Abstract

The high level of competition in the pharmaceutical industry that demands to be at the forefront, fastest and best in meeting customer needs, this cannot be separated from the function of the marketing department in the pharmaceutical industry itself to implement marketing strategies that are in accordance with the situation and conditions of the pharmaceutical market. The purpose of this study is the effect of innovation skills and engaged behavior on the performance of medical representatives and their impact on achieving sales targets for PT OPI in the Bekasi area, Cikarang, Karawang. The research method used in this research is quantitative research using SEMPLS. The results of the analysis show that Innovation skills have a positive effect on the performance of Medical Representatives, Engaged behavior has a positive effect on the performance of Medical Representatives, Innovation skills have a positive effect on achieving sales targets for Medical Representatives, Engaged behavior has a positive effect on achieving sales targets for Medical Representatives and Performance of Medical Representatives has a positive effect with the achievement of the sales target of PT OPI.

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to determine specifically examine the quadratic impact of economic growth, consumption of renewable and non-renewable energy, depletion of natural resources, and population levels in all countries in the world which are grouped into 4 income groups namely high-, low-, middle- and upper-income groups. and lower middle. The data used in this study is panel data from all countries in the world for 29 years from 1990 to 2018 with 6 variables. The model has been developed and the instrument used in this research is STATA version 14.  Regression result show that for countries in the low, upper middle and lower middle-income groups, the results are significant for square of economic growth contributes to the increase in the amount of carbon dioxide emissions. Consumption of non-renewable energy for countries in the high- and low-income groups were significant to the amount of carbon dioxide emissions. Consumption of renewable energy in all income groups of countries in the world, the correlation between increased consumption of renewable energy and total carbon dioxide emissions is negative with significant alpha value.  Increasing deforestation has a negative correlation with the amount of carbon emissions. Countries in the high- and low-income groups were found to be significant and countries in the upper and lower middle-income groups were not significant.

Abstract

One of the factors that support the progress of a region is the availability of adequate finance, including Regional Original Income. Regional Original Income comes from several sources, including Regional Taxes. Regional Taxes provide a relatively large contribution to Regional Original Income. Nonetheless, the COVID-19 pandemic has had a substantial influence on the contribution to PAD from municipal taxes. This study attempts to assess the simultaneous and partial impact of the Covid-19 epidemic on Bandung City's Original Revenue (PAD). The Bandung City Tax Office conducts quantitative research employing descriptive and verification techniques. The data were then evaluated using the application EViews-12. All of the components of local taxes examined in this study had a substantial effect in the direction of a positive association with the Regional Original Income of the city of Bandung, as indicated by the results. Additionally, partially only restaurant tax has a significant effect on the direction of a negative relationship between Bandung City Original Revenue and Original Local Revenue, whereas other local tax components have no significant effect on the direction of a positive relationship between Original Local Revenue and Bandung City Original Revenue.

Abstract

This study aims to examine whether there is an effect of liquidity, growth, profitability, company size on the capital structure of consumer goods companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2016-2020. In this study, the population used was consumer goods companies listed on the IDX for the 2016-2020 period. The selection of samples was carried out using purposive sampling and obtained 42 companies as samples. The analytical method used in this research is by using multiple regression analysis model with panel data. The results showed that liquidity and profitability had a significant and negative effect on capital structure. Meanwhile, company size and growth have a significant and positive effect on capital structure.

Abstract

Through the Belt and Road Initiative strategy in the reign of President Xi Jinping, China is currently working toward the goal of becoming a new global power. As part of this effort, China is currently offering a significant amount of investment support to nations in Southeast Asia. Providing this money so that China can establish its dominance in the Southeast Asian region. The purpose of this research is to investigate China's economic diplomacy in the Southeast Asian Region through the policy of the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI). The writers of this study took a qualitative approach and used descriptive methodologies in their research. According to the findings of this study, the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) was initiated by China and has contributed in some way, shape, or form through its rapid funding, encouraging infrastructure connectivity on multiple levels (local, regional, and intercontinental), and encouraging economic, monetary, and trade cooperation in the Southeast Asian region. However, via this cooperation, China will be able to establish its hegemony in that country and will be able to alter the course of other countries who were before cautious and defensive toward the BRI.

Abstract

Technology development today is increasingly rapid in various aspects of human life activities. This allows everyone to access various information easily and quickly through the internet. Technology is also applied to organizations or enterprises for operational effectiveness and efficiency. This study aims to study the influence of digitalization, supply chain management, and technology implementation in the digital supply chain on quality, Productivity, and cost reduction in aspects of operational performance. This research uses quantitative methodology and data from various industries that apply digital supply chains. Data from a survey of 162 respondents were analyzed using the Partial Least Square (PLS)-based SEM method. Research reveals that digitalization, supply chain management, and technology implementation in the digital supply chain positively influence quality, Productivity, and cost reduction in operational performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the strategic management accounting model for MSME sustainability. This research is a type of quantitative research. This study analyzes the factors that influence strategic management accounting for MSME sustainability. The population in this study was Bandung City SMEs with a sample of 98 people. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, documentation. While the data analysis technique is using SMARTPLS. The results of the study show that the owner's characteristics have a significant and significant effect on the strategic management accounting of MSMEs in Bandung city, while market orientation, business size and accountant participation in strategy formulation have an effect on and not significantly on the strategic management accounting of MSMEs in Bandung city.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of trust, brand image, and security on ticket buying interest on the Tokopedia site (a case study of UST Yogyakarta students). The population in this study used students of the economics faculty majoring in accounting and management at Bachelor of Science Tamansiswa University Yogyakarta. The type of data in this study uses quantitative data types. The sample method in this study is non-probability and the sampling technique uses purposive sampling. The results of the research simultaneously show a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, which can be concluded that the variables of trust, brand image, and security simultaneously or together have an effect on purchase intention. While the results of the research are partially from each variable, there are 2 variables that do not affect, namely the trust variable with a significant value of 0.653> 0.05, it can be concluded that trust has no effect on purchase intention and the security variable with a significant value of 0.070> 0.05 can be concluded that security has no effect on purchase intention. While the brand image variable has a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, it can be concluded that brand image has an effect on purchase intention.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of capital adequacy and credit risk on financial performance in moderation of the growth of third-party funds. The population in this study is the banking sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2016 to 2022 based on the purposive sampling technique, 16 companies were obtained. In this study using moderation regression analysis. The results of this study are that capital adequacy does not affect financial performance, credit risk has a negative effect on financial performance, the growth of third-party funds cannot moderate the effect of capital adequacy and credit risk on financial performance.
