Abstract

This study aims to determine the determination of the work environment, competence, communication on work commitment and job satisfaction as intervening variables. The hypothesis proposed that Work Environment determines Job Satisfaction, Competence determines Job Satisfaction, Communication determines Job Satisfaction, Work Environment determines Work Commitment, Competence determines Work Commitment, Communication determines Work Commitment, Job Satisfaction determines Work Commitment, Work Environment determines Work Commitment through Job Satisfaction, Competence determines work commitment through job satisfaction, communication determines work commitment through job satisfaction. The sample in this study were all employees of the Riau Islands Province Health Service with the status of ASN. The number of samples used is 119 respondents. The data obtained were analyzed using data analysis techniques with the help of AMOS 24.0 software. The results of the study show that the work environment determines job satisfaction. CR value of 3.035 > 2,000 and Probability = 0.002 < 0.05, indicating that the positive determination is significant. Competence on Job Satisfaction CR value of 3,641 > 2,000 and Probability = ***<0.05, indicating that the positive determination is significant. Communication on Job Satisfaction Value of CR = 2.330 > 2,000 and Probability = 0.02 <0.05 indicates that the positive determination is significant. Work Environment on Work Commitment Value of CR -0.144 < 2,000 and Probability 0.886 > 0.05 indicates that the positive determination is not significant. Competence on Work Commitment. CR value 0.190 < 2, 000 and Probability = 0.849 > 0.05 indicates that the positive determination is not significant. Abstract

The aspect of punishment given to Narcotics Addicts is intended to provide treatment (treatment) and improvement (rehabilitation) not just punishment. Because basically narcotics abusers or addicts are perpetrators of narcotics abuse crimes as well as victims of their own actions. the legal arrangement for the application of narcotics rehabilitation through an integrated assessment of narcotics abusers in the Riau Islands (Research Study at the National Narcotics Agency of the Riau Islands Province) has been running as expected, but the facts on the ground still encounter obstacles. , especially in law enforcement. Therefore, it is hoped that law enforcers can carry out their duties optimally so that the obstacles they face can be minimized.

Abstract

Students with positive learning attitudes have an effect on better learning outcomes than students with negative learning attitudes. The formation of negative learning attitudes in students due to digital transformation and shifts in the role of teachers, causing moral and personality degradation of students, lazy to learn and do assignments, passive or inactive in learning, unable to use technology wisely and there is an imbalance or disconnection of the process. learn how to teach. The purpose of this study was to analyze the learning attitudes of students due to digital transformation and shifts in the role of teachers, by focusing on three main components of attitudes, namely cognitive, affective and conative.The method used in this study is a qualitative method with a case study research model that examines students' learning attitudes. The data collection technique used is by observing students, interviewing three students, homeroom teacher, BK teacher and school principal, as well as analyzing documents obtained from schools. The data were analyzed through three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusions or verification.The results of this study indicate that digital transformation and shifting the role of teachers have an impact on students' learning attitudes, namely the formation of positive learning attitudes and negative learning attitudes. Positive learning attitudes are formed from understanding, feelings and tendencies to behave positively towards digital transformation and shifts in the teacher's role, while negative learning attitudes are formed from understanding, feelings and tendencies to behave negatively towards digital transformation and shifting teacher roles. So, it can be concluded that the learning attitude of students is a collection of cognitions that connect with knowledge, affection that connects with feelings or emotions so that it gives rise to a tendency, and connotations that show a behavior or learning habits of students.

Abstract

This research is motivated by a phenomenon that occurs in the UNP Laboratory Development Junior High School, namely the low self-confidence of students. Physical self-concept and parental support are factors that affect students' self-confidence. This study aims to analyze (1) physical self-concept, (2) parental support, (3) self-confidence, (4) the relationship between physical self-concept and student self-confidence, (5) the relationship between parental support and student self-confidence and (6) the relationship between physical self-concept and parental support with student self-confidence. The research method used is quantitative. This type of research is descriptive correlational. The sample of this research was 163 students. Sampling using the Slovin formula and sampling using proportional random sampling technique. The research instrument is a questionnaire with Likert Scale measurements, the data were analyzed by correlational descriptive statistics with the help of SPSS version 20.00. The results showed that (1) the students' physical self-concepts were in the high category, (2) the student's parental support was in the high category, (3) the students' self-confidence was in the high category, (4) there was a positive relationship and significant relationship between physical self-concept and students' self-confidence, (5) there is a positive and significant relationship between parental support and student self-confidence, and (6) there is a positive and significant relationship between physical self-concept and parental support and student self-confidence. So, it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant relationship between physical self-concept and parental support with student self-confidence

Abstract

The construction of the journal topics mentioned above are: "Juridical Analysis of Supervision of Quality System Implementation in Fulfilling Export Requirements for Fishery Products to Realize Legal Protection to the Community (Research Study at the Tanjungpinang KIPM Center)", with the formulation of the problem: "How are the Legal Arrangements, Implementation, Constraint Factors, Barriers and Solutions in the Implementation of a Quality System in Fulfilling Export Requirements for Fishery Products at the Tanjungpinang KIPM Center?. This type of writing uses a descriptive method using a normative approach (legal research) to obtain secondary data and an empirical approach (juridical sociological), to obtain primary data through field research (field research). For the grand theory using positive law theory by John Austin, middle theory uses law enforcement theory proposed by Lawrence M. Friedman and applied theory uses legal compliance theory according to Soerjono, Salman and legal effectiveness theory according to Soerjono Soekanto. The results of the analysis concluded that the supervision of the implementation of the Fishery Product Quality Assurance System/HACCP by the competent authority of Balai KIPM Tanjungpinang was carried out through monitoring the implementation of activities and evaluating the achievements of surveillance activities on the consistency of the implementation of HACCP at UPI in accordance with the surveillance and official control programs.

