Abstract

The digital touch in the banking sector is the development of services provided to customers. One form of digital touch made by banks is mobile banking. Customer interest in using mobile banking continues to increase every year and of course this interest is based on several factors. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of ease of use, security, trust and lifestyle on the interest in using mobile banking. This type of research is quantitative research. The object of this research is students who use mobile banking in the city of Malang as many as 221 respondents. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire distribution technique. Data analysis method used through 3 tests, namely instrument test, classical assumption test, and statistical test. The tool used is IBM SPSS Statistics 26. Based on the results of research that has been done, it can be seen that the ease of use and lifestyle variables partially influence the interest in using mobile banking. Meanwhile, the security and trust variables do not partially influence the interest in using mobile banking. However, simultaneously the variables of ease of use, security, trust, and lifestyle influence the interest in using mobile banking.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to examine how Cash on Delivery (COD), Service Quality, Delivery Accuracy, and Trust influence customer decisions when utilizing J&T Expeditions. The research adopts an explanatory approach with a quantitative method, establishing causal relationships between variables. The research model involves hypothesis testing to assess the researcher's proposed theoretical connections. The data used consists of primary and secondary data, gathered from 100 research participants who are consumers of J&T Expeditions. Multiple linear regression analysis is employed as the data analysis technique. The findings indicate that cash on delivery (COD), service quality, delivery accuracy, and trust positively and significantly influence customer decisions to utilize J&T Expeditions.

Abstract

The importance of increasing competence in the use of technology and career development in the context of improving employee performance has become a major concern in the world of work which continues to develop. This study aims to analyze the impact of increasing competence in the use of technology and career development on improving employee performance at the TVRI Palembang City Office. The research method used is a quantitative approach by collecting data through a survey using a Likert questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed through multiple linear regression techniques to examine the relationship between the competency variables for technology use and career development and employee performance. The findings show that career development has a significant positive effect on employee performance, while increasing competence in the use of technology does not have a significant effect on performance. However, the results of the simultaneous analysis show that the two factors together have a significant positive influence on improving employee performance at the TVRI Palembang City Office. In conclusion, improving employee performance in the media environment requires attention to career development and competence in the use of technology in a comprehensive manner.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the effect of organizational culture and work motivation on employee performance at the Tegalwaru Village Office, Cilamaya Wetan District, both partially and simultaneously, using descriptive and quantitative approaches. The number of samples is 79 respondents using a saturated sampling technique (census). Furthermore, the data was analyzed by path analysis (path analysis). The results of the research data analysis obtained the following conclusions: (1) The organizational culture at the Tegalwaru Village Office was good. (2) Work motivation at the Tegalwaru Village Office is good. (3) The performance of employees at the Tegalwaru Village Office is good. (4) There is a very strong correlation between organizational culture and work motivation of 0.829. (5) The influence of organizational culture on employee performance is obtained by sig. (0.000) < α (0.05) and tcount (3.865) > ttable (1.665) then Hodi Rejected, meaning that organizational culture partially affects employee performance. (6) The effect of work motivation on employee performance is sig. (0.000) < α (0.05) and tcount (3.988) > ttable (1.665) then Hodi Rejected, meaning that work motivation partially affects employee performance. (7) The influence of organizational culture and work motivation on employee performance obtained sig. (0.000) <α (0.05) and Fcount (90.017) > Ftable (3.12) then Hodi Rejected, meaning that organizational culture and work motivation simultaneously influence employee performance.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has clearly become a challenge for all sectors to undergo a new normal, including auditors. KAP has made many adjustments during the audit process during the pandemic. This adjustment includes audit procedures, employment, and work culture. Researchers want to know how audit quality is during the Covid-19 pandemic. In this study the researchers positioned themselves as participant observers and conducted observations and interviews with KAP X employees. Researchers observe that during a pandemic, auditors will be vulnerable to audit bias. The researcher succeeded in concluding several audit biases and how the influence of each of these biases affects audit quality and concludes several aspects of the auditor's self, such as the right to disconnect, which can affect audit quality The audit quality factor emphasized in this study is more towards internal factors, namely the auditor himself. The researcher raises the audit bias factor as one aspect that arises from within the auditor.

