Abstract

This study uses empirical data to evaluate employee performance in terms of their competence, commitment, and work contrinution. 60 employees of PT. Isuindomas Putra, Medan is the population of this study. Quota sampling is the sampling method used, with the entire population serving as the research sample. With a t-statistic value of 4.014 and an overall coefficient of influence of 0.480, the findings indicated that competence had a positive and significant impact on employee performance. With a t-statistic of 0.196 and a total effect coefficient of 0.043, commitment has a positive but not significant  impact on employee performance. With a t-statistic value of 3.088 and an overall coefficient of influence of 0.482, the work contribution has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. The findings of the structural model test also show that employee performance has an adjusted R square value of 0.904, which indicates that competence, commitment, and work contribution can account for 90.4% of employee performance.

Abstract

Marketing communication strategy is important in increasing the productivity of sales of a product and understanding of market conditions that can help business people to increase competition, one of which is by way of promotion. Communication, in terms of marketing, is not only used as a means or tool, but as an integral part of the company's marketing strategy or business people and even the company's mission in general. Just like other business actors, photographers also use marketing communication strategies to market the products and services they offer. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the role of the Creative Economy in Growing the Regional Economy in Ngoro District, Jombang Regency. This type of research is a qualitative field research. Sources of data in this study are primary and secondary. Data collection techniques used are interviews (interviews) and documentation. The data analysis method used is descriptive qualitative method. Checking the validity of the findings using the technique of extending the presence of researchers in the field, in-depth observation, triangulation, peer discussion, and checking members, to check the degree of trust. The results show that 1. There are 12 types of Creative Products in Ngoro District, namely Game Applications and Development, Architectural Creative Industry Sub-sector, Interior Design Creative Industry Sub-sector, Advertising or Advertising, Performing Arts Sub-sector, Photography Creative Industry Sub-sector, Culinary Sub-sector, Crafts Sub-sector , Fashion Sub-sector, Creative Music Industry Sub-sector, Publishing Sub-sector, Television and Radio Sub-sector with a total of 63 industry players and most of them are in the culinary and fashion sub-sector. 2. The role of the creative economy in the economic growth of the Ngoro sub-district can be seen in the income from the Ngoro sub-district which increases every year and the poverty and unemployment rates have decreased

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of work environment on job satisfaction, whether there is an effect of motivation on job satisfaction, and whether there is an effect of job stress on job satisfaction. The sampling method used is non-probability sampling, namely the purposive sampling method with a total sample of 67 people. Data collection techniques include observation, distributing questionnaires and literature study. Using a questionnaire distributed to employees, it has been tested using SPSS 25. The results of the analysis obtained by the researcher using the t-test partially are that the work environment gets a tcount value of 2,553, motivation gets a tcount value of 4,009, and work stress gets a tcount value of 3,690. The results of this study prove that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, and job stress has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT Kyokuyo Industrial Indonesia. Simultaneous f test the effect of work environment, motivation and work stress have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction which is shown from the calculated f of 6.017 with a significance of 0.000. The value of the coefficient of determination is 0.626, which means that the work environment, motivation and job stress affect job satisfaction 62.6% and the remaining 37.4% is influenced by other factors outside the research variables.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze and measure the effect of the Digital Marketing Model on the Online Pay Later System and analyze and measure the effect of Impulsive Buying Behavior on the Online Pay Later System. The population used in this study is the Online Pay Later System Users in the Depok City Region. The sampling technique in this study is the Convinience Sampling technique, data collection by distributing questionnaires to 150 respondents who are willing to fill out the questionnaire. The data that has been collected is processed by the method of multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the Digital Marketing Model has a significantly positive effect on the Online Pay later System, Impulsive Buying Behavior has a significantly positive effect on the Online Pay later System. The implication of this research is that online pay later system providers should provide more detailed information and understanding related to the advantages and risks as well as sanctions in the use of the online pay later system.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the development of marketing technology for today's food and beverage products. This study aims to provide an overview of the most influential forms of marketing to be carried out during the development of Marketplace and E-commerce. This research is quantitative research, by distributing questionnaires to student respondents who are familiar with the current business phenomenon. The results showed that digital marketing and the use of word of mouth (WOM) had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, while face-to-face selling and telemarketing had no significant effect on purchasing decisions. The application of changing promotional strategies from conventional to digital marketing has become a productive way of doing marketing because it has significant positive potential

Abstract

The logistics sector has an important role in increasing competitiveness and strengthening the national economy. However, the performance of Indonesia's logistics system still needs to be improved. To improve this performance, the integration between the national logistics system and multimodal transportation is an urgent matter. This is in view of the important role of multimodal transportation in supporting the performance of the national logistics system. Therefore, this article aims to discuss the urgency of integrating the national logistics system with multimodal transportation in order to increase competitiveness and strengthen the national economy. This study uses a qualitative approach. Data were collected through a literature review from various sources. Data were analyzed using qualitative data analysis techniques. The results show that the performance of the national logistics system that is oriented to synchronization, integration, and collaboration to improve competitiveness needs to be supported by multimodal transportation. The need for adequate maritime connectivity, infrastructure, and information and communication technology in distributing goods in Indonesia makes multimodal transportation meet its urgency to support the performance of the national logistics system. However, in its implementation, multimodal transportation still faces challenges in the form of problems in the integration of infrastructure networks, integration of service networks, as well as coaching and development of multimodal businesses.

Abstract

The study's objective is to evaluate and clarify how the Special Allocation Fund has improved the development of the region's road infrastructure. This study employed secondary data that covered the years 2011 through 2020, and it used the Mixed Method Analysis data analysis technique, which combines qualitative descriptive analysis and quantitative descriptive analysis. The object under study is the result of the Simalungun Regency Government Financial Report on the Special Allocation Fund for Road Infrastructure in Simalungun Regency. The study's findings show that the Special Allocation Fund for Road Infrastructure is Quite Effective in Increasing Road Infrastructure Development in Simalungun Regency because the Special Allocation Fund is the main source of Road Infrastructure Development in Simalungun Regency. In order to achieve quality and sustainable economic growth, the government should give special attention to the development of road infrastructure. Policies that can support road infrastructure development are required to help increase economic growth that can be felt by the community.

Abstract

Riau Islamic University through SIMFOKOM (Information and Computing System), makes an application which is usually called Smart. Smart applications are web-based systems that are used for the online learning process, especially during the Covid-19 period. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of student satisfaction with the quality of the Smart website service. The quality of service used is the ServQual dimension. Sources of data used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained through a questionnaire. Secondary data is used to determine the sample. The sample used was selected randomly. Furthermore, it was analyzed using the consumer satisfaction index and importance performance analysis. The results showed that students were quite satisfied with the Smart website service. This is evidenced by the results of the average level of all indicators of 99.46%.

Abstract

The results show that the recommended chicken supplier from three chicken suppliers based on the score calculated from Pairwise Comparison method is supplier C with a score of 0.4251, followed by supplier B (2nd rank, with a score of 0.2994) and supplier A (3rd rank, with score 0.2755). The recommendation is based on eight criteria: on-time delivery, raw material quality, competitive price, raw material availability, transportation cost, capacity for volume, customer service (communication), and lead time. The Consistency Index (CI)= 0.0416, with a value CI/RI= 0.0295. Since the value of CI/RI is below 0.1, thus the conclusion is that the data consistency is satisfactory.
