Abstract

Inflation is a very crucial indicator for assessing macroeconomic conditions in Indonesia. Its influence is quite significant, it can even influence government policy, especially in macro matters. This research aims to measure the direction and magnitude of the influence of Bank Indonesia Interest Rates, Economic Growth, Money Supply, Exchange Rates, Government Budget Deficit, World Oil Prices, and Government Debt on Inflation in Indonesia during the 2001-2021 period. The data used is secondary data in the form of time series data from 2001-2021, obtained from official sources such as the Central Statistics Agency, Bank Indonesia, World Bank, as well as from the State Revenue and Expenditure Budget. For quantitative analysis, the multiple linear regression analysis method was used with Ordinary Least Square (OLS) as the tool. The results of the research show that Bank Indonesia Interest Rates and World Oil Prices have a positive effect on Inflation, while Economic Growth, Money Supply, Exchange Rates, Government Budget Deficit and Government Debt have no effect on Inflation in Indonesia in 2001-2021.

Abstract

In a digital era marked by burgeoning e-health initiatives, this study explores the pervasive influence of E-service Quality—encompassing Reliability, Efficiency, Fulfillment, Privacy, Responsiveness, and Contact—on the satisfaction of participants in the National Health Insurance (JKN) program. The objective is to quantitatively assess these dimensions' impacts on user satisfaction among Mobile JKN users in Pematangsiantar. Employing a questionnaire as the research instrument, this study scrutinizes the responses of 100 participants using multiple linear regression analysis via SPSS 25. The findings reveal that while Efficiency exerts a significant positive effect on participant satisfaction, Reliability, Fulfillment, and Responsiveness, although positive, are not statistically significant. In contrast, Privacy and Contact do not significantly influence satisfaction. The study underscores the necessity for BPJS Kesehatan to refine the Mobile JKN application's user interface and optimize the mobile app's utility for a seamless user experience, including secure data practices and biometric login features for phone number changes, aligning with national demographic databases. These insights contribute to the strategic enhancement of health insurance services, driving user satisfaction and security in Indonesia's healthcare system.

Abstract

Stunting, as a serious issue hindering the growth and development of children and negatively impacting the quality of human resources, has become a major concern in Central Kupang District, East Nusa Tenggara, which ranks fourth in stunting cases. Oelmasi Village and Noelbaki Village, in particular, face significant challenges with a total of 75 cases of stunted children. These villages also encounter serious economic challenges and limited access to healthcare services. This study aims to analyze the implementation of stunting reduction policies in these two villages and evaluate the utilization of village funds to accelerate stunting reduction. A qualitative research method was used, identifying key informants such as health cadres, PKK (Family Welfare Movement) Chairpersons, and mothers of stunted children, as well as supporting informants such as village heads and treasurers. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The results highlight that the approach adopted still emphasizes treatment over prevention. The total budget allocation for Oelmasi Village is IDR 111,992,000 and for Noelbaki Village is IDR 102,300,000, which is used for programs such as integrated health posts, nutrition education, and incentives for cadres. Although village funds have been allocated for stunting reduction, challenges such as budget constraints and ineffective information distribution hinder program optimization. In conclusion, further efforts are needed to enhance public health literacy and strengthen cooperation between local governments and communities in the prevention and treatment of stunting in Oelnasi and Noelbaki Villages.

Abstract

The waning enthusiasm of the younger generation towards pursuing careers in the agriculture industry is a cause for concern. This situation poses a significant risk to Indonesia's agricultural future, particularly in the realms of economic and food security. We need a plan that utilizes the knowledge and skills of agricultural teachers to gain a deep understanding of the urgent demands of the agriculture industry. Various instructor positions have considerable potential to increase the millennial generation's enthusiasm for agriculture, both as instructors and in spreading knowledge and advancements. Hence, it is imperative to prioritize these positions as a means to foster the millennial generation's enthusiasm for agriculture. The Makmur farmer group in Sawit Seberang actively took part in this study endeavor. A total of 120 samples were utilized. The researchWe employed a quantitative research methodology, employing primary data acquired through the dissemination of pre-designed study questionnaires. The findings indicate that the involvement of extension workers has a beneficial effect on the interests of the millennial cohort of farmers.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a responsive and efficient membership management application for fitness centers using the Extreme Programming (XP) methodology. Challenges in managing memberships at fitness centers include complex registration processes, difficulty tracking payments, and inefficient member data management. The methods used include system requirements analysis involving stakeholders, application design and implementation using XP approaches such as short iterations and continuous testing, and testing and evaluation involving internal teams and fitness center members. The result is an application that integrates essential features such as membership management, class scheduling, payments, member progress reporting, communication, and equipment reservations. Alpha and beta testing and member performance and responsiveness evaluations indicate that this application meets user expectations and enhances operational efficiency at fitness centers. This research contributes to providing a technological solution that improves membership management processes at fitness centers with a responsive and effective approach aligned with XP principles in software development.
