Abstract

The development of beauty and aesthetic service practices began with the practice of beauty salons and then developed into a medical action service in the field of beauty and aesthetics. Medical action in the field of beauty and aesthetics is different from medical services in general, in the legal procedures of health services, the patient's desire for beauty and aesthetic actions. That relating to the fulfillment and proof of the elements of guilt in medical crimes has its own characteristics with other criminal cases. It is necessary to regulate the competence of medical personnel who have clinical authority in the field of beauty and aesthetics so that the regulation of this authority provides protection and legal certainty for the community. Furthermore, in the service of medical actions in the field of beauty and aesthetics, legal reforms must also be carried out relating to surgical actions in the field of beauty and aesthetics that can change a person's identity.

This study examines how marketing assistance manages inquiry boobking and social media e-blasts. Inquiry booking record management manages potential clients. Marketing assistance can help manage inquiry booking records by recording and processing inquiries swiftly, following up on unanswered inquiries, and giving accurate and up-to-date reports for each inquiry booking. Popular email and social media e-blasts market products and services. Today's competitive business environment requires marketing support for enquiry bookings and social media e-blasts. Inquiry booking management and social media e-blast campaigns can boost a company's revenue. Social media e-blast strategy, implementation, and evaluation necessitate marketing support. Marketing support may help determine the right audience, generate compelling content, and choose the ideal social media platform for social media e-blast campaign design. Marketing support can help organize regular e-blasts to build brand trust. The study examines marketing support's importance in the company. Abstract

Indonesia is one of the countries that still needs to develop its economic potential in order to continue to compete in the global market. However, the pandemic has made it difficult for the majority of MSMEs to adapt to the 'new normal'. As many as 82.9% of Indonesian MSMEs have experienced the negative impact of the pandemic. On average, these negative impacts are caused by the inability of MSME actors to make changes quickly to adapt to this pandemic situation. Therefore, it is important to carry out economic digitalization of the MSME sector in Indonesia. This paper will be based on the research question "how can the role of government support MSMEs in order to increase competitiveness in contemporary global value chains?". These questions will be answered using a descriptive qualitative approach using the library study method. The findings show that the Indonesian government has formulated a National Digital Economy Standard (SNED) which contains research, development, education and financing. If complied with comprehensively, MSMEs will be able to increase business capabilities and maintain a competitive advantage over local and international business competitors such as Erigo. Even so, there are still many MSMEs that are reluctant or unable to make the transition to digital business so the government must emphasize its role more deeply, especially to face the opening of the Indonesian market to foreign players.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the beef cattle business income and its contribution in running the beef cattle rearing business in farmer families in Simalungun Regency. The research method was carried out by survey and taking 30 samples by purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used is I = TR - TC where the cattle breeder business is included in the mix farming category and its contribution can reach 33% of the farmer's family income. In carrying out the research stages carried out such as identification of beef cattle maintenance, analyzing beef cattle business income and identification of business scale. The results of the research show that income from agriculture comes from income from working in agriculture, for example being an employee in a palm oil plantation, from paddy fields, yard and garden products, and those related to agriculture in a broad sense. In this study, most of the breeders were working on oil palm plantations and some came from plantations. The contribution to the total income of the farmer's family is 42%, and it is quite large because the farmer's income comes from beef cattle. This business is included in the category of Mixed Business Scale (Mix farming) income from livestock is 30% -70%, meaning that even though the income is not fully from raising beef cattle, the income of the livestock group is already dominant from beef cattle business activities. Beef Cattle Farming Business in Simalungun has prospects for development based on the contribution obtained by 33% of the total income of the whole farming family.

Abstract

Tourism is the largest form of industry in the world, besides that tourism also contributes a lot to the development of the world's economic sector. This can be measured through the country's foreign exchange earnings which have increased more than before, business development, infrastructure, and not only that, tourist attractions can also become jobs for others. This study aims to examine the satisfaction felt by visitors to Lon Beach Malang towards natural tourist attractions. This study uses two variables, namely expectations and performance. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative using data analysis techniques CSI (Consumers Satisfaction Index). The source of data used in this study is primary data in the form of direct interviews with sources, namely visitors to Lon Beach Malang who are being used as goals in this study. The results obtained in the form of results from the calculation of the visitor satisfaction index obtained a result of 74%. These results are between the scale range 0.66 - 0.80.