Abstract

Trends in the beverage industry in Indonesia continue to develop at an increasingly positive and interesting pace to study. Consumers have long-term relationships with food and beverage brands, but are not reluctant to switch when trust declines due to poor product quality, price increases, and irrelevance. Mixue is in the middle of a hyper-competitive market and must be able to gain customer loyalty. This research is expected to be able to reveal the relationship and the significant effects of brand image, brand satisfaction, and brand trust on brand loyalty through the moderator variables of Lovemarks (brand love and brand respect). The approach used is quantitative and causal using online surveys through questionnaires on Google Forms and data processing using SPSS and SmartPLS 3.2.9. Based on the results of data analysis, it was found that there was a significant and positive influence obtained from the relationship between brand image on brand satisfaction and brand trust, brand satisfaction on brand trust, brand satisfaction and brand trust on brand loyalty, and moderation of brand love on brand satisfaction and brand loyalty relationships. . Meanwhile, the moderating effect on the relationship between other variables did not occur significantly. Suggestions from this study are that Mixue Ice Cream and Tea is expected to be able to maintain and strengthen marketing efforts, improve the quality of its products and services, increase emotional bonds and provide pleasant experiences.

Abstract

This research aims to identify the role of leadership in enhancing the performance of employees at PT. Trijaya Putra Perdana. The study was conducted at the address of Jl. Selamat No. 61, Dusun Ciherang RT/RW 001/006, Wadas Village, Teluk Jambe Timur District, Karawang 41361. Various issues and challenges related to performance are faced by the leaders, including difficulties in managing work hours, communication deficiencies, and other aspects. Considering the distinct characteristics of each employee, leaders are required to establish rapport with them to seek solutions to emerging problems, to improve performance. This study employs a qualitative and descriptive approach. The data collection process involves observation, interviews, and documentation. The gathered data is analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. The results of this study indicate that the leadership's role in enhancing employee performance has been executed quite effectively. The leaders possess the ability to run and manage the company, and they also hold responsibility for these tasks

Abstract

This study investigates the importance of the influence of service quality, product attributes, and company reputation on consumer repurchase intentions in a business and marketing context. The aim is to analyze how these factors interact and influence consumer repurchase intention. This research method involves collecting data through surveys of respondents who are consumers from various industrial sectors. Data analysis was performed using a statistical approach and a regression model. The findings show that service quality has a significant effect on consumer repurchase intention, as well as a positive effect on company reputation. In addition, product attributes also have a strong impact on consumer repurchase intentions and have a positive effect on company reputation. Company reputation is proven to have a significant influence on consumer repurchase intention. In conclusion, the factors of service quality, product attributes, and company reputation together play an important role in shaping consumer repurchase intention. These findings provide strategic insights for practitioners in designing marketing strategies that focus on strengthening service quality, attractive product attributes, and a positive company image to increase consumer repurchase interest and maintain a competitive market share.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on the global business order, including in Indonesia. To be able to maintain its existence and continue to grow, companies in Indonesia have implemented several strategic initiatives, including implementing the work from home method. PT. Sepulsa Teknologi Indonesia also implemented the same work method which eventually developed into work from anywhere. The purpose of this study was to analyze how the influence of the application of the WFA work method and the level of work motivation on employee performance. The research was conducted using a quantitative method by distributing questionnaires which were attended by 154 respondents. The results of the study show that the application of the WFA method does not have a significant effect on employee performance but instead provides other benefits in terms of cost efficiency and also time efficiency for both employees and the company. Besides that, the application of the WFA work method has an influence on employee motivation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of recruitment and selection on organizational commitment to employees of PT Gema Kreasi Perdana. Recruitment variables are measured through the basic dimensions of recruitment, recruitment sources and recruitment methods. The selection variable is measured through the dimensions of experience, written tests, interviews, medical tests and job offers. Organizational commitment variables are measured through the dimensions of affective commitment, normative commitment and continuance commitment. Questionnaires were distributed to all staff level employees at PT Gema Kreasi Perdana with 125 questionnaires returned. Data was processed using SPSS software version 25. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between recruitment and organizational commitment with a t value of 2.674. There is a positive and significant influence between selection and organizational commitment with a t value of 6.388. Meanwhile, simultaneously, recruitment and selection have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment with an f value of 65.175.
