<![CDATA[The trash can is a place for humans to throw garbage, but the problem that arises is the laziness of humans to dispose of garbage in its place due to the dirty cover of the trash can, besides that smelly trash cans can also disturb people around them. Therefore, a tool is designed that can work to make it easier for humans to dispose of garbage in its place, dispose of garbage that already smells bad, and help cleaners in emptying the trash in a timely manner. Smart trash cans are the answer to the problem of people's laziness in disposing of garbage, foul-smelling garbage and the delay of cleaning staff in emptying the trash. Working with Arduino UNO, this tool is expected to be able to open the trash can cover automatically and notify if the existing garbage smells bad. By using an ultrasonic sensor and providing an indicator to the cleaning staff through the sound produced by the buzzer, this tool works when the foot or garbage is within the range of the ping sensor. In addition, the Buzzer function on this tool is to notify that the existing garbage has disturbed the human sense of smell. This can help humans in disposing of their trash without touching the lid of the trash can, emptying the trash in a timely manner, and reducing humans to inhale bad odors from existing trash cans]]>

<![CDATA[Lights are one of the important components in lighting indoors and outdoors. Lights provide enormous benefits, especially at night. Light technology in providing lighting today has helped many people's activities in daily life. making other alternatives such as automatic smart lights that use modern technology so that the lights can turn on and off by utilizing an automatic light device by detecting Google's voice and Arduino Uno-based finger picking which can be received directly without having to touch the switch of the lamp. Because the lamp device is connected using a sound sensor which will be a parameter for the lamp and the Arduino UNO microcontroller as the brain of the process connected to the switch. The relay also functions so that the incoming electricity can be disconnected and connected automatically. If the input entered is read by the Arduino, the lamp can turn on based on the sound of finger picking and Google's voice. The purpose of this tool is to make it easier to turn off the lights, want to turn off the lights in a different way and save time without having to press the switch.]]>

<![CDATA[This research is expected to increase the convenience for users of the design of a door security system using a knock sensor based on Arduino Uno. The analog signal generated from the sensor when given a knock will enter through the Arduino minimum system ADC (analog to digital converter) pin with the ATMega328P microcontroller IC. The test results show that the knock code given to this system is related to the number of beats and the value of the time interval or distance between each beat and is stored in the Array data type which forms a certain beat pattern used in the program. This knock interval value (knock password) will be stored first in the flash memory of the microcontroller. The knock system will start working by performing the accuracy of the interval between knocks, if the knock pattern matches the one previously stored, the door lock/unlock system and the LED will be active.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this research is to assess the impact that cash turnover, accounts receivable turnover, and inventory turnover have on the return on assets (ROA) of agricultural firms that are traded on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) throughout the period of 2016-2020. For the purpose of this research, the sample consisted of twenty agricultural corporations that were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between the years 2016 and 2020. Secondary data in the form of financial statements received from the Indonesia Stock Exchange are used for the purpose of this research. In this particular research endeavor, the kind of statistical analysis that was used was a linear regression analysis of panel data carried out using the eviews 9 software. The findings indicate that CTO has a positive impact on ROA that is not statistically significant, RTO has a positive effect on ROA that is statistically significant, and ITO has a negative effect on ROA that is statistically significant..]]>

<![CDATA[Research on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) has been carried out by many researchers but not many have conducted research on higher education students. This study develops the concept of student OCB in terms of Self-efficacy and Interpersonal Communication aspects. The data were taken from 104 students in STT Star’Lub at Luwuk Banggai. The data processing method uses regression analysis and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results showed that the student Self-efficacy with the dimensions of self-motivation to perform tasks and the Interpersonal Communication of students with the dimension of showing empathy were the most influential things in increasing student OCB. Therefore, it could be concluded that in developing student OCB, Self-efficacy and Interpersonal Communication should be taken into consideration]]>

<![CDATA[One of the factors that support the progress of a region is the availability of adequate finance, including Regional Original Income. Regional Original Income comes from several sources, including Regional Taxes. Regional Taxes provide a relatively large contribution to Regional Original Income. Nonetheless, the COVID-19 pandemic has had a substantial influence on the contribution to PAD from municipal taxes. This study attempts to assess the simultaneous and partial impact of the Covid-19 epidemic on Bandung City's Original Revenue (PAD). The Bandung City Tax Office conducts quantitative research employing descriptive and verification techniques. The data were then evaluated using the application EViews-12. All of the components of local taxes examined in this study had a substantial effect in the direction of a positive association with the Regional Original Income of the city of Bandung, as indicated by the results. Additionally, partially only restaurant tax has a significant effect on the direction of a negative relationship between Bandung City Original Revenue and Original Local Revenue, whereas other local tax components have no significant effect on the direction of a positive relationship between Original Local Revenue and Bandung City Original Revenue]]>

<![CDATA[When it comes to communication, especially the contact that occurs between teachers and students during the process of teaching and learning, politeness is one of the aspects that needs to be taken into consideration. The purpose of this research is to identify and describe the form of imperative speech used by teachers during the teaching and learning process, as well as to investigate the factors that contribute to violations of imperative politeness committed by teachers toward students during the teaching and learning process. The present investigation is a qualitative descriptive study, and the data comes in the form of transcripts of the instructor's comments made during the course of instruction. According to the findings of the study, educators are more likely to violate the conventions of linguistic politeness when they address pupils with urgent speech. This is evident from the total number of utterances. Social media provides not just rapid information but also exact categorization. In politics, communication strategy is one of the keys to success in garnering votes. This study tries to determine the social media-based political communication approach. This is a qualitative study employing a descriptive analysis methodology. On the other hand, UKM milkfish brain in Gresik has many obstacles including marketing, product production does not last long and the production process is still manual. The purpose of this community service is to identify the characteristics of UKM milkfish brain in Gresik district, to understand the real situation faced by UKM entrepreneurs. After obtaining an overview or actual situation, the internal and external environmental conditions of milkfish brain UKM were analyzed, and several alternative development strategies were selected as internal factors for the development of UKM milkfish brain, the Regent.
