Abstract

This research, conducted at the Office of the Regional Library and Archives Agency of Mamuju District, West Sulawesi, examines the factors influencing employee work effectiveness. Two primary independent variables, work environment and organizational culture, were investigated in relation to their impact on employee work effectiveness. The study found that both the work environment and organizational culture have a significant and positive influence on employee work effectiveness. Moreover, when considered simultaneously, these factors exert a substantial impact. The combined effect of the work environment and organizational culture accounts for 72.9% of the variation in employee work effectiveness. These findings emphasize the importance of addressing these factors to enhance employee performance and productivity. They provide valuable insights for organizations seeking to improve work effectiveness among their employees.

Abstract

This study investigates the factors influencing customer deposit decisions at Bank Sulselbar Syariah in Mamuju Regency. Using observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation, the research analyzes the impact of Promotion and Service Quality on customer choices. Results reveal that both variables positively and significantly affect deposit decisions. Effective promotions and high-quality services influence customers to select the bank. Additionally, a simultaneous test demonstrates their combined significant influence. This highlights the importance of coordinated promotional efforts and exceptional service quality in shaping customer decisions. The findings offer practical insights for enhancing marketing strategies and services in the banking sector, fostering customer trust, satisfaction, and increased deposits.

Abstract

This research conducted at the Office of Trade Department in Mamuju Regency aimed to analyze the factors influencing employee performance. The study spanned two months from March to June 2023, involving both qualitative and quantitative data sources. Findings indicate that leadership style, discipline, and motivation significantly impact employee performance. Effective leadership, high discipline levels, and strong work motivation enhance employee performance. Consequently, improving these factors should be a strategic focus for organizations seeking performance enhancement

Abstract

This review examines the financial performance of PT GOTO Tbk, a prominent Indonesian digital technology company formed through the merger of Gojek and Tokopedia. In the context of today's competitive business landscape, mergers have emerged as common strategies for growth and competitiveness. Asian markets, driven by technological demands, have witnessed a surge in mergers aimed at enhancing business strength and achieving various goals, including synergy and strategic advantages. The study evaluates PT GOTO Tbk's financial performance by analyzing key financial metrics such as capital adequacy, liquidity, profitability, and financial ratios, including Current Ratio, Return On Assets, Return On Equity, Debt to Asset Ratio, Net Profit Margin, Total Asset Turnover, and Earnings Per Share. These metrics provide valuable insights into the company's financial health and how it has been affected by the merger. Through a comprehensive analysis, this review seeks to shed light on how mergers can impact a company's financial performance, offering a nuanced understanding of the changes observed in these key financial indicators before and after the merger. Ultimately, the findings contribute to the broader discourse on mergers and their effects on the financial well-being of companies in dynamic markets. In today's competitive business environment, innovation and strategic thinking are essential for a company's survival. Mergers, both internal and external, have become common strategies for growth, particularly in Asian markets driven by technological advancements. These mergers aim to strengthen businesses by achieving synergies, strategic advantages, and improved effectiveness. However, it's important to note that the benefits of mergers may take time to materialize, and they involve challenges and costs, necessitating careful decision-making. Assessing a company's financial health is crucial, and various metrics, such as capital adequacy, liquidity, and profitability, are used for this purpose. Financial ratios, including Current Ratio, Return On Assets, Return On Equity, Debt to Asset Ratio, Net Profit Margin, Total Asset Turnover, and Earnings Per Share, play a vital role in performance evaluation. A case study of PT. GOTO Tbk, a digital technology company resulting from the merger of Gojek and Tokopedia in Indonesia, demonstrates that mergers can have different effects on financial performance depending on specific metrics. This research supports the notion that mergers may have motives beyond enhancing financial performance, potentially aiming to improve human resource performance. The conclusion drawn is that there was no significant difference in PT. Goto Tbk's financial performance before and after the merger, possibly due to increased debt and losses resulting from extensive product diversification at the company.

