Abstract

This study examines student motivation and academic performance at SMK Perdana 1 in Surabaya, Indonesia. Researcher questionnaires are their main data collection and distribution strategy. Quantitative research was done, and SPSS was used to analyze the data using multiple regression. The data showed that learning discipline and motivation both affect learning achievement.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of product diversity and brand trust on purchasing decisions at UD. Mandiri Topore Building Store in Mamuju Regency. The analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression and statistical tests. The results indicate that both variables, "product diversity" and "brand trust," individually have a significant impact on purchasing decisions. "Product diversity" positively and significantly influences purchasing decisions, suggesting that consumers are more likely to make purchases when they perceive a variety of product choices. Similarly, "brand trust" also has a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions, emphasizing the importance of consumer trust and confidence in the store's brand. Furthermore, the analysis reveals that "brand trust" plays a more dominant role in influencing purchasing decisions compared to "product diversity." This study underscores the importance of building and maintaining brand trust to enhance consumer purchasing decisions in the context of UD. Mandiri Topore Building Store.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of work motivation, leadership style, and workplace facilities on employee performance at Kantor Kecamatan Tobadak. The research employs quantitative methods, including regression analysis, to analyze data collected through questionnaires. The results reveal significant relationships between these variables and employee performance. Work motivation positively impacts employee commitment and effort, while effective leadership fosters a collaborative work environment. Adequate workplace facilities contribute to job satisfaction and productivity. The combined effect of these factors accounts for 39% of the variation in employee performance. These findings underline the importance of a motivated workforce, positive leadership practices, and conducive facilities for enhancing employee performance. Further research could consider additional factors that might influence performance outcomes.

Abstract

This research examined the influence of the promotional mix, including Advertising, Personal Selling, Publicity, and Sales Promotion, on the purchase decisions of CCTV systems at PT. Mitra Manakarra Proteksi in Mamuju District. The study employed quantitative and qualitative data collection methods, with a sample of 50 customers who had purchased CCTV products. The analysis revealed significant positive effects of all four promotional elements on CCTV purchase decisions. Additionally, the coefficient of determination (R2) indicated that 73.00% of the variance in purchase decisions could be explained by these promotional strategies. However, approximately 27.00% of the variance remained unexplained, suggesting the presence of other influencing factors. These findings emphasize the importance of effective promotional strategies in driving customer purchase decisions in the CCTV industry.

Abstract

This research investigates financial management practices at Tapalang Subdistrict Office. Through interviews and documentation analysis, the study examines the source of funds, reception processes, financial management systems, reporting methods, and the use of financial applications. Findings reveal that the organization's funding originates from Mamuju District APBD, with a 10% allocation based on the Budget Implementation Document (DPA). The reception process involves precise calculations, while the financial system relies on the DPA and quarterly cash budgets. Financial reporting employs the General Helper Book (BKU) and integrates data into the regional SIPD application. These insights provide a comprehensive understanding of Tapalang Subdistrict Office's financial operations and contribute to enhancing financial management practices.

Abstract

This study investigates the relationship between Relationship Marketing (RM) and customer satisfaction at PT Pegadaian Mamuju Branch. Analyzing data collected from a sample of 50 customers, the research found a significant correlation (r = 0.332) between RM and customer satisfaction. The results align with Lovelock's view that satisfaction is shaped by customer experiences. While acknowledging the influence of other factors like service quality, this study highlights the crucial role of RM in enhancing customer contentment. The findings suggest that PT Pegadaian's efforts in fostering customer relationships, personalized experiences, and trust have positively impacted satisfaction levels. This underscores the importance of effective RM strategies in fostering loyalty, potential sales growth, and overall business advancement.

The analysis of Cici Catering Food Stall in Mamuju Regency highlights its internal strengths, such as practical presentation of local delicacies, affordable pricing, and consistent flavors, balanced by weaknesses like limited promotion and variety. External opportunities include community favoritism, job creation, and partnerships, while threats encompass emerging competitors, price rivalry, and pandemic-related challenges. The IFAS and EFAS evaluations position the business in SWOT Quadrant 1, indicating a balanced alignment of strengths and opportunities. With a score of 0.74, the conclusion is that Cici Catering Food Stall is a growing enterprise, poised to capitalize on strengths, address weaknesses, seize opportunities, and navigate challenges. Emphasizing innovation, menu expansion, and quality customer experiences will likely drive its ongoing success.

Abstract

This research, conducted at CV. Rajawali Mamasa, aimed to investigate the impact of compensation and leadership styles on employee productivity. The study utilized both primary and secondary data sources, including surveys and direct observations. The findings reveal significant positive effects of compensation and leadership on employee productivity. Specifically, adequate compensation, including salaries, allowances, and incentives, was found to boost employee performance. Moreover, effective leadership styles, such as authoritative, democratic, and participative leadership, were shown to motivate employees to work more efficiently.

Abstract

In this study conducted at Mutiara Family Store in Tasiu, Mamuju District, the impact of promotion strategies and pricing on purchase decisions was examined. The research utilized both quantitative and qualitative data sources, with data collected through observations, interviews, questionnaires, and document analysis. The findings revealed that promotion strategies, including advertising, personal selling, public relations-publicity, and sales promotions, had a positive and significant influence on purchase decisions. Similarly, product pricing, encompassing factors like pricing alignment and perceived value, also exhibited a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions. These results underscore the importance of effective promotional strategies and prudent pricing policies for enhancing customer satisfaction and maximizing sales, offering valuable insights for businesses like Mutiara Family Store in a competitive market.
