Abstract

The use of machine learning as an automatic and efficient system for predicting and observing changes in welfare for loan customers approved based on credit scoring, as well as the health of BWM institutions, can increase efficiency in program evaluation. Therefore, the author was interested in conducting a descriptive analysis of the customer profiles of Bank Wakaf Mikro using the 4C approach. In this study, the analysis tools used were descriptive quantitative and qualitative analysis as well as linear regression using the SPSS version 25 program. Based on the results of the research and discussion that has been carried out regarding the descriptive analysis of the customer profiles of Micro Waqf Banks with the 4C approach, it can be concluded that the customer profiles with current financing status which is the target customer of Bank Wakaf Mikro namely female gender, age 36-45 years, minimum education D3, type of side business, length of joining BWM 1-2 years, length of business less than 1 year, number of employees more than 5 people, business license already exists, product license already exists, turnover of more than 2 million rupiah per month, loan amount of more than 250 million rupiah, initial capital of 2.5-5 million rupiah, production pattern with tools, manual packaging techniques, marketing and sales digitally or online, as well as existing and routine financial reports.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect that implementing environmental management accounting has on the rate of product innovation within the textile manufacturing industry. Through a qualitative research approach, this research involves a descriptive analysis approach. In the industrial district of Cilegon City, primary data collection consisted of interviews with players in the textile industry and professionals engaged in the industry. The study's results reveal that the use of environmental management accounting in the fabric industry has provided a positive impetus to the resulting product innovation. When ecological management accounting is implemented, industrial managers gain a more in-depth understanding of managing production activities. It is particularly beneficial for Knitting, Dyeing, and Finishing managers. Nevertheless, there are restrictions to be seen in certain aspects of the industry's specific environmental cost disclosure in its financial reports. Environmental management accounting encourages innovative concepts for industry players, which stimulates the transformation of waste from industrial processes into valuable innovative products. The findings of this study highlight the significance of incorporating the idea of sustainable accounting into the process of driving innovation in the fabric industry sector. It could positively affect both the economy's growth and the environment's state.

Abstract

This study addresses using social media as a targeted marketing approach to promote and advertise products. The emphasis on this aspect becomes significant when utilizing social media as a platform that enables direct and efficient communication with the intended audience. The main objective of this research is to describe the process of planning, implementing, monitoring, and identifying obstacles and solutions implemented through the Instagram social media platform to increase sales volume in the woodcraft home industry sector. This research employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive system. This method permits researchers to understand how Instagram is integrated into woodcraft marketing strategies thoroughly. The results of this study cover two main aspects: First, planning, implementation, and monitoring are implemented as a powerful communication tool to carry out the marketing process. Second, it was found that the obstacles faced included increasing business competition in an increasingly crowded market. The solution found is to increase promotional activities through social media. This study enhances the comprehension of the efficacy of social media platforms, particularly Instagram, as a marketing instrument for augmenting sales within the woodcraft home industry domain. The practical implications of this research can provide guidance for businesses in designing and implementing more careful and effective marketing strategies through social media, as well as overcoming obstacles that may arise in the process.

Abstract

To enhance public services and governance in West Java, the province government may have implemented a number of e-Government initiatives. West Java has built Public Service Centers to provide integrated services and a one-stop shop for citizens, and the government of West Java has adopted the idea of citizen-centric governance to prioritize its citizens' needs, aspirations, and well-being. Sapawarga is an innovative e-government initiative implemented in West Java Province, Indonesia. Adopting a citizen-centric approach in the implementation of e-government can greatly contribute to improving the quality of public services. The implementation of digital services in West Java, Indonesia has had several positive effects on citizens. A citizen-centric approach includes a number of components, including user-centered design, service personalization, multichannel service delivery, transparent information, citizen feedback channels, and continual improvement. The Government of West Java Province's ability to provide high-quality public services can be greatly enhanced by using a citizen-centric approach to implementation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Job Satisfaction, Compensation and Organizational Commitment on Turnover Intention (Study at PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Ambon Branch). Respondents in this study were Bank Danamon Ambon Branch employees with a sample of 34 respondents. This type of research is associative and the data source uses primary data. Data collection techniques using questionnaires through manual questionnaires. The collected data were then analyzed using SPSS software. The results showed that Job Satisfaction has a significant effect on Turnover Intention then Compensation has a significant effect on Turnover Intention. However, other findings state that Organizational Commitment has a significant effect on Turnover Intention. Then the limitations in this study were that the respondents who were involved were only employees of the Ambon Branch of Bank Danamon. For this reason, it is hoped that further research can add other variables and add respondents from other banks.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of product quality and hedonic shopping motives on consumer loyalty for Parissa brand women's clothing products at Robinson Department Store Maluku City Mall. The population in this study was 100 consumers of Parissa brand women's clothing at Robinson Department Store Maluku City Mall. By using Hair calculations, the sample used in this research was 100. The data collection technique was by administering questionnaires to respondents. Data were analyzed using validity, reliability, classical assumption tests, normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests. The data analysis technique used to test the hypothesis is multiple regression. Based on data analysis, the results of this research show that: Product Quality has a significant effect on Consumer Loyalty, as evidenced by the coefficient value of -0.344. The Sig of 0.000 is smaller than 0.05. Hedonic shopping motives have a significant effect on consumer loyalty, as evidenced by a coefficient value of 0.382. A Sig of 0.000 is greater than 0.05.

