Abstract

Globalization is causing changes, and future challenges signal organizations to always make adaptable adjustments in various aspects. The organization is formed from various perspectives of its critical thinkers, which makes it continue to grow in every movement. The purpose of organizational communication is to facilitate, implement, and smooth the course of the organization. The executive order in the National Trade Union (SPN) is an organization that struggles for workers and workers in appreciating complaints and providing contributions. Internal organizational conflicts begin with disputes and differences in assumptions and perceptions between the board and its members in the trade union organization. Conflicts occur in interpersonal relationships where a person's actions or goals are disrupted, hampered, or hindered by others due to a conflict of interests or needs within the organization. The research that has been developed is by the results of observations in the field using Descriptive Qualitative assessment from each SPN Trade Union Leader (PSP) company. Conflict Management uses an interpersonal communication approach and carries out approach strategies to avoid Conflict in the organization. Efforts and efforts are one key to reflecting on organizational refreshment by using good and effective organizational communication with members, administrators, and the structural organization of the National Trade Union in Serang Regency, which is maintained in a coordinated and effective manner with the SPN Trade Union Leader (PSP) in each Company.

Abstract

The development of audit services in Indonesia is considered to be getting better, accompanied by a positive increase in demand-supply making audit services more attractive to entities as users. This study aims to determine the effect of auditor specialization, tenure, KAP size, time and budget pressure, rotation, and audit fees on audit quality. Data were taken from LQ 45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2012-2018 which were analyzed by logistic regression. This study found that KAP size significantly affects audit quality, while other variables are not proven, and overall all variables simultaneously affect audit quality

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to only examine several factors that affect the level of job satisfaction of BKI employees, namely leadership, compensation, work environment, and work pressure. The population in this study were employees of PT BKI Batam. The method used for sampling is the census method. The sample used in this study is the same as the total population of the study, namely 130 people. This research data was analyzed quantitatively using SEM PLS with Smart PLS version 3.0 tool. The test results using confirmatory factor analysis showed that the research data used were valid and reliable and normally distributed. The results of hypothesis testing indicate that leadership has a significant effect on work pressure; Compensation has a significant effect on work pressure; Work environment has no significant effect on work pressure; Work pressure has a significant effect on job satisfaction; Leadership has a significant effect on job satisfaction; Compensation has no significant effect on job satisfaction; Work environment has no significant effect on job satisfaction; Leadership has a significant effect on job satisfaction through work pressure as an intervening variable; Compensation has a significant effect on job satisfaction through work pressure as an intervening variable; Work environment has no significant effect on job satisfaction through work pressure as an intervening variable. The test results show that the SRMR value is 0.081, which is smaller than 0.100, it can be concluded that the research model is a fit.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product reviews, prices and payment methods on purchasing decisions of Shopee application users partially and simultaneously. This study was conducted to find out empirical evidence of the effect of product reviews, prices and payment methods on purchasing decisions for Shopee application users (study at STIE Muhammadiyah Jakarta). This type of research is causal by using primary data obtained from the results of the questionnaire. The population in this study were all shoppe customers in the STIE Muhammadiyah Jakarta, while the sample used was 100 respondents who were taken using probability sampling with the Lemeshow formula. The data analysis technique used in this study used a questionnaire method, for data processing using SPSS version 26 statistical software. The results of the t test show that partially product reviews, prices and payment methods have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. While simultaneously showing that product reviews, prices and payment methods affect purchasing decisions. Therefore, companies must pay attention to product reviews, prices and payment methods to influence purchasing decisions which will ultimately increase the company's revenue.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of transformational leadership style, transactional leadership and rewards on employee turnover intention at PT. Bakti Putra Nusantara. Primary data is used here, which means that the data obtained is the original data from the source through a questionnaire. Employees of the production division of PT. Bakti Putra Nusantara was used as a sample. This sampling was carried out using a non-probability sampling technique with a conditional sampling technique (purposive sampling) and the number of samples was 182 respondents. The research data was then analyzed using multiple linear analysis to test the magnitude of the influence partially or simultaneously the dependent variable on the independent variable. The results showed that transformational leadership, transactional leadership, and reward simultaneously have an influence on turnover intention with an Adjusted R Square value of 0.423. The results of the partial test found that transformational leadership has a significant negative effect on turnover intention. Transactional leadership partially has a significant negative effect on turnover intention. Reward partially has a significant negative effect on turnover intention.