Abstract

The study aims  to examine the   effect of Good Corporate Governance, Leverage and company size on  profit management in manufacturing sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017 – 2021.  This research is a quantitative study with a data collection method  using purposive sampling to obtain results that match  the  criteria.  Based on the predetermined criteria, a total sample  of  23 companies with a  research period of 5 years was obtained,  so that 115 samples were obtained.  However, there were 38 outlier data in this study, bringing the sample tested to 77 samples. This study used SPSS 25 in analyzing the data.  The results of  this study show that  managerial ownership  affects profit management  , while institutional ownership and an independent board of commissioners have no effect on profit management. These three variables are variants used to test Good Corporate Governance.  Furthermore, the variable leverage has a positive and significant effect on profit management and the  size of the  company has a negative and significant effect   on profit  management.  Also obtained,  managerial ownership,  institutional ownership, independent  board of commissioners, leverage and size  The company    exerts an influence on  profit management.

Abstract

Tax is one of the biggest revenues of a country. The increase in tax revenue every year is always changing. This study aims to determine the effect of tax socialization and the effectiveness of e-filling implementation on compliance of personal taxpayers registered at KPP Pratama Batam Selatan either partially or simultaneously. The method in this research is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The population taken in this study were individual taxpayers registered at the South Batam Primary Tax Service Office, Batam city, Riau Islands Province which amounted to 353,613 taxpayers in 2021. The sample taken in this study was 100 taxpayers where the existing taxpayers were calculated using the Slovin formula. The level of taxpayer compliance in Batam city has not been maximized due to taxpayers who have not reported their taxes. The government creates easy steps for taxpayers to report taxes by using e-filling. With the use of e-filling, it is expected to increase taxpayer compliance in the city of Batam. The results of the research with the tests carried out explain that: 1) tax socialization has no significant effect on taxpayer compliance, 2) the effectiveness of the application of e-filling has a significant effect on taxpayer compliance, 3) tax socialization and the effectiveness of the application of e-filling simultaneously affect taxpayer compliance, where the coefficient of determination (R2) is 29.1% and the remaining 71.9% is influenced by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

Regional Original Revenue. The central government gives authority to regional governments to manage, promote, and also expand local tax collection in order to create regions that are independent and responsible without relying on the central government. The purpose of this study was to examine the effectiveness and contribution of local taxes to the local revenue of Batam City in 2017-2021. The data analysis method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive analysis method. Quantitative descriptive analysis method is an analytical method that uses financial data calculations to answer problems that are relevant to the research objectives. The level of effectiveness of local taxes in 2017 was 74.13% in the less effective category. In 2018, the level of effectiveness of local taxes was 87.10% in the category of quite effective. In 2019, the level of effectiveness of local taxes was 88.16% in the category of quite effective. In 2020, the level of effectiveness of local taxes is 61.69% in the less effective category. And in 2021, the local tax effectiveness rate is 68.90%. The average local tax contribution in 2017-2021 is 74.91% in the very good category. Regional tax contribution in 2017 was 69.25%. In 2018, local tax contribution was 79.05%. Meanwhile, the regional tax contribution in 2019 was 82.16%. And in 2020 the local tax contribution is 72.81%. And in 2021 the regional tax contribution rate is 71.27%. The average analysis of the effectiveness of local taxes on local revenue for 2017-2021 is 75.99% in the less effective category. And the average analysis of the contribution to local revenue is 74.91% in the very good category.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of location, service quality, and price perceptions on customer satisfaction in Kendal's SBR AC/AUDIO workshop. The method used is a quantitative research method. The population in this study were all consumers who had Kendal AC/AUDIO repair services. The number of samples is 72 respondents determined by accidental sampling technique. The data analyzed were primary data collected by questionnaire and processed using SPSS version 22. Based on data processing, the following results were obtained: The instrument was declared valid and reliable. The results of the test for the coefficient of determination (R2) show that the ability of the independent variables to explain the dependent variable is 0.849 percent. The results of the t test show that the location variable has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, service quality has no significant effect on customer satisfaction, and price perceptions have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. The results of the regression coefficients of all independent variables were positive. Thus the results of the study indicate that location and price perceptions have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction. And service quality is not significant to customer satisfaction.

Abstract

More and more coffee shops are opening in Indonesia, especially in Semarang. To obtain satisfaction and the likelihood of repurchasing intents from the diverse customer perspectives about how the company's reputation and their own shopping experience pan out. This study examines how company image and customer experience affect consumer satisfaction and repurchase intentions. Purposive sampling was used as the method for gathering samples for this investigation. By handing out questionnaires that are scored on a Likert scale, a selection of 100 responders is obtained. Multiple linear regression analysis will be used to examine the data that has been collected. According to the study, corporate image and customer experience variables positively and significantly influenced contentment, whereas the satisfaction variable positively and significantly influenced repurchase intention.
