Abstract

In the maximum work process, every organization strives to produce the ultimate goal with organizational progress driven by workers in the organization. This progress is driven by the work enthusiasm possessed by members of the organization. Employee morale is also influenced by the relationship between employees, organizational culture and work environment. A good relationship between employees, namely fellow employees, can be a good driver or motivation for other employees regarding producing good work achievements. The physical work environment also fundamentally has an impact on employee morale where the conditions of the work environment that support each job will be able to trigger high morale, in practice the completeness or infrastructure that is qualified and supportive can create a motivation to be able to complete a job with high enthusiasm. Every agency always strives so that the performance of its employees can continue to be improved, for this reason, organizations need to find solutions to develop employee morale. This is important because with work enthusiasm, it will encourage employees to work better and more productively, so that organizational goals can be achieved. In this study, the results obtained from human relations and the physical work environment affect work enthusiasm either partially or simultaneously and have a coefficient of determination of 53% for work enthusiasm influenced by human relations and the physical work environment.

Abstract

This study's objective is to examine the effect of sales volatility, operational cash flow volatility, and debt levels on profit persistence for consumer goods/consumer non-cyclicals manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) between 2017 and 2021. This study's population was comprised of manufacturing firms that traded on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) between 2017 and 2021. 160 businesses were included in the study sample. For data collection, systematic sampling was used. Using multiple linear regression analysis, the data were collected and interpreted. The findings of this study indicate that although sales volatility reduces profit persistence significantly, debt levels increase it significantly. The stability of revenue is unaffected by variation.

Abstract

The cause of the frequent practice of Tax Evasion is the lack of Law Enforcement, therefore the perpetrators feel that the actions they will take are not detected, and if they are detected, it is very likely that the law obtained is relatively light. To reduce the level of Tax Evasion Practices in Indonesia, the role of the government is very important to prevent officials and tax evaders from practicing Tax Evasion for any reason. This research uses a quantitative type of research. The results of this study showed that there was no significant influence between tax evasion conducted by taxpayers , besides that there was a significant influence between tax inspections on tax evasion carried out by taxpayers. Finally, from this study, there is a simultaneous influence between tax inspection and law enforcement on tax evasion at KPP Pratam Batam. The size of the tax evasion carried out by taxpayers is determined by law enforcement and also tax inspections carried out by KPP Pratama Batam.

Abstract

The aims of this studies were analyze and determining the effects of Capital Structure & Profitability on stock prices in pharmaceutical companies on the IDX. In its measurement, the Capital Structure variable uses the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Profitability uses Return On Assets (ROA) and Share Prices use Price Book Value (PBV) calculations. This research used quantitative technique. The research sample used was 5 companies with the 2015-2021 period (7 research periods). Determined the sample of this study is 35 samples. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, by partially the DER has a positive and significant effect on PBV. But ROA has no positive and insignificant effect on PBV. Meanwhile, simultaneously, DER and ROA have a positive and significant effect on PBV.

Abstract

The aims of this studies was to determine the effects of work motivation, competence and placement together on the performance of employees at PT Alfascorpii. This research was conducted using quantitative techniques. The research sample used 165 respondents to all PT Alfascorpii employees in the 2022 period by applying the saturated sample technique. Questionnaires are used as data collection techniques. Based on the result, work motivation, competence, and work placement affect employee performance by 69.7%. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it was found that work motivation, competence, and work placement have a positive and significant effect partially or simultaneously on employee performance at PT AlfascorpII.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of financial ratios, including liquidity ratios, profitability, leverage, activity, and sales growth on financial distress in hotel and tourism sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2021 period. The data used is secondary data in the form of financial statements and annual reports for 2017-2021. Technical data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis. Sampling was carried out by purposive sampling with a total sample of 21 companies from a total population of 33 companies, then the number of observations was 105. The research findings show that liquidity and leverage variables have a significant positive effect on financial distress, profitability variables have a significant negative effect on financial distress, activity variables and sales growth do not have a positive effect on financial distress.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship and influence between Social Media Advertising and Event Marketing on Brand Awareness and its impact on Tenue de Attire's Purchase Intention products. The population in this study were people who followed the official Tenue de Attire account on Instagram. This study uses Path Analysis to measure the relationship and the influence of independent variables with dependent variables. In this study, data was obtained by collecting questionnaires to the population through Direct Messages. The results obtained in this study are, Social Media Advertising and Event Marketing have a significant influence on Brand Awareness and its impact on Tenue de Attire's Purchase Intention products.

