Abstract

This study aims to determine whether employee performance affects the physical work environment, work stress and financial compensation, either partially or simultaneously. This research was conducted at PT. Yogama Part Manufacturing with a population of 50 employees. The sampling method used is saturated sampling, which includes all the population as research samples. Data collection techniques include observation, literature study, and distributing questionnaires. The analytical method used is validity, reliability, classical assumption test which includes normality test, multicolinearity, heteroscedasticity, autocorrelation, this analysis method uses multiple regression, namely t and f tests, and coefficient of determination test. Data processing using SPSS 16. The results of the study at the 5% level showed that the physical work environment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance as indicated by the t-count value of 4.409 with a significance of 0.003. Work stress has a positive and significant effect on employee performance as indicated by t count of 4.034 with a significance of 0.000. Financial compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance as indicated by the t value of 4.917 with a significance of 0.000. Physical work environment, work stress and financial compensation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance as indicated by the calculated f value of 28,526 with a significance of 0.000. The value of the coefficient of determination is 0.650, which means that the physical work environment, work stress and financial compensation affect employee performance by 65.0% and the remaining 35.0% is influenced by other variables not examined.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of motivation, work discipline and work environment on employee performance at PT. Anugrah Jaya Retailindo in East Jakarta. The research sample was 60 people and data were collected using a questionnaire questionnaire method. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression test. The results of this study; The data were obtained using a questionnaire instrument and have been tested for validity and reliability. The examiner of this data was analyzed using multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing was carried out by t-test and f-test. The results of the study based on partial testing showed that motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the value of Sig = 0.000 and tcount of 3.888 while ttable = 1.670 because the value of Sig < 0.05 and tcount> ttable then H1 was accepted. Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, obtained the value of Sig = 0.008 and tcount 2.730 while ttable = 1.670 because the value of Sig < 0.05 and tcount> ttable then H2 is accepted. The work environment has no positive and significant effect on employee performance, the value of Sig = 0.876 and tcount 0.157 while ttable = 1.670 because the value of Sig > 0.05 and tcount < ttable then H3 is rejected. Simultaneous testing shows that motivation, work discipline and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Anugrah Jaya Retailindo in East Jakarta.

Abstract

Competition in the business world is getting tougher today. Competition in the development of increasingly sophisticated knowledge anditechnology certainly brings changes to employee discipline. These changes resulted in higher job demands imposed on employees. In this study collected using the method of observation and questionnaires distributed to 87 respondents addressed to employees of Tenma Cikarang. This data collection uses multiple linear analysis to prove the research hypothesis. The data that has met the validity test, reliability test, and classical assumption test are then processed to obtain a regression equation. Based on the results oforesearch and discussion, it can be concluded that work motivation and work disipline affects work productivity, work motivation and work discipline simultaneously affect employee work productivity.

Abstract

The research objective is to explain and describe risk management in minimizing problems that occur in the construction companies. The research method was carried out qualitatively through a literature study approach with the development of theory from W. Brand William about risk management. Data collection techniques with documentation studies. Data processing techniques with condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Data validity technique with source triangulation. The results of the study show: (1) risk management is an effort made by the construction company to manage the risks that the construction company will face or is currently facing. (2) company problems are problems that arise as a result of discrepancies between processes and production results due to negligence in the utilization of the construction company resources. (3) company risk management steps: (a) risk identification, by analyzing and analyzing the characteristics of the problems faced by the company. (b) risk measurement, by measuring how big the problem will be at risk of causing harm to the construction company. (c) risk handling, namely efforts made by the company to accept, reject and fix existing problems with the aim of not causing fatal consequences for the construction company.

Abstract

The objective to be achieved in this study is to determine whether inventory accounting at the Office of the DPRD Secretariat in North Nias Regency is in accordance with PSAP Number 05. Inventories are current assets in the form of goods or equipment to support operational activities in government agencies. A good inventory recording system and in accordance with applicable accounting principles can improve the performance of services carried out by government agencies. This study aims to determine the suitability of Inventory Accounting based on Government Accounting Standards Statement (PSAP) Number 05, which is applied at the North Nias DPRD secretariat office. The data collection techniques used are interviews and observations. The results showed that inventory accounting in the North Nias DPRD secretariat office was mostly in accordance with the Statement of Government Accounting Standards (PSAP) No.05.

