Abstract

Every business unit wants high productivity because from that each business unit pays enough attention to the level of business productivity. Productivity is influenced by several factors, including motivation and work environment. This study aims to determine the direct influence between motivation and work environment on employee productivity and the indirect influence between motivation and work environment on employee productivity. This research was conducted at PT XYZ in Karawang Regency. The total sample taken was 150 respondents/employees from 240 existing populations. Data collection in this study was carried out through observation and questionnaires/questionnaires / written interviews. The data analysis technique carried out in this study was by path analysis of the application program using SPSS 26.0. Based on the results of the analysis found: 1). There is a correlation between the motivation variable (X1) and the work environment (X2) and has a fairly strong relationship. 2). The partial influence of the motivation variable (X1) on employee productivity (Y). 3). There is a partial influence of work environment variables (X2) on employee productivity (Y). 4). There is a significant simultaneous influence between motivation (X1) and work environment (X2) on employee productivity (Y).

Abstract

Through its website, Universitas Jambi Library (UNJA Library) should be able to provide information on how to access its E-resources. By fulfilling the guidance information, it is hoped that it will be able to provide industry-based services 4.0, one way is to make a video manual on procedures for using the UNJA library website's E-resources. This was made with the aim that information access activities for all users can be distributed properly and run effectively and efficiently. Many users do not understand how to use the Jambi University library's e-resources. Because this will definitely affect library e-resources, the researcher developed a video-based web-based E-Resources Usage Procedure Manual for using digital libraries at the Jambi University library. The subjects in this study were Jambi University users. This development research procedure refers to the Trollip & Alessi model. To assess the product being developed, a validation test was applied by media experts, material experts, user response questionnaires and to see an increase in knowledge in the use of Jambi University library e-resources.

Abstract

Small medium enterprise businesses in Indonesia have one of the biggest contributions for its economic buoyancy, where 99 percent of the total business players are coming from this quadrant and the amount of working force absorption capacity is almost reaching 120 million workers. This amount keeps growing as well, with the help from unprecedented utilization of digital breakthroughs called social media. Despite this positive momentum, many small medium enterprise businesses struggled to grow due the fact they still lack the knowledge of digital marketing to promote their product efficiently. This qualitative research observes, examines and analyzes one of the small medium enterprises that specialized in car detailing, where we identified the core problems of this business and provide the specific comprehensive strategy to polish the digital marketing side, which is still underutilized. We use internal and external analysis such as SWOT analysis, business model canvas, marketing mix and porter’s five competitive forces.

Abstract

PSAK 101 is a PSAK that regulates the presentation of Islamic financial statements. This research was conducted to know how the application of PSAK 101 in the financial statements of KSPPS BMT Al Fattah. In this study, qualitative descriptive research methods were used. The data collected is obtained through data collection techniques based on observation, interviews, documentation, and literature research. The results concluded that KSPPS BMT Al Fattah presented only the statement of financial position, income statement, and cash flow statement but the report presented has not applied PSAK 101 due to incomplete presentation of the report and there are errors in the report presented both in terms of naming and recognition. The reason for only three types of financial statements presented by KSPPS BMT Al Fattah is that BMT still does not understand the applicable standards. The two reports that have been presented are considered to have met the information needs of the BMT Al Fattah KSPPS. However, over time BMT Al Fattah also continues to improve the quality of existing experts and continues to utilize technology in assisting the presentation of financial statements by existing guidelines.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Feature Engineering on the Logistic Regression and Random Forest methods on the prediction of employee attrition at PT Kimia Farma Tbk. In addition to knowing the most effective method in increasing employee attrition prediction at PT Kimia Farma Tbk. The results of this study indicate that feature engineering significantly affects performance in predicting employee attrition at PT Kimia Farma Tbk. using Logistic Regression and Random Forest models. It can be seen that the application of feature engineering can affect the accuracy, precision, recall, and F-Score of the two methods. The Recursive Feature Elimination (RFE) method with the Logistic Regression model has an accuracy of 0.866, a precision of 0.5, a recall of 0.159, and an F-Score of 0.259. Meanwhile, the RFE with the Random Forest model has an accuracy of 0.886, a precision of 0.916, a recall of 0.25, and an F-Score of 0.392. The SelectKBest method with the Logistic Regression model has an accuracy of 0.88, a precision of 0.9, a recall of 0.204, and an F-Score of 0.333. Meanwhile, SelectKBest with the Random Forest model has an accuracy of 0.87, a precision of 0.818, a recall of 0.204, and an F-Score of 0.327. According to the results of the performance comparison, the RFE (Recursive Feature Elimination) method with the Random Forest model can be said to be the best method in terms of accuracy and precision. Although the recall of this method is slightly lower, the performance of this method still meets the criteria as a good method. Therefore, the Recursive Feature Elimination method with the Random Forest model was chosen as the best method for this case.

Abstract

Psychology is one of the choices for an integrative multidisciplinary approach that continues to be developed by researchers. In some cases of hadith, when the Prophet was asked several companions with almost the same question and the Prophet answered it not uniformly, because one of the aspects on which the Prophet's answer was based was the psychological aspect. Similarly, the psychological approach is an option for understanding a hadith that is considered appropriate in an effort to understand a hadith. This article is library research, which is research derived from library materials using a qualitative approach. Some indications suggest that the Prophet considered the psychological aspects of the companion who questioned. It is hoped that research on the understanding of hadith in the future will be more varied on aspects of the approach used such as psychological aspects, so that later Hadith and generally Islam can be the answer to all problems that are problems of people in the world.

Abstract

In 2010, the World Health Organization identified hypertension as a major risk factor for disease worldwide and nearly half of all adults have hypertension. In 2016, hypertension was ranked in the top 10 disorders in Lampung Province, especially in Bandar Lampung. Hypertension has many risk factors, one of which is physical activity. Therefore, this study aims to examine the relationship between hypertension and physical activity at the Panjang Health Center in Bandar Lampung City. This study uses a cross-sectional analytic observational methodology. This study used the General Physical Activity Questionnaire (GPAQ) and medical records for data collection. 70 people filled out the questionnaire between December 2021 and April 2022. The results showed that 50 people (75.7%) had grade 1 hypertension, 11 (16.6%) had grade 2 hypertension, and 5 people (15.6%) suffered from grade 3 hypertension. Among the patients with hypertension, 18 people had light physical activity (27.2%). A total of 24 respondents who suffer from hypertension (36.4%) have moderate physical activity. A total of 24 respondents with hypertension (36.4%) were physically active in the heavy category. The Chi-Square statistical test found no significant relationship between the degree of physical activity and hypertension at the Panjang Health Center in Bandar Lampung City (p = 0.261).

Abstract

Zakat has a horizontal dimension between God and humans and vertically between humans and humans is consistent with issuing Zakat, Infaq and Sadaqah as part of the obligations of Muslims. Talented human resources are needed to manage the funds allocated so that these funds are channelled to parties entitled to these funds. In this case, this study is based on a survey of the phenomena occurring in Zakat collection institutions' human resources. Seeing the responsibilities and authorities carried out by Zakat institutions is also quite complex; this can be seen from the impact of human resources on the performance of Zakat institutions. The role of human resources is to become a professional asset of an Amil Zakat institution with certain standards.
