The sampling method in this research used total sampling. Data collection uses a questionnaire. Data analysis used the chi square test. The results of the analysis show that the analysis of the relationship between knowledge and attitudes of mothers of newborns regarding Congenital Hypothyroid Screening (SHK) showed that of the 7 respondents who had good knowledge about SHK, all 7 people (17.1%) had positive attitudes. quite a majority had a positive attitude as many as 18 people (43.9%). Meanwhile, of the 12 respondents who had less knowledge, 8 people (19.5%) had a negative attitude. One effort to increase breast milk production is by improving the quality of food that has a direct effect on milk production, namely katuk leaves. The aim of this research was to determine the effect of giving katuk leaf decoction to post partum mothers to facilitate breast milk. This research is a quantitative type with a pre-experiment design whose design uses the one group pretest-posttest design. The population in this study were 35 post partum mothers of patients at the Novi Lintas Timur Midwife Clinic. The sampling technique is Exhaustic Sampling (total sampling). Data analysis used the Wilcoxon test. The results of the study showed that the flow of breast milk in post partum mothers before and after giving katuk leaves experienced significant changes. The flow of breast milk in postpartum mothers before breastfeeding was 20 people who experienced insufficient breast milk and 15 people who had sufficient breast milk. Then after giving katuk, the smoothness of breast milk increased to 18 people and there were more than 10 people, while the smoothness of breast milk was less than 7 people. The results of statistical tests using the Wilcoxon rank test show that the p-value (0.000) < α (0.05) means that Ho is rejected, so there is a significant effect of giving katuk leaves on increasing breast milk production in post partum mothers.

Childbirth often results in injuries to the perineum, either injuries resulting from vaginal tears or episiotomy, which causes pain in the scar from the birth canal tear. Kegel exercises can restore flexibility to the perineal muscles and Kegel exercises are easy to do and provide relaxation and reduce anxiety and thus the intensity of pain. The aim of this study was to determine the effect of Kegel exercises on perineal wound healing in post partum mothers. The design of this research is quantitative research using a pre-post test design research design approach. The population and sample for this study were 25 post partum mothers at the Novi Midwife Clinic. Data collection uses observation sheets. Data analysis used the Wilcoxon test. The research results showed that the average healing of perineal wounds in postpartum mothers before and after doing Kegel exercises experienced a significant increase, where before doing Kegel exercises the results of observations of perineal wound healing were in moderate and poor conditions, namely 9.48. Meanwhile, after carrying out Kegel exercises, the observation results for perineal wound healing were in good and moderate condition, namely with an average observation of 6.04. The existence of significant changes in perineal wound healing before and after Kegel exercise can be determined using the Wilcoxon test with a value of p= 0.000 (p<0.05). These results prove that Kegel exercise has been proven to be effective in accelerating the healing of perineal wounds in postpartum mothers at the clinic. Abstract

Pain is a part that is always present in the birthing process. The discomfort and pain felt during the labor process is the cause of prolonged labor. Non-pharmacological therapies that can be given to reduce pain include breathing relaxation techniques. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of respiratory relaxation on pain intensity in the first stage of labor at the Atikah Midwife Clinic in 2022. This research is a quantitative research method with a one group pre-test and post-test design. The sample in this study was approximately 10 mothers giving birth at the Atikah Midwife Clinic. The research instrument used was a questionnaire using the numeric rating scale (NRS). The results of the study showed that the intensity of pain in the first stage of labor after being given treatment was lower than the level of pain before being given breathing relaxation techniques, indicated by median values of 3 and 7.5 respectively. Before treatment was given, the highest pain level was a score of 9 (severe pain) and the lowest was a score of 5 (moderate pain). Meanwhile, after being given breathing relaxation technique treatment, the highest level of pain was a score of 6 (moderate pain) and the lowest was a score of 2 (mild pain). The results of statistical tests using the Wilcoxon Test showed that the p value (0.004) < α (0.05) means Ho is rejected, so there is a difference in reducing pain in the first stage of labor before and after the breathing relaxation technique. These results prove that there is a significant effect of respiratory relaxation on reducing pain in the first stage of labor at the Atikah Sipolu-Polu Midwife Clinic, Panyabungan District, Mandailing Natal Regency in 2022. These results prove that breathing relaxation techniques can reduce pain in the first stage of labor.

Qtriangulation, namely triangulation of sources, techniques and time, for validation. Results: Standards for the quantity and quality of goods/services for Hypertension sufferers carried out by Posbindu under the coordination of the Community Health Center are still not optimal, namely the lack of Tensimeters, Application and manual recording and report forms are often late. There are still Community Health Centers that do not have general practitioners, as well as Pustu, Polindes and Village Health Posts that do not have midwives and nurses, especially those in remote areas far from road access.Discussion: Alternative policies for efforts to fulfill the SPM for Hypertension sufferers at Community Health Centers can be carried out in collaboration with cross-sector Village Community Empowerment Agencies through Village funds in order to fulfill Tensimeter equipment for Posbindu activities in villages. Puskesmas and their networks should install high-speed Wi-Fi so that monitoring via WhatsApp groups of people who experience hypertension and Pustu officers can be more disciplined in submitting reports to Puksemas and the Health Service. By adding doctors, at least 2 doctors at each Puskesmas and adding midwives and nurses at Pustu, Polindes and Poskesdes, especially those in remote areas, so that we can provide maximum service to hypertension sufferers.
