Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine how selling aspects like price, place, and promotion influence consumer demand for Nako Cibubur Coffee. This study includes primary and secondary data via questionnaires mailed to 100 participants. Multiple linear regression is the analytical method used. Multiple linear regression analysis demonstrates that pricing has a statistically and practically big positive influence, that location has an effect, and that advertising has an effect on consumers' intentions to make a purchase. Results from this research suggest that Nako Coffee Cibubur's Price, Location, and Promotion may pique the curiosity of customers who already like Nako Coffee because of its quality and taste.

Abstract

The development of agro-tourism is one alternative that can encourage regional economic potential. Pasar Melintang Village has the largest rice field in Lubuk Pakam, Deli Serdang. Village rice fields have the potential to be developed into agro-tourism so that they become a new alternative tourist destination in Deli Serdang. This research aims to formulate agro-tourism strategies and economic strengthening models in agro-tourism development. This research is a qualitative descriptive study, using SWOT analysis to formulate a marketing strategy for rice field agrotourism in Pasar Melintang Village. Partners in this study were 21 people from Mulia farmer groups, community leaders, and related institutions. The result of this research is the need for a diversification strategy of tourism products and participatory management in tourism development models

Abstract

Teacher performance is the output or work results obtained by a teacher in carrying out the duties and responsibilities that have been attached to him. Good teacher performance can be measured through teacher professionalism which consists of mastering the four main competencies, namely professional, pedagogical, personal and social competencies. Pedagogic competence is a competency that must be possessed by a teacher in carrying out his duties and obligations. The research objective was to examine the influence of Competence, Motivation and Work Discipline on Teacher Performance in case studies at the Islamic Center Foundation for Madrasah Tsanawiyah Hifzil Qur'an Medan. The research population consisted of 80 people using saturated sampling. Data collection was carried out using the questionnaire distribution method and processed using the SEM – PLS data application. 3.0.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the following five variables, Leadership Style, Organizational Culture, Competence, Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance. Data analysis with parametric and non-parametric statistics using SEM-PLS. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality on patient satisfaction. As a health service, the ability of Public health centres to meet patient needs can be measured by the level of patient satisfaction. Patient satisfaction is related to health services. A health agency, one of which is a Public health centre, in making efforts to improve the quality of health services, it is necessary to measure patient satisfaction. The research method used is a quantitative survey to determine the effect of service quality variables on patient satisfaction variables. The population in this study were UPTD patients at the Gunungsitoli District Health Center. A regression test using SPSS 22 is used for hypothesis testing. The results showed a significant effect between service quality and patient satisfaction, evidenced by the positive service quality regression coefficient of 0.285. The variables of service quality and patient satisfaction have a significant positive relationship as evidenced by the results of correlation analysis obtained by R of 0.630, which indicates that there is a strong relationship between service quality and patient satisfaction, namely rcount = 0.630 and rtable = 0.279, where obtained 0.630 > 0.279.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture on police performance. Qualified police personnel is certainly related to the performance of police personnel or members. One factor that influences the performance of members in the police institution is organizational culture. The research method used is quantitative, with a survey to determine the influence between organizational culture variables and police performance variables. The population in this study is the Police Personnel of the Nias Police Criminal Investigation Unit. A regression test using SPSS 22 is used for hypothesis testing. The results showed a significant influence between organizational culture and police performance, evidenced by the positive organizational culture regression coefficient of 5.450. In the t-test, the value of t-count > t-table (5,450 > 0.681) means that there is partially a significant influence between organizational culture on police performance in the Nias Police Criminal Investigation Unit. Correlation analysis results obtained R of 0.662, which indicates that there is a strong relationship between organizational culture and police performance, namely rcount = 0.662 and rtable = 0.312, where obtained 0.662> 0.312.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the Leadership variable (X1) and the Motivation variable (X2) on the Employee Performance variable (Y) at the Deputy for Investment and Mining Coordination, Coordinating Ministry for Maritime and Investment of the Republic Of Indonesia. This research uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive study method. Primary data are obtained from a closed questionnaire instrument and assessed using a Likert scale. The data analysis tool used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS version 26 application. The sampling technique used is the sampling technique with the Slovin formula. From a total population of 68 people, 40 people were used as samples. The results showed that the influence of leadership and motivation on employee performance was 71.1%. It shows that 71.1% of Leadership (X1) and Motivation (X2) simultaneously affect Employee Performance (Y), while the remaining 28.9% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. Optimizing the role of leadership and motivation needs to be pursued to improve employee performance so that in the future, it can be even better in improving services to the community.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and partially analyze the effect of job training, independence, and government support factors on the entrepreneurial interest to female jon training participants in UPTD LK Ende. The type of research is associative. The research population is 64 female job training participants. The sampling technique uses saturated sample with a total of 64 female job training participants. Date collection techniques using questionnaires and interviews. Date analysis technique using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that partially the job training factor has a positive and significant effect on the entrepreneurial interest of job training participants at UPTD LK Ende, The independence factor has a positive and significant effect on the entrepreneurial interest of job training participants at UPTD LK Ende

Abstract

This study shows the use of social media which greatly influences impulse buying behavior as an unplanned shopping style, among students. The factors that cause impulse buying are the attitude of spontaneity, excitement and stimulation, synchrony, product animation, satisfaction, and several other factors. The data shows that of the 50 students studied, 39 of them experienced high impulse buying. It is proven by their frequent buying online and without planning. The purpose of this study was to produce a study of consumer behavior, especially impulse buying through social media, especially for STAIN Mandailing Natal students. The method used is descriptive qualitative which describes the condition of impulse buying behavior in students. Data collection techniques are literature study and interviews. Impulse buying behavior also occurs due to stimulation from e-commerce applications that offer interesting goods, resulting in an urge to buy more.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of economic value added and market value added on stock prices. This study uses secondary data, with the research object of mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2020 period. The sample of the observations in this study amounted to 60 which was carried out using a purposive sampling method and processed by multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that economic value added has a positive and significant effect on stock prices and market value added has a positive and significant effect on stock prices.