Abstract

Ensuring the safety and security of shipping in Indonesian waters certainly cannot be separated from the role of the Marine and Coastal Guard Unit in carrying out its functions as a guard and enforcer of laws and regulations at sea and coast, which is the oldest organization in Indonesia that carries out guarding and law enforcement at sea. The history of the Marine and Coastal Guard Unit which began before Indonesia's independence. The problem in this research is how to regulate the legal authority of the Marine and Coast Guard to realize sovereignty, how to implement the authority and what factors are obstacles in exercising the authority to realize the sovereignty of the nation and state. This study uses a descriptive method with the type of normative and sociological research using a normative approach (legal research) to obtain primary data through field research. Shipping in Indonesia refers to Law No. 17 of 2008 and Decree of the Minister of Transportation No. 65 of 2002 concerning the Organization and Work Procedures of Marine and Coast Guard Bases, the authority of the marine and deep coast guarding unit to realize the sovereignty of the nation and state. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of lifestyle, product prices, quality and brand on the interest in buying second branded clothes (a case study on STIE Bina Karya Tebing Tinggi students). this type of research is an associative quantitative research type and distributes questionnaires through a google form platform to respondents who are sampled for this research and then the data is processed using SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) version 25.00. This study used a sample of 34 respondents. Sampling using purposive sampling technique. The test tools used are instrument test, classical assumption test and hypothesis test. From the results of this test, it can be concluded that based on the results of the analysis of the first hypothesis, it can be seen that tcount (0.960) < ttable (2.042), Likewise, with a significance value of 0.345 <0.05, it can be concluded that the first hypothesis is rejected, meaning that the Lifestyle Variable (X1) has no significant effect on Purchase Interest (Y). The second hypothesis can be seen that tcount (2.064) > ttable (2.042), and the significance value is 0.048 <0.05, it can be concluded that the second hypothesis is accepted, meaning that Product Price (X2) has an effect on Purchase Interest (Y). The third hypothesis can be seen that tcount (2.538) > ttable (2.042), and the significance value is 0.017 <0.05, it can be concluded that the third hypothesis is accepted, meaning that Quality (X3) has an effect on Purchase Interest (Y). Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the functions and benefits of urban village social institutions in Tanjungpinang City in order to guarantee and provide legal certainty to the community so that they can be legally accounted for, especially when accountability is in accordance with statutory regulations. The problems in this research are First; functions and benefits of village community institutions in Tanjungpinang City? Second, how are the efforts to supervise village community institutions in Tanjungpinang City? Third; What are the factors constraining the development of village community institutions in Tanjungpinang City. This research uses a descriptive method with the type of empirical or sociological normative research (applied law research) which is basically a merger with a normative approach (legal research), namely legal research regarding the application or implementation of normative legal provisions (codifications, laws or contracts) as a whole. in action on certain legal events that occur in society and in order to obtain primary data through field research (research). Based on the results of the research, it was found that the legal arrangements for Social Institutions were adequate as regulated in the Regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs Number 18 of 2018 concerning Social Institutions and Tanjungpinang City Regional Regulation Number 10 of 2021 concerning Community Institutions. Second, in supervising community institutions to pay more attention to the implementation of duties, functions and obligations in social institutions. Third, the constraints/obstacles on community participation and socialization which should be the government's reference for increasing the welfare of the people in the Kelurahan in particular and in the City of Tanjungpinang in general.

Abstract

The responsible tourism marketing mix strategy must be able to create dimensions of business opportunities (entrepreneurship) for local communities in tourism activities. This study aims to investigate the infleunce of responsible tourism marketing mix on entrepreneur in culinary sector of tourism in Aceh. The multiple regression method was used to analyse data. The approach used in this research are eight elements, namely Product, Partnership, Packaging, Programming, People, Place, Promotion and Price. The results showed that all variables simultaneously affect the entrepreneur in culinary sector of tourism.The most dominant affects is packaging element with 7,918 ≥ 1,985.

Abstract

This journal discusses the global discourse that appeared in local newspapers related to women’s representation. During the New Order era, especially since the 1970s, newspaper advertising experienced rapid growth. In the 1970s, there were three local daily newspapers in Medan; Waspada, Sinar Indonesia Baru, and Analisa. The three daily newspapers displayed various advertisements in their publications. Many advertisements use women to promote their products and services as a means of promotion. Women seemed to have their charm to attract market share. This study wants to explain how women’s representation in these local daily newspaper advertisements in Medan in the 1970s and how women became commodities in advertisements associated with global discourse, especially in terms of appearance. The authors applied the four stages of the historical method to conduct the research, namely heuristics, verification, interpretation, and historiography. The study results show that advertising producers often showcased pictures of beautiful and sexy women and even displayed vulgar words to attract consumers who did not represent local female figures.