Abstract

The biggest challenge in facing this new era is how businesses must start over with capital that can be said to be minus the results of business operations that had died during the Covid-19 outbreak. Important points that must be considered to face the new normal phase in business are crisis management, labor, supply chain, tax and trade finance and liquidity, as well as strategy and brand. This study aims to examine the effect of business digitalization, human resources, capital and customer relationship marketing (CRM) competencies on the performance of wedding souvenir craft MSMEs in the New Normal Era. This research includes quantitative research with a survey approach. The population in this study were employees in MSMEs crafting wedding souvenirs in Banjarnegara Regency totaling 42 people spread across 5 MSMEs. The results concluded that both partially and jointly there was a positive and significant effect of business digitalization, human resources, capital and CRM competencies together on the performance of Wedding Souvenir Craft MSMEs in Banjarnegara Regency in the New Normal Era. The variable that has the dominant effect is CRM competence.

Abstract

This research was conducted to examine the application of buying and selling carried out by Dwatch Comal watch dropshippers from the point of view of buying and selling with a salam contract (bai' salam), with this research it is hoped that it can be known how the application of the salam contract buying and selling system in buying and selling, whether it is in accordance with the principles of Islamic shari'a or not. This research uses qualitative research methods and is a field research. The primary data source is Dwatch Company Management and Customers, consisting of Dwatch owners, dropshyper, consumers, and the Shari'ah Supervisory Board. The data validity technique used in this study is the Source Triangulation Technique. The results of his research showed that from the application of buying and selling with the dropship system carried out by agents or dropshippers of Dwatch Comal watches, it was found that if viewed from the point of view of buying and selling using a salam contract (bai' as-salam), the application of dropshipping by Dwatch watch dropshippers was not fully in accordance with buying and selling salam contracts. The discrepancy is in the payment system, sometimes agents or dropshippers allow buyers to make payments at the end or at the time of handover of goods, which in the end if the payment is made at the end, the sale and purchase is not in accordance with the terms of sale and purchase of the salam contract, so that when viewed from the point of view of bai' as-salam, the application of buying and selling requires improvement, mainly in its payment system.

Abstract

Study This is done to know if application of strategic management is influential and significant to performance finances in the company manufacturing, and to know which variable has the most dominant influence on performance in the company manufacturing (Java Region). Population study This is a manufacturing company that uses the purposive sampling method, and those that comply can receive as many as 30 samples. Data used with primary data via the Stock Exchange Indonesian for implementation of strategy management and performance of company finance for the connection between variables, a statistical test was carried out using linear regression with SPSS stone tools. Research results show that application of strategic management against performance company finance manufacture including in category medium Statistical test results found that there is a positive and significant connection between application strategic management and performance company finance manufacturing. As for the variables that have the most dominant influence on the performance of companies manufacturing in Indonesia, profitability Research results This should become input for holder interest in increasing competence perpetrator business in face competition effort.

Abstract

This study aims to 1) find out how much of the influence of the variable quality of human resources in the local government of Barru Regency. 2) find out how much influence the variable level of welfare has on the performance of local government employees in Barru Regency 3) know how much influence the variable work motivation has on the performance of local government employees in Barru Regency .4) find out how much influence the disciplinary variable has on local government employees in Barru Regency .5) find out how much influence the work ethic variable has on the performance of Barru Regency regional government employees. This type of research is quantitative research. Based on the source, the type of data used is primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques used were interviews and documentation. The results of the research based on the F test show that the quality of human resources, the level of welfare, work motivation, discipline and work ethics jointly affect the performance of employees in the Barru Regency regional office. Meanwhile, based on the T test, the welfare level variable did not significantly influence the performance of Barru Regency regional office employees. In the variable quality of human resources, work motivation, discipline, and work ethics have a significant effect where the tcount is greater than the ttable value.