Abstract

The Binjai Resort Police (Polres) is one of the state institutions that handles public security issues under the North Sumatra Regional Police (POLDASU), in carrying out their services the police officers are assisted by their civil servants or Civil Servants who are assigned to assist in handling service administration the public at the police station. The results showed that: The variable of spiritual intelligence is the value of tcount- 1,820 > ttable1,692 with a significant 0.000 <0.050, meaning that partially Spiritual Intelligence has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, it can be concluded that hypothesis 1 is accepted. Emotional Intelligence variable value tcount10.460 > ttable1,692 with a significant 0.000 > 0.050, meaning that partially there is influence and significant from Emotional Intelligence on Employee Performance, it can be concluded that hypothesis 1 is accepted. Based on the results of the determination test, the adjusted R square is 0.964, this means that 96.4% of employee performance variations can be explained by the independent variables Spiritual Intelligence and Emotional Intelligence, while the rest (100% - 96.4% = 5.6%) can be explained by other independent variables that are not included. include in this research such as leadership style, work environment and others.

Abstract

The objectives of this study were to find out the positive effect of audit tenure, auditor rotation, KAP size, and auditor independence on audit quality partially and simultaneously in manufacturing companies listed on the IDX and to find out whether audit fees can strengthen or weaken the relationship between audit tenure, auditor rotation, KAP size, auditor independence on audit quality in manufacturing companies listed on the IDX. This study uses an associative method. The data source used is secondary data obtained from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (www.idx.co.id) with 14 samples of manufacturing companies in the food and beverage sector and the observation year for 4 years. The data will be analyzed with the data analysis conducted, it is concluded that testing using the logistic regression method, the results of this study indicate that audit tenure, auditor rotation, KAP size and audit independence have no effect on audit quality and based on testing using the residual test, the results of this study indicate that audit fees are not significant in moderating the relationship between audit tenure, auditor rotation, KAP size and auditor independence on audit quality.

Study This aim For know And analyze influence Entrepreneurial Orientation and Product Innovation towards MSMEs Performance in Villages Sidoarjo District Packaging. This research uses a type of quantitative method. Study This use data primary And secondary Where method collection use questionnaire. Population in study This is perpetrator MSMEs in Village Packaging Regency Sidoarjo amount 35 person. Study This will describe about connection because consequence, so that method This use sample And hypothesis. The data instrument test used in this study is the validity test, reliability test. The technical analysis in this study is linear regression analysis double, coefficient determination (r 2 ) and test hypothesis use test t, And test f. Results from study This in get from analysis regression linear double is Y = 2.878 + 0.375 X1 + 0.253 X2 + 0.563 X3 + e. The t test shows probability significance < 0.05 Which show variable Orientation Entrepreneurship (X 1 ) And Innovation Product (X 2 ) influential significant to MSME Performance in Packaging Village, Sidoarjo Regency. The value of the F test has a value probability significance as big 0.000 < 0.05, Where variable Orientation Entrepreneurship (X 1 ) and Product Innovation (X 2 ) are equally influential significant to Performance MSMEs in Village Packaging Regency Sidoarjo (Y). Conclusion in research This is variable free Orientation Entrepreneurship (X 1 ) And Innovation Product (X 2 ) influential significant to variable bound Performance MSMEs in Village Packaging Regency Sidoarjo (Y). So that hypothesis in research This accepted.