Abstract

The reform of government bureaucracy in the realm of Human Resources pertains to the management of the State Civil Apparatus in accordance with their respective competencies. Talent management is a comprehensive human resource management framework that encompasses the processes of employee acquisition, development, retention, and placement. This approach is designed to prioritise those with the greatest potential and highest levels of performance through the utilisation of evaluation techniques. This statement provides justification for the adoption of merit-based systems at both institutional and national levels. The primary objective of this study is to examine the most effective practises in talent management that may be employed to facilitate the career advancement of government officials in Indonesia. The present study employs a qualitative methodology, specifically utilising descriptive techniques. The findings indicate that talent management plays a crucial role in the career development of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN), employing a comprehensive methodology that encompasses a well-coordinated sequence of phases. From the identification of talent to the capture of information, each stage assumes a pivotal role in establishing an environment conducive to the development and optimal utilisation of gifted persons. By effectively incorporating talent, ensuring appropriate placement, conducting thorough assessments and providing appropriate rewards, implementing retention and succession planning, and facilitating knowledge capture, ASN may enhance its organisational development, promote progress, and deliver high-quality public services. By implementing this strategy, organisations not only acknowledge and utilise the capabilities of individuals, but also establish a strong basis for enduring sustainability, innovation, and achievement.

Abstract

One of the technological developments is Financial Technology. Fintech products exist to provide convenience to the community in the form of collective funding. The research aims to see interest in entrepreneurship using crowdfunding. This research analyzes the aspects that influence student interest in investing with crowdfunding securities in realizing Entrepreneurship at the Politeknik Unggul LP3M. Research will look at performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions. Research is important because entrepreneurship is very important to improve. So that university graduates can become job openings. Research using qualitative research. This study used Politeknik Unggul LP3M students for analysis. Research shows that crowdfunding securities technology can facilitate investment choices because it can monitor investment developments anytime and anywhere. Students are not influenced by their surroundings. Students tend to play social media and will invest based on self-belief. With the availability and convenience of technological facilities such as technological facilities, it is easy to obtain information about crowdfunding securities.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the non-optimal performance shown by the employees of the Pharmaceutical Company PT. OTTO Pharmaceutical Industries, HRGA Department. This study aims to examine the effect of work motivation and discipline on employee performance at the Pharmaceutical Company PT. OTTO Pharmaceutical Industries, HRGA Department. The independent variables consist of work motivation and discipline, while the dependent variable is employee performance. This type of research is included in quantitative research, while the research method used is descriptive and verification methods. The research population is all employees of the Pharmaceutical Company PT. OTTO Pharmaceutical Industries, HRGA Department. The sampling technique is non-probability sampling using saturated sampling, so that the number of samples is 38 people. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that work motivation and discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The magnitude of the effect of work motivation and discipline on employee performance is 70.7%.

Abstract

Dermatitis is a disease that often disturbs people's health in tropical countries like Indonesia. The main symptom of dermatitis is itching, which is an irritating skin sensation that stimulates scratching. Treatment of itching is through a pharmacological approach using salycil powder. This research aims to analyze the influence of advertising, quality and brand image of salicyl powder products on brand trust and customer loyalty at PT A questionnaire with a closed question design was used as a research instrument, and a total of 105 respondents were sampled in the research. The multiple linear regression method was used as a data analysis technique, the SPSS 20 for Windows program was used to analyze the data obtained after the research.

Abstract

This study aims to see whether there is an influence between Due Professional Care, Audit Ethics, and Independence on Audit Quality. The data in this study were obtained from distributing questionnaires at the office of the Regional Inspectorate of the Province of NTT. The analytical method used is multiple linear analysis to see the effect between variables. The results of this study indicate that Due Professional Care, Audit Ethics, and Independence have a significant influence on audit quality, with significant values for Due Professional Care of 0.017 , Audit Ethics of 0.030, and Independence of 0.010.
