Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of regional finance in Bojonegoro Regency. This study uses three variables, namely, effectiveness, efficiency and economic growth. The data used in this study is secondary data sourced from the Ministry of Finance. The data includes revenue realization, revenue targets, expenditure targets and expenditure realization in Bojonegoro Regency during the 2011-2021 period. This study uses descriptive analysis with quantitative methods. The analytical tool used is table analysis, by comparing the ratio of target revenues/spending with actual receipts/spending. The results of the analysis show that the effectiveness of regional financial management in Bojonegoro Regency for 10 years has continued to increase with an average value that appears to be more than 100%, this shows that the local government can manage finances well. For the level of efficiency in financial management over the last 10 years it has not been efficient because the resulting ratio value is more than 60%, meaning that the resulting performance is less efficient and not good, the government in Bojonegoro Regency needs to improve its performance to achieve effective and efficient finance.

Abstract

Corporate responsibility is highly important for society, and in addition, a firm has to have effective corporate governance in order to earn profits. In order to determine if corporate social responsibility and sound corporate governance have an impact on business performance, this study will look for empirical data in this area. There are 79 elements in the criteria table used by Sembiring (2005) to measure CSR. Take a peek at the results of the Corporate Governance Perception Index (CGPI) to get an idea of the metrics used to measure GCG. The Return on Equity is another metric used to assess a company's success. The sample firms for this study were 34 businesses who participated in the CGPI program, declared CSR in annual reports, and were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the year 2021. The company's annual reports were used as the primary data source for this study. The hypothesis is also tested using multiple linear regression analysis. And according to the study's findings, the CSR and GCG variables have a favorable and substantial impact on corporate performance (ROE).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to better understand how Indonesian Islamic banking companies' assets and financial performance would be measured using profitability ratio analysis between 2018 and 2022. The asset growth rate of Indonesian Islamic banking businesses is estimated in this study using the variables gross profit margin (GPM), net profit margin (NPM), return on investment (ROA), and return on investment (ROE). Pick a side. The data in this study are regularly distributed, according to observations. Both the multicollinearity and normalcy tests turned up no abnormal variables. The autocorrelation test, on the other hand, confirmed that there is autocorrelation. The study's findings, however, can still be used to support multiple linear regression equation models. As the significance level is above 0.05, the findings of this study indicate that neither the gross GPM nor the NPM variables have a significant influence on wealth growth. However, because their significance levels are smaller than 0.05, the variables ROA and ROE have a bigger influence on wealth growth. Because the significance level is smaller than 0.05, all four variables— GPM, NPM,ROA and ROE, are simultaneously significant to wealth growth. if it is a factor. Forecasting skills for the interdependent 19.8% asset variables NPM,ROA and ROE.

Abstract

This research delves into the interplay between financial savvy and mindset, and their impact on financial management practices. The study focuses on students enrolled in the management study program at the Surabaya College of Economics and employs purposive sampling to select participants. The sample size of 39 surveys is determined through the application of the Slovin formula, ensuring a 5% confidence level. Quantitative methodologies, specifically SPSS multiple regression analysis, are employed to analyze the gathered data. The findings of this study reveal that while financial attitudes significantly influence financial management behaviors, financial knowledge does not exhibit a corresponding effect. In essence, individuals' attitudes towards finances play a pivotal role in shaping their financial management practices, whereas the level of financial knowledge alone does not appear to have a direct impact.
