualan. Dengan demikian, penerapan chat marketing dapat dijadikan sebagai strategi pemasaran yang efektif bagi CV Achan Sungailiat dalam meningkatkan daya saing dan profitabilitas perusahaan.

Abstract

Palm oil (CPO) is a commodity of significant strategic value, evidenced by its robust demand and consumption both domestically and internationally. However, unsustainable land conversion practices have led to environmental repercussions, hindering the acceptance of CPO products in sustainable markets. This research aims to: 1) Identify and analyze internal and external factors that represent strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats; 2) Formulate effective marketing strategies; and 3) Establish priority marketing strategies for sustainable palm oil promotion at PT Bio Inti Agrindo. A SWOT analysis is employed to identify the most effective marketing approach. The findings indicate that, based on the Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) and External Factor Evaluation (EFE) matrices, the Internal-External (IE) matrix reveals an IFE score of 3.20 and an EFE score of 2.75, placing the company in cell II (Grow and Build). This positioning suggests that the company is internally strong and reasonably adept at managing external challenges. The recommended strategy emphasizes growth and development through expansion. Furthermore, the Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) analysis yields a Total Attractiveness Score (TAS) of 9 for Strategy 1, 8.6 for Strategy 2, and 8.2 for Strategy 3, leading to the conclusion that the most appropriate strategy is to enhance investment in technology and sustainable innovation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh ekspektasi pendapatan dan motivasi terhadap minat berwirausaha di kalangan mahasiswa Institut Agama Islam Negeri (IAIN) Parepare. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan populasi mahasiswa aktif IAIN Parepare. Sampel sebanyak 100 mahasiswa dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner berbasis skala Likert dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ekspektasi pendapatan (X1) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha dengan nilai t-hitung sebesar 4,226 dan signifikansi 0,000 (< 0,05). Motivasi (X2) juga memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha dengan nilai t-hitung sebesar 6,272 dan signifikansi 0,000 (< 0,05). Secara simultan, ekspektasi pendapatan dan motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa dengan nilai F-hitung sebesar 73,967 dan signifikansi 0,000 (< 0,05).

Abstract

This study examines how the perceived importance of social issues and negative publicity regarding Starbucks' alleged support for Israel in the Gaza conflict affect customer purchase decisions in Manado, Indonesia. A quantitative approach was used, with 100 respondents selected via stratified random sampling. The results show that while the perceived importance of social issues does not significantly impact purchase decisions, negative publicity has a strong and significant influence. Moreover, the combined effect of these factors significantly affects consumer behavior. These findings emphasize the power of negative publicity in shaping purchasing decisions, particularly in contexts involving politically sensitive issues. The study provides insights for businesses on how social and political narratives can influence consumer choices in emerging markets.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of technology has extended to all aspects of life, including ticket reservations, which are now widely available online through e-commerce platforms and official websites. Citilink, as an airline, must continuously consider and develop its online ticket reservation services through its website to remain competitive against numerous competitors. The purpose of this research is to understand the usability of the online reservation system on Citilink's official platform in increasing passenger ticket repurchase intention and to identify the obstacles that influence passengers' willingness to repurchase tickets through Citilink's online reservation system. This study employs a descriptive qualitative research method. Data collection was conducted through interviews and documentation. The data analysis process included data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Based on the findings, it can be concluded that Citilink's online reservation system has significant potential to increase passenger repurchase intention. This potential is supported by features that enhance ease of use, service speed, and the availability of accurate information. However, several obstacles affect repurchase intention, including system disruptions, less competitive pricing, and the lack of effective socialization or promotion efforts by Citilink

Abstract

Banyaknya guru honorer yang hadir setelah kebijakan penghapusan pengangkatan Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) pada para guru yang sudah mengabdi lama dalam dunia pendidikan. Hal ini disebabkan oleh kinerja guru honorer yang kurang optimal akibat rendahnya gaji atau upah yang tidak sebanding dengan dedikasi dan pengabdian mereka dalam mengajar untuk negeri ini. Di sekolah MA Nurul Iman para guru honorer di analisa terkait kinerja dalam melakukan proses pembelajaran. Hal yang dapat di analisa tersebut terkait dengan faktor pendukung dan hambatan yang bisa menjadi berhubungan terhadap kinerja. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kualitatif dengan alasan karena peneliti telah memiliki definisi yang jelas tentang subyek penelitian dalam menggali informasi yang dibutuhkan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan juga menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Hasil yang didapatkan dalam penelitian ini guru honorer di MA Nurul Iman memiliki kinerja yang cukup baik untuk melakukan proses pembelajaran kepada para siswanya. Para guru selalu memiliki cara untuk membuat muridnya paham dengan pelajaran yang disampaikan. Faktor hambatan yang ada untuk para guru honorer merupakan kurangnya gaji atau tunjangan yang bisa menjadi motivasi guru tersebut berkurang. Faktor pendukung terhadap kinerja guru tersebut yaitu dengan media alat dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran yang lengkap. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami kontribusi niat berbagi pengetahuan (KSI) terhadap kinerja inovatif (IP) di sektor jasa kesehatan, serta mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan desain kausal, data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner daring dari 78 tenaga kesehatan di sebuah rumah sakit swasta di Palembang. Hasil analisis regresi linear sederhana menunjukkan hubungan positif dan signifikan antara KSI dan IP, di mana peningkatan KSI beriringan dengan peningkatan IP. Selain itu, wawancara mendalam mengungkapkan perbedaan persepsi antara staf dan supervisor terkait motivasi, hambatan, dan solusi berbagi pengetahuan. Penelitian ini mengimplikasikan perlunya upaya untuk menyelaraskan persepsi dan membangun budaya berbagi pengetahuan yang kuat untuk meningkatkan kinerja inovatif di sektor kesehatan.