Abstract

The problem that arises in this study is that the performance of employees before participating in the training has not reached the standard of ability. The use of time in carrying out tasks is less efficient and too time consuming due to a lack of understanding and knowledge about the use of administrative application technology. And also the education level of PT Trio Abadi employees is dominated by the high school level education level. This study aims to determine the differences in employee performance before and after attending training based on the level of education at PT Trio Abadi LPG Rayon Pringsewu. The type of research used in this research is a comparative research type with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all employees of the administration department at PT Trio Abadi LPG who had attended the training totaling 31 people. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling. Thus the sample in this study amounted to 31 people. The data analysis method used is Paired Sample t-test. The results of this study indicate that there are differences in employee performance before attending training and after attending training.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how to improve the quality of human resources based on digital skills, to find out how to improve social media-based marketing on bobbin SMEs and how to encourage increased social media-based networking on bobbin SMEs. The benefits of developing bobbins can reduce craft waste that damages the environment. The research method uses qualitative by collecting data in the form of facts in the field. The results of the study show that digital skills are very helpful and provide benefits for MSME actors in the East Dependent Village, as evidenced by informants who previously used traditional methods in carrying out their business activities and were able to improve the quality of MSME actors in facing competition in the industrial era 4.0. Social media-based marketing is highly felt. the benefits of bobin SMEs by using social media such as Facebook and Instagram to introduce their products and increase the market. The increase in social media-based networking provides more potential to expand business networks and is able to form a community between suppliers and customers. so that networking becomes a component that Bobin SMEs feel the benefits

Abstract

This study aims to find out how electronic word of mouth in encouraging thrift shop trends, to find out how electronic word of mouth in improving thrift shop marketing, and to find out how electronic word of mouth in encouraging shopping interest in thrift products. This study uses qualitative research, in order to find out and provide an overview of the problems that are happening, in qualitative research data collection is obtained from facts obtained in the field. The results show that the thrifting trend is influenced by electronic word of mouth, so that people, especially young people interested in buying the product being sold. and with word of mouth as a strategy that benefits sellers, because they don't have to chase the ball, so they can save time and costs. The use of thrift products is considered a contemporary slang which results in continuous purchasing of thrift products. Marketing through e-commerce to sell thrift products is a phenomenon in itself, it is easy to sell products that they cannot sell directly, only based on photo catalogs on ecoomerce though. Reviews and feedback provided by customers are a very important part to encourage increased sales of informants. Interest in shopping for thrift products is related to the purpose of buying, the result of previous eWOM perceived by customers. Economic conditions that occur to buyers, so they buy their own products. Information obtained through eWOM from customer story updates and postings via social media can encourage customers to be interested in buying

Abstract

Education is important in human life, so the educational process can prepare and produce quality human resources in science and technology (IPTEK). The knowledge gained through the educational process can be used to face the era of globalization, so education becomes a strong foundation for developing a country through quality education. Performance or performance can be interpreted as work performance, implementation, achievement, work results, or performance. Leadership can be interpreted as influencing and directing employees to do the work assigned to them so that employees can perform the performance that their superiors have set. Motivation is a factor whose presence can lead to job satisfaction and increase productivity or individual work results. The population in this study were PAUD/RA teachers in the Pinggir Subdistrict, Bengkalis Regency, Riau Province, amounting to 36 people, so the author used a sample of 30 people. The data in this study were collected using a questionnaire. The questionnaire is a list of questions used as a guide for conducting interviews and Q&A with respondents regarding the leadership of PAUD/RA principals, teacher competence, and improving the quality of education. The research data were analyzed using linear regression analysis. The results showed that leadership and work motivation positively and significantly affected teacher performance. Based on the research, it is known that leadership produces a coefficient of 0.895. Based on the level of closeness of influence, it can be concluded that the influence of the principal's leadership on teacher performance in PAUD/RA teachers in the Pinggir District, Bengkalis Regency, Riau Province is 89.5%, classified as a strong influence. The teacher competence is known that the coefficient is 0.937. Based on the level of closeness of influence, it can be concluded that the influence of competence is 93.7%, classified as very high. As for the magnitude of the influence of the principal's leadership and competence on improving the quality of education, it is known that the correlation coefficient is 0.972. Based on the level of closeness of the influence of the two, 97.2% is classified as a very strong influence. This research implies a significant influence between leadership and teacher competence on improving the quality of PAUD/RA education in the Pinggir District, Bengkalis Regency, Riau Province. This shows that efforts to improve leadership and work motivation of the head of Madrasah Tsanawiyah must always pay attention to these three aspects. In other words, that leadership and work motivation on the performance of PAUD/RA teachers in the Pinggir Subdistrict, Bengkalis Regency, Riau Province must be adjusted and trained for teachers.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Competence on Employee Performance, KPI Achievement Target on Employee Performance, and Competence and KPI Achievement Target on Employee Performance at Bank Mega Syariah Bandar Lampung Branch Office. This research is quantitative descriptive. The population in this study were all employees of Bank Mega Syariah Branch Office Bandar Lampung. The sample of this study amounted to 30 which were determined using the saturated sampling technique. The data collection technique used is the distribution of questionnaires,document recording, and interviews, then the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that Competence partially affects employee performance, KPI Achievement Target partially affects employee performance, and Competence and KPI Achievement Target simultaneously affect employee performance at Bank Mega Syariah KC Bandar Lampung.