Abstract

Unemployment in Banten Province become a crucial issue because the needs to fullfill Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) to alleviate the unemployment and the high rate of Banten’s unemployment. The purpose of this study was to determine the significancy of regional minimum wage, economic growth, years of schools, and COVID-19 impacts to open unemployment rate in Banten 2017-2022. This research wiil be analyzed using panel data regression method. The data in this study are secondary data. Hypothesis testing that will be conducted is the linearity test or R-squared, simultaeous significancy test, and partial significancy test. The significance variables that affect the open unemployment rate in Banten are economic growth, means years of school, and COVID-19. We suggest that governement must have government fund aid, remote working, and remote schooling to decrease the impact of future pandemic-like crisis.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the impact of an entrepreneurial growth mindset on entrepreneurial performance by involving technopreneur competencies as a mediator. Quantitative research was conducted with 100 micro sector MSMEs in the Sawangan and Bojongsari areas, Depok City as samples, using the purposive sampling method. Data analysis was carried out using Smart PLS 3.0 software. The results of the SEM PLS analysis show that the entrepreneurial growth mindset has a positive and significant effect on technopreneur competence. However, an entrepreneurial growth mindset does not have a significant direct impact on entrepreneurial performance. On the other hand, technopreneur competence has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial performance, this shows that the level of technopreneur competence plays a role in improving entrepreneurial performance. These results also reveal that the positive impact of an entrepreneurial growth mindset on entrepreneurial performance occurs through the mediator of technopreneurial competence, indicating the important role of technopreneurial competence in linking these two factors.

Abstract

This research aims to determine whether economic knowledge can influence success in building the profession of creative actors. This research is based on distributing questionnaires to the Illustrate creative community, SURABAYA branch. The analysis used is qualitative descriptive with a phenomenological model on the questionnaire answers. Then, the data is processed using the voyant tool instrument. From the research, the result is that artists with basic economic knowledge can sell their artwork.

Abstract

In the present era, digital transformation has become a means of development in the economic and business sectors, including in the field of F&B (Food and Beverage), as well as in SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises) operating in the F&B sector. This research discusses the influence of digital transformation on the marketing performance of F&B products in the Surakarta region. This study employs a quantitative approach and utilizes purposive sampling techniques for data collection. The population of this research consists of F&B SME operators in Surakarta. In this study, Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) is used for data analysis. The results of the analysis conducted using PLS-SEM indicate that Marketing Performance can be influenced by several factors, namely Digital Transformation and BMI (Business Model Innovation), where explorative digital transformation has the most significant impact on Marketing Performance. Therefore, this study answers the fundamental question of whether implementing Digital Transformation will affect the Marketing Performance of every product sold or produced by F&B SME operators, providing evidence that Digital Transformation is a strong antecedent to Marketing Performance.

Abstract

This research intends to investigate the influence of lifestyle and financial literacy on employee financial management. The present study employed quantitative research methodologies to investigate the topic at hand. Surveys were conducted and data was collected through the distribution of questionnaires to a sample of employees working in micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) located in the city of Jayapura. The research sample comprised 100 participants. The data that was gathered was subjected to analysis through the utilisation of regression analysis and hypothesis testing, facilitated by the employment of SPSS tools. The version of Windows being referred to is 25.0. The findings of this study indicate that there exists a noteworthy correlation between lifestyle choices and financial literacy with regards to the management of employees' finances. The adoption of a healthy lifestyle and the attainment of a high degree of financial literacy have been observed to correlate with improved financial management practises. The ramifications of these findings have significant importance for both organisations and individuals seeking to enhance the financial well-being of their employees.

Abstract

Community Development Program is a form of responsibility of State-Owned Enterprises to the community, implemented on the basis of Law No. 19 of 2003 concerning BUMN and Minister of BUMN Regulation Number Per02/MBU/7/2017 which states: the aims and objectives of establishing BUMN are not only to pursue profits but also actively provides guidance and assistance to entrepreneurs from economically weak groups, cooperatives and the community. PT Partnership Program. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Kebun Bah Jambi not only provides partnership loans for working capital and investment with low interest rates, terms and loan guarantees. However, the company also provides assistance in renting business premises and coaching in the form of counseling, training, marketing which aims to grow and improve the abilities of its Foster Partners to become strong and independent businesses. This research aims to analyze the impact of the Partnership and Community Development Program in improving the social economy of the community, find out the management policies of the Partnership and Community Development Program, and find out the goals and objectives of the social economic activities of the PTPN IV Partnership and Community Development Program in Bah Jambi I Village, Simalungun Regency. The method used is qualitative research collected in various ways (observation, interviews, document digests, tape recordings) and usually processed first before being ready for use (through note-taking, typing, editing, or over-writing. The research results show that PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Kebun Bah Jambi has really helped the people of Bah Jambi I Village to be more empowered by increasing family economic income, by providing training, business credit loans with guarantors, namely the employees themselves, so that credit does not go bad. However, there are several of the fostered partners whose businesses it doesn't work, due to the lack of product selling value, people only hope for the assistance provided by the company, the business or business run by the fostered partners has increased even though it's not instantaneous and in business it takes time as well as motivation and expertise in increasing product selling value and marketing so it doesn't work. backward. Along with this, assistance is provided such as natural disaster assistance, grant funds, rental of business premises, scholarships, health, reforestation and others.
